Sad to see The Fat Hen closed last year -- it was truly one of my favorite brunch spots in Seattle. To this day, I still catch myself craving their shakshuka and benedicts, both of which were unmatched. And don't even get me started on the fresh

heard nothing but great things about this cute cozy brunch spot and wow did it exceed already high expectations! unfortunately, this gem will be closing september 13th. if you haven't had a chance to visit them, go. i'll definitely be back
The fat hen always amazing me.
Highly recommend the crab egg Benedict. They also have the best potato wedges ever to exist. You'll need a reservation about a week in advance for a seating between 9:30 and 11. I don't eat breakfast out much but fat hen is def worth it.

The wait can be 45 minutes without one. Buuuuut, it's worth the wait. Portions are decent and the food is amazing. I would highly recommend and come back.

* MaternalRecord73, een ervaren AT-gebruiker, heeft veel succes met het regelen van reserveringen en ontvangt weinig terugbetalingsverzoeken. Zij ontvangen een melding van Peter’s bod van $200.
* MaternalRecord73 neemt het bod op, wat betekent dat zij nu gaan proberen de reservering te regelen.
* Peter kan nu met MaternalRecord73 overleggen als hij vragen heeft terwijl MaternalRecord73 het bod probeert te vervullen.
3.) De Reservering Vinden
* MaternalRecord73 gebruikt nu hun contacten bij The Fat Hen Seattle om de tafel te regelen.
* Als het lukt om de tafel voor vier om 18:00 uur te bemachtigen, krijgt Peter een bevestiging dat de reservering geslaagd is.
