Busy restaurant with an innovative menu
You’ll need to book, as even on a Sunday night in May this place was packed! Lovely service, innovative menu, tasty food, delicious wine. We were in the basement part of the restaurant and glad of it as the upper section seemed hot & loud. Cert

An amazing meal with friendly staff
Our meal was amazing! We only came upon this place upon recommendation from a local Amsterdammer we met in Berlin on a Trabi tour. We asked what restaurant he’d take a friend visiting from out of town would be and he recommended this spot. So glad

Hij controleert de website van het restaurant en ziet dat er geen reserveringen beschikbaar zijn. Vervolgens bekijkt hij de Brothers Hartering Amsterdam pagina op AppointmentTrader, maar ontdekt dat er ook geen aanbiedingen van andere gebruikers zijn.
Daar komt het door de community aangedreven biedproces van pas.
Peter kan een bod plaatsen op AppointmentTrader. Dit bod dient als beloning voor ieder communitylid dat helpt om de reservering te regelen. AT stuurt dan notificaties naar ervaren gebruikers die mogelijk kunnen helpen.
Stapsgewijs Proces
1.) Beloning Instellen (Bod)
* AppointmentTrader gebruikt historische data om een redelijk beloningsbedrag aan te bevelen voor het regelen van een reservering – stel, $100.
* Peter wil er graag heen, dus verhoogt hij het bod (de beloning) naar $200.
* Op dit punt bestaat de reservering nog niet.
2.) Een Communitygebruiker Neemt het Bod Op
* FamousStation67, een ervaren AT-gebruiker, heeft veel succes met het regelen van reserveringen en ontvangt weinig terugbetalingsverzoeken. Zij ontvangen een melding van Peter’s bod van $200.
* FamousStation67 neemt het bod op, wat betekent dat zij nu gaan proberen de reservering te regelen.
* Peter kan nu met FamousStation67 overleggen als hij vragen heeft terwijl FamousStation67 het bod probeert te vervullen.
3.) De Reservering Vinden
* FamousStation67 gebruikt nu hun contacten bij Brothers Hartering Amsterdam om de tafel te regelen.
* Als het lukt om de tafel voor vier om 18:00 uur te bemachtigen, krijgt Peter een bevestiging dat de reservering geslaagd is.
* Als FamousStation67 de reservering niet kan regelen, gaat het bod terug in de pool zodat een andere gebruiker het kan proberen.
4.) Betaling & Bescherming
* Zodra de reservering is geregeld, ontvangt FamousStation67 de $200 beloning, die wordt bijgeschreven op het AT-saldo van FamousStation67. Gebruikers beheren hun eigen saldo en kunnen laten uitbetalen via opties zoals bankoverschrijving, PayPal of Zelle.
* Peter kan nu genieten van het diner met zijn vrienden bij Brothers Hartering Amsterdam!
* Zoals bij alle transacties op AT worden geschillen en no-show kosten afgehandeld via het community-gedreven resolutiesysteem van het platform. Gebruikers met een sterke reputatie worden gestimuleerd om biedingen succesvol te vervullen, en communityleden kunnen problemen melden om het vertrouwen in de marktplaats te waarborgen.
