Kopers kunnen weloverwogen beslissingen nemen met behulp van geautomatiseerde verkopersbeoordelingen, die eerdere transacties en betrouwbaarheid weerspiegelen.
Elke plaatsing op AppointmentTrader toont je welke gebruiker deze heeft ingediend en geeft daarbij een overzicht van de gebruiker, waarin aangegeven wordt hoeveel ervaring deze gebruiker heeft en bij hoeveel procent van hun transacties zij een terugbetaling hebben uitgevoerd.

Stel, Peter heeft een geweldige ochtend en besluit zijn drie vrienden mee te nemen naar LURRA° Kyoto om 18:00 uur diezelfde dag.
Hij controleert de website van het restaurant en ziet dat er geen reserveringen beschikbaar zijn. Vervolgens bekijkt hij de LURRA° Kyoto pagina op AppointmentTrader, maar ontdekt dat er ook geen aanbiedingen van andere gebruikers zijn.
Daar komt het door de community aangedreven biedproces van pas.
Peter kan een bod plaatsen op AppointmentTrader. Dit bod dient als beloning voor ieder communitylid dat helpt om de reservering te regelen. AT stuurt dan notificaties naar ervaren gebruikers die mogelijk kunnen helpen.
Stapsgewijs Proces
1.) Beloning Instellen (Bod)
* AppointmentTrader gebruikt historische data om een redelijk beloningsbedrag aan te bevelen voor het regelen van een reservering – stel, $100.
* Peter wil er graag heen, dus verhoogt hij het bod (de beloning) naar $200.
* Op dit punt bestaat de reservering nog niet.
2.) Een Communitygebruiker Neemt het Bod Op
* PerceptiveWash44, een ervaren AT-gebruiker, heeft veel succes met het regelen van reserveringen en ontvangt weinig terugbetalingsverzoeken. Zij ontvangen een melding van Peter’s bod van $200.
* PerceptiveWash44 neemt het bod op, wat betekent dat zij nu gaan proberen de reservering te regelen.
* Peter kan nu met PerceptiveWash44 overleggen als hij vragen heeft terwijl PerceptiveWash44 het bod probeert te vervullen.
3.) De Reservering Vinden
* PerceptiveWash44 gebruikt nu hun contacten bij LURRA° Kyoto om de tafel te regelen.
* Als het lukt om de tafel voor vier om 18:00 uur te bemachtigen, krijgt Peter een bevestiging dat de reservering geslaagd is.
* Als PerceptiveWash44 de reservering niet kan regelen, gaat het bod terug in de pool zodat een andere gebruiker het kan proberen.
4.) Betaling & Bescherming
* Zodra de reservering is geregeld, ontvangt PerceptiveWash44 de $200 beloning, die wordt bijgeschreven op het AT-saldo van PerceptiveWash44. Gebruikers beheren hun eigen saldo en kunnen laten uitbetalen via opties zoals bankoverschrijving, PayPal of Zelle.
* Peter kan nu genieten van het diner met zijn vrienden bij LURRA° Kyoto!
* Zoals bij alle transacties op AT worden geschillen en no-show kosten afgehandeld via het community-gedreven resolutiesysteem van het platform. Gebruikers met een sterke reputatie worden gestimuleerd om biedingen succesvol te vervullen, en communityleden kunnen problemen melden om het vertrouwen in de marktplaats te waarborgen.
