We had a marvelous experience at Terra this past Saturday, 9/13/2025. Our server, Sunhi was attentive, but not intrusive. We truly enjoyed our meals and the cocktails. The Ravioli Alla Nerano had a light, citrus flavor and the Cavatelli Al Ragu Di Te

They always have the best food and freshest ingredients. I have never had a poor experience yet. The mood is quaint but upscale and the service is top class

One of the positive Terra experiences
We were fortunate to enjoy 9 days of touring around Maine and later Boston for our 25th wedding anniversary. My wife chose Terra as one of our two lunch stops in the city, and it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed lunch on a sunny day, which rea
Expensive and underwheming
We ate here at Terra on our last night of holiday in Boston. From the outside this looks a great place to eat but the food however doesnโt match up to the image presented. We all ordered different things I ordered the Tonnarelli AllโAstice (lobst
Lousy experience!!!
This was highly disappointing experience, I am a patron that does not look at a price, when the food is good, but this restaurant is not worth the price. I ordered Pollo Arrosto, for $ 36.50. The chicken is pre-boiled, and it is not fresh, they simp
Ridiculously overpriced
The setting is lovely -- that's why I gave it two stars instead of one. Service was indifferent. Classic case of dump the food and disappear. The prices were ridiculous, both on the basis of quantity and quality. We ordered the spaghetti car
I do not recommend this restaurant
The pasta was dump a can of tomato sauce without any flavor. The chicken was dry. Overpriced for the mediocre food. The waitress was great.
Italian eats
Terra at Eataly in Boston was nice !The Bolognese was flavorsome and filling, the atmosphere was excellent, and the service was great.
Meh
The bread is very good. The salads looked amazing and I am sorry I didnโt order one. I had the cacio e pepe and it was served room temp and the pasta was all stuck together. Very blah and I ate 1/3 and left the rest. Too many good restaurants in t
Great Food- Great Experience
This is actually one of our favorite restaurants in the Back Bay as we have eaten here quite a few times. We find the food to be excellent, the service friendly and quick and the ambience to be welcoming.
Good food but bad service.
The restaurant is a fun place located inside Eataly. The food was good. The bread was cold and felt like it had been frozen. When we asked to warm it we got strange looks. The service was not great and they didnโt even try to get a second round of
Mediocre but very expensive food
The food was mediocre. The Pappardelle Cacio e Pepe e Fungi had no flavor and looking back I suspect that the Cacio e Pepe sauce was simply missing. The mushrooms (fungi) were soggy with no flavor at all. The fresh pasta was well made, but with n
No waiter ever came.
My boyfriend had to go to the bar and ask for service. It took us 25 mins after sitting down to get drinks and bread (that ended up being very stale). The vibe of the place is nice but not worth the stress or stale food.

It was sooooo good! I ordered the avocado, salmon, egg sandwich. I totally recommend it!!!
We were excited to try Terra.
Booked a 9 pm reservation. The place was very pretty. Ordered our food and specifically told the waiter we wanted our pasta slightly over cooked. We do not like it al dente. I know, that's not the Italian way, but that's our preference. The pasta is
First, Eataly by itself adds a star.
It's heavenly. Thankfully it's headed to Miami. ( fingers crossed). Terra is a neat concept, an Italian grill house with a few pastas. But, Execution fails. I sampled the tagliatelle ragu and it was bland and unobjectionable. Fresh pasta good, r

Such a beautiful restaurant! We went in a Friday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The food was incredible and I would definitely come back.
Fabulous ambiance, service and food.
After reading some of the reviews, my expectations were low. Once we indulged, however, we found the food delicious. We ordered the first three pasta dishes on the menu along with the asparagus and several desserts and simply enjoyed. We look forward
A must try when visiting Boston!
Very cool restaurant located within the EATALY centre of the shopping mall. Staff were extremely helpful in seating us even when we arrived slightly early for our booking. Food was fabulous, most notably the Wagyu steak - 10/10 ๐๐ป

I came for my birthday dinner a few nights ago and it was a pretty good experience! The service was kind of slow, but in their defense it was a pretty busy night. Packed for a monday! Once we got going ordering drinks, everything came at a good pace.

Food was great for me, but my friend didn't have many options that were Gluten Free and Dairy Free. She ended up with one choice: two pouched eggs and bacon. Kind of disappointing. The mimosa was okay, and the espresso was good but no alternative mil

I love the vibe of Terra.
Right when you walk in it feels like you're in a greenhouse and it is absolutely beautiful. The menu changes for what is in season so how can you beat that? I have also never been disappointed with anything that I have gotten off the menu. The past

Beyond words! Environment and service and most importantly the food were all exceptional. I would go out of my way to come back to this restaurant
Well worth the trip.
I absolutely loved how well balanced the flavors in each dish were and how the meal really felt authentic.
Had a work lunch here, and we felt pampered and well-fed.
We loved the wine flights and the pasta and the side dishes. We ordered too many dishes to mention, but just wanted to say service was excellent and the vibe was great.

The ambiance is amazing.
The food is a bit expensive for the quantity and the taste. It's a cool place to hang out or for a date.
Authentic Italian cuisine in a plant lovers scene ๐ฅฐ
The food was delicious and the ambiance was so nice. The plants everywhere make this a unique place. The lighting was dimmed to make it a calm experience. Everything was authentic Italian. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the chefs cook over th
Good service, good seafood, Italian only fair. Not worth the money
Had a reservation, seated on time. Service was good. Expensive cocktails, ok wine by the glass selection, some good beer on tap. The oyster appetizer was very tasty, but 3 large oysters for $16; calamari also good if you like it on the fishy side, al
Excellent food quality. Very poor customer service. Will NOT be back
Let me start by saying that I've been multiple times at this restaurant. All my visits have been A+, until my last visit. This time, I decided to order the Bisteca Fiorentina (Tbone), worth $180! I ordered it medium rare. After almost 45 min afte
Ambience, Food , Service , Prices .. all just the very best !! We think itโs a must !
Best experience! Starting from John the waiter to Ricardo in charge and last but not least- Elizabeth the manager. They gave us the best treatment followed by great food !! We had Steak , broccolini , Antipasti and the great Tiramisu
Best experience!!! Sat at the bar enjoying the view of the grill being handled professionally by Tom .
We chose to sit on the bar watching the flames at the grill . We had the best steak and special antipasti. Elizabeth runs the place in the most caring and professional way .
Dinner at Terra. A pleasant surprise.
What a pleasant surprise. Had dinner at Terra with Vinnie our waiter. Food and service was excellent. A bit expensive but worth it. Make a reservation as it is busy
Poor customer service
Beyond disappointed in the service here. Looking at the reviews I was automatically anticipating a wonderful experience. Called three weeks in advance to schedule a birthday dinner and subsequent event in Boston. Received a confirmation via text for
Great dining experience
Such a great dining experience. We sat at the chefs table (bar). Our waiter (Cristhian) was amazing - so enthusiastic and helpful with the menu. The food was the best we had during our short stay. The cocktail flight was such a fun way to experienc
The worst service I've ever experienced in the City of Boston. And I'm a local. Avoid this place at all costs.
I was (until today) a big supporter of the Eataly chain and the Boston location in particular. I am a local, and shopped there regularly, spending hundreds and probably thousands of dollars over the years . I even recommended the place to friends,
