My husband and I ate at Mertens Prime for my birthday. We had a 5pm reservation and when we arrived had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The food was wonderful but the service was slow. Until almost 6:30pm we were the only people seated at a table.

* ElaborateHouse74, een ervaren AT-gebruiker, heeft veel succes met het regelen van reserveringen en ontvangt weinig terugbetalingsverzoeken. Zij ontvangen een melding van Peter’s bod van $200.
* ElaborateHouse74 neemt het bod op, wat betekent dat zij nu gaan proberen de reservering te regelen.
* Peter kan nu met ElaborateHouse74 overleggen als hij vragen heeft terwijl ElaborateHouse74 het bod probeert te vervullen.
3.) De Reservering Vinden
* ElaborateHouse74 gebruikt nu hun contacten bij Mertens Prime Grand Rapids om de tafel te regelen.
* Als het lukt om de tafel voor vier om 18:00 uur te bemachtigen, krijgt Peter een bevestiging dat de reservering geslaagd is.
