Possible overbooked
We arrived at around 16:54 ready for our 5 o’clock reservation. We had travelled 90 minutes to this location from home so were a few minutes early. On arrival we were told that the table was not ready and that there was no space available to wait

Beautiful fit out and great service. But food is average. My pasta ragu could be all picked up with one fork, I think it had been left on the pass too long. Exactly the same last time I came.

Lovely birthday visit!
Best italian i’ve had! I cant understand why it’s only rated as 3.7 on trip advisor but 4.9 on another popular platform… the decor inside is entirely unique, very visually pleasing. The staff were lovely, very helpful. And the food was divine!

I really hate leaving bad reviews however we were really disappointed with our visit here. Ordered the focaccia as an appetiser, which came out promptly however we did have to wait another 10 mins for our drinks by which point we were quite thirsty

Stapsgewijs Proces
1.) Beloning Instellen (Bod)
* AppointmentTrader gebruikt historische data om een redelijk beloningsbedrag aan te bevelen voor het regelen van een reservering – stel, $100.
* Peter wil er graag heen, dus verhoogt hij het bod (de beloning) naar $200.
* Op dit punt bestaat de reservering nog niet.
2.) Een Communitygebruiker Neemt het Bod Op
* FamousStation67, een ervaren AT-gebruiker, heeft veel succes met het regelen van reserveringen en ontvangt weinig terugbetalingsverzoeken. Zij ontvangen een melding van Peter’s bod van $200.
* FamousStation67 neemt het bod op, wat betekent dat zij nu gaan proberen de reservering te regelen.
* Peter kan nu met FamousStation67 overleggen als hij vragen heeft terwijl FamousStation67 het bod probeert te vervullen.
3.) De Reservering Vinden
* FamousStation67 gebruikt nu hun contacten bij La Bellezza Birmingham om de tafel te regelen.
* Als het lukt om de tafel voor vier om 18:00 uur te bemachtigen, krijgt Peter een bevestiging dat de reservering geslaagd is.
* Als FamousStation67 de reservering niet kan regelen, gaat het bod terug in de pool zodat een andere gebruiker het kan proberen.
4.) Betaling & Bescherming
* Zodra de reservering is geregeld, ontvangt FamousStation67 de $200 beloning, die wordt bijgeschreven op het AT-saldo van FamousStation67. Gebruikers beheren hun eigen saldo en kunnen laten uitbetalen via opties zoals bankoverschrijving, PayPal of Zelle.
* Peter kan nu genieten van het diner met zijn vrienden bij La Bellezza Birmingham!
* Zoals bij alle transacties op AT worden geschillen en no-show kosten afgehandeld via het community-gedreven resolutiesysteem van het platform. Gebruikers met een sterke reputatie worden gestimuleerd om biedingen succesvol te vervullen, en communityleden kunnen problemen melden om het vertrouwen in de marktplaats te waarborgen.
