When I went this place was crazy busy so it's kind of hard to get water or order but it is definitely a fun scene and vibe. Food is great. Drinks are great. Great location.
Food: Wow.
Everything was delicious. The biscuits were so warm, my whipped ricotta with zucchini latkes were so good, and my friend's fried chicken was also delicious. The mocktails are also great, 11/10. Service: Food was very fast. Ambiance: Pretty coz

The food was immaculate. Everything tasted delicious. I enjoyed the ribs and they were kind enough to let us substitute the potato salad for the fries. We also enjoyed the chicken sliders. Drinks were strong and tasty! The service was good and didn
Nice little garden-level restaurant in Back Bay.
My friends and I stopped in after Lolita was a little too full for us and we were glad that we did. We easily got an empty high-top table and ordered some drinks. The drinks were pretty underwhelming, we were not impressed. They're also on the m

I had the chicken thighs, collard greens, and the honey biscuit, and everything was fire. That fried chicken? Might've been the best I've ever had--crispy, juicy, just perfect. The collard greens were surprisingly good, and I don't usu

Great place to eat!
Great Food. Great service. Pricey, but this is a city. Two couples had drinks and a number of sharable plates. All wonderful Would definitely return.
Worth visiting
Excellent food and drinks. We got the strawberry salad, biscuits, and chicken sliders. I recommend going. Waiter was friendly and helped make recommendations.
Sooo Good!!!
This is a wonderful place. The food is amazing and reasonable priced. The biscuits are to die for!!! You won't be disappointed
Not good
This place is so cramped . We had 5 people and they put us at a table that woulds fit 3. It was like a small round metal patio table. It took forever to get service. We ordered drinks. Once they came back we decided to order right away. For apps Ha
Reservations are optional for B&B to honor and they don't tell you this until you arrive at the restaurant
I had a reservation for 11:15 this morning on the patio. I arrived with my out of town guests and was informed that they were not opening the patio and we could try and find a seat in the bar. The hostesses were rude and dismissive (a common theme in
Vibrant celebration of New Orleans
I love places like this: they're easy to miss from the outside because they look unassuming, but then you enter and it's a completely different experience. The restaurant is on the lower level of a brownstone, and it's easy to walk by
Fun Space, Great Food
Such a fun space! Seated in the window near the bar so great view of inside and out. Outdoor patio also a great option if not too chilly. Food was absolutely delicious and service great. Small plates that were brought to table as ready. Would abs

It’s a great place, very good food and the atmosphere is nice. We got a fried chicken, Mac and cheese, and pork ribs. The mac and cheese it’s really good and the biscuit for the appetizer is something very delicious! It’s a very nice place for
A great dining experience
The food was delicious, most notably the BBQ shrimp. We were recommended 1-2 plates per person, however with 5 plates between 3 we found was too much. All the dishes were very well prepared though and it was great to try a variety of dishes and flavo
Delicious sweet and flavourful food
Delicious food was had at this busy spot. We ordered three dishes between the two of us and were not able to finish it all. Chicken sliders were brilliant as well as the biscuits. Staff were a bit absent

Lives up to the hype for brunch.
Don't let the celeb chef owner and tourist trap level commitment to the aesthetic put you off of it
Buttermilk & Bourbon is a must visit.
This Sunday brunch was so unique in the way they style "classic american" foods. Their signature biscuits were light and fluffy, but also that a great hot honey sauce & butter. Additionally, these beignets were served with an amazing ch
Our server was great the food and drinks were also amazing.
One thing I wish there were more fried chicken options during brunch.
Food was fantastic.
Son wanted to try alligator, and it was a hit. Service was good.

I will caveat my review by saying we were very tired, and maybe didn't have the best "foodie" mindset. Seating inside was very nice and cool, but rooms varied drastically, from very dark to very bright, which could really impact your exper
Came here on a date night.
Service wasn't anything special, but man, this might be the best southern food in the city. It was absolutely perfect, every single dish. Something to note that I was unaware of prior to going: it is tapas style so be prepared to share. Delicious foo
Great date night spot with both indoors and outdoor seating.
Inside has a rustic white brick and ivy thing going. We order several things to share and they were all delicious. The baby back ribs were fall off the bone tender and the coleslaw underneath was perfection. The New Orleans shrimp was tender and sl
Fabulous food + fun ambience
This restaurant combines fabulous food/drinks with great ambience. The service is on point (shout out to Jazmin) and efficient without sacrificing the overall experience.
Disappointing
Meh.... starting with the good, lovely building & decor. The ribs were very good. Ok, the not so good....so the house special is their chicken. Well, it was dry and totally unseasoned. It tasted like it was reheated rather than cooked fresh. Didn

Fun restaurant with New Orleans vibe is located in a beautiful building. Lots of choices of delicious appetizers including sour cream and onion grilled corn, BBQ nachos, nice salads and yummy beignets for dessert. Fun atmosphere but very loud. Goo
Pass on this one.
I would choose somewhere else… nothing really special here and there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from in the area. The Mac n cheese was made with a cheese sauce not cheese so it was runny and bland. The alligator fries were ok, nothin
Get the biscuits
This place is always packed and for a good reason. It’s a new modern take on country down home, feel good food. The biscuits are amazing! Order them. We enjoyed a nice evening close by the bar with friends and terrific food.

My fave old fashion in Boston!!!! Definitely worth checking out and eating some good ole southern comfort food
Everything was so delicious and the service was so good.
We got a wonderful st pattys day drink. The biscuits were my favorite! The chicken was fried but not too fried where it was greasy. Highly recommend!
Love the decor, atmosphere and staff! One word : Bisquits.
They are an out of body experience.
I came here hoping this place would live up to the reviews.
I ordered the chicken and wagyu sliders and they were not good. I've had a better chicken sandwich at chick fil a. The only reason this place received any stars is because of the biscuits. On top of the mediocre food, the service was disappointing. I

My first visit to Buttermilk & Bourbon was a Sunday morning.
I wasn't able to secure a reservation, so my cousin & I decided to drop in exactly at 10:30 (when they open) to see if we could waitlist for a table. Luckily enough, they had space and we were able to be seated right when they opened at 10:30am w
Loved the tapas style servings.
I only really went for their honey glazed biscuits which are divine by the way! The service was great and they had a separate bar area for seating as well. Definitely check it out.
This is my second time at B&B.
(My previous visit was in Summer 2022.) The place attests to its name, at least to the second part of it: their bourbons are classy and taste like nectar. (I tried their customized Knob Creek, and a friend of mine tried the flight .) It is hard to b

Very Good Find
In town for business and found this neighborhood gem. Atmosphere is unique and very welcoming. Food (baby back ribs) were very good and nicely presented. Highly recommend.
Tasty food!
This is a great restaurant! We came here with a large group last year while in town for a conference and we had great service. They specialize in Southern cooking and all of the dishes are full of flavor and very filling. The portions are reasonable
Food seasoned to perfection!!!
The food was the best restaurant food I have had in a very long time. I had the baby back ribs, macaroni salad and roasted tomatoes. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Service was excellent. Pricing was very reasonable. Would have given 5 stars but d
Southern Cuisine in New England
Dined here on a recent visit to Boston. Everything was on point, including the food, drinks, and service. The chicken wings were amazing, but the biscuits and brisket Mac & Cheese emerge great too. Glad we made reservations here and experienc
Deliciousness and reasonable.
Wonderful restaurant in a very nice neighborhood. We opted for outdoor seating, but the inside was also very cute. The menu had just recently been changed to the summer menu, and the server implied that the menu was more of a shared plates affair.
