We used to come here often a few years ago, but the last few visits have been so underwhelming. The bar staff move at a snail's pace, and if you're sitting at the corner of the bar, you're forced to stare at their "junk area"

Amazing trip to Oak
Amazing meal at this Michelin rated restaurant. My wife had the short rib ragout and it was really good. The gnocci was cooked perfectly and it had amazing flavor. I had the shrimp rigatoni and it was also excellent. Great service and atmosph

Great food! Chicken liver pate and apple/kale salad were wonderful. We only liked (didn't love) our entree, but blame ourselves more than the dish - we just didn't order correctly based on our tastes at the moment. Service was great too.
Oak at fourteenth was a solid restaurant to me.
I had heard this was an upscale restaurant in Boulder but feel it is on par with others here. The service was good but a little on the slow side. Food was also prepared well. We had the kale and apple salad, beef tartare, and mushrooms for starters.
Enjoyable
Very good food. Kale salad is outstanding. The octopus salad is very good but was a bit salty. Everyone liked their entrees- salmon, pork chop, chicken and steak tartare. Lively atmosphere. Good service.

An absolute joy watching these guys work their magic. Don't skip out on their crudos and pastas. My favorite spot in Boulder for sure.

It was just awful and would warn people to stay away! Food portion is super minimal and flavorless. Bartender was super rude and consistently touching their nose to the point where I was questioning the actions and cleanliness. will never come back
We made a reservation for 8 at 5pm. For dinner we had good service and drinks. Less impressive were the quality of some of our dishes and the general atmosphere of the restaurant, two factors inconsistent with the very high prices.

This restaurant was recommended to us by 2 people. The ambiance and service are vey good. i found my pasta very salty and my wife had the fish and it was just ok. Compared to other restaurants we ate at during our stay in Boulder I was underwhelmed

Stapsgewijs Proces
1.) Beloning Instellen (Bod)
* AppointmentTrader gebruikt historische data om een redelijk beloningsbedrag aan te bevelen voor het regelen van een reservering – stel, $100.
* Peter wil er graag heen, dus verhoogt hij het bod (de beloning) naar $200.
* Op dit punt bestaat de reservering nog niet.
2.) Een Communitygebruiker Neemt het Bod Op
* EternalAnt36, een ervaren AT-gebruiker, heeft veel succes met het regelen van reserveringen en ontvangt weinig terugbetalingsverzoeken. Zij ontvangen een melding van Peter’s bod van $200.
* EternalAnt36 neemt het bod op, wat betekent dat zij nu gaan proberen de reservering te regelen.
* Peter kan nu met EternalAnt36 overleggen als hij vragen heeft terwijl EternalAnt36 het bod probeert te vervullen.
3.) De Reservering Vinden
* EternalAnt36 gebruikt nu hun contacten bij Oak Boulder om de tafel te regelen.
* Als het lukt om de tafel voor vier om 18:00 uur te bemachtigen, krijgt Peter een bevestiging dat de reservering geslaagd is.
* Als EternalAnt36 de reservering niet kan regelen, gaat het bod terug in de pool zodat een andere gebruiker het kan proberen.
4.) Betaling & Bescherming
* Zodra de reservering is geregeld, ontvangt EternalAnt36 de $200 beloning, die wordt bijgeschreven op het AT-saldo van EternalAnt36. Gebruikers beheren hun eigen saldo en kunnen laten uitbetalen via opties zoals bankoverschrijving, PayPal of Zelle.
* Peter kan nu genieten van het diner met zijn vrienden bij Oak Boulder!
* Zoals bij alle transacties op AT worden geschillen en no-show kosten afgehandeld via het community-gedreven resolutiesysteem van het platform. Gebruikers met een sterke reputatie worden gestimuleerd om biedingen succesvol te vervullen, en communityleden kunnen problemen melden om het vertrouwen in de marktplaats te waarborgen.
