Food was good. Service was not. I was overcharged. And it took stuff forever to make an adjustment. After 20 mins of waiting they brought exactly the same bill. Hoping I won’t notice??? Finally after another 10 mins it was corrected.

Mice for dinner???
We booked this restaurant because it was close to the hotel. I had a nice spinach salad but the raviolis were under cooked and the sauce overcooked. The chicken Parmesan was dry….furthermore mice were running around! Do not recommend this place!

1.) Beloning Instellen (Bod)

* Peter wil er graag heen, dus verhoogt hij het bod (de beloning) naar $200.
* Op dit punt bestaat de reservering nog niet.
2.) Een Communitygebruiker Neemt het Bod Op
* PerceptiveWash44, een ervaren AT-gebruiker, heeft veel succes met het regelen van reserveringen en ontvangt weinig terugbetalingsverzoeken. Zij ontvangen een melding van Peter’s bod van $200.
* PerceptiveWash44 neemt het bod op, wat betekent dat zij nu gaan proberen de reservering te regelen.
* Peter kan nu met PerceptiveWash44 overleggen als hij vragen heeft terwijl PerceptiveWash44 het bod probeert te vervullen.
3.) De Reservering Vinden
* PerceptiveWash44 gebruikt nu hun contacten bij Grotto Boston om de tafel te regelen.
* Als het lukt om de tafel voor vier om 18:00 uur te bemachtigen, krijgt Peter een bevestiging dat de reservering geslaagd is.
* Als PerceptiveWash44 de reservering niet kan regelen, gaat het bod terug in de pool zodat een andere gebruiker het kan proberen.
4.) Betaling & Bescherming
