This is one of the places everyone recommends for visitors in Portland. It is very difficult to get any reservation. I tried for several days before my trip. I think they only accept reservation for parties of 6 or more. I passed by at around 1pm

Expect a wait during peak (late lunch through dinner) times…even mid-week. There didn’t seem to be much of a wait earlier (11am – 12pm) and later (9pm) on. There are indoor and outdoor seating. Some of the indoor seating is communal (shared).
