My husband and I had breakfast at Bloom & Bee after staying the night at The Post Oak Hotel. Service was excellent, food was clean and delicious, coffee was perfect, and atmosphere was calm and quiet. I cannot wait to return!

I had my daughter's bridal shower there in March. Never have I had anything that worked out so perfectly as this did. I live in NY and had to plan this all over email. Faith was my contact and helped me plan the event. She was wonderful to work

Good brunch choices although the buffet was more limited than I would expect at this location. Service was top notch. All of our breakfast choices were prepared well.

Beautiful restaurant
This charming restaurant impressed me from the money I arrived to the hotel, then to my table. I noticed the beautifully detailed table setting, the colors. Everything was spot on including the servers. I celebrated my parent’s wedding anniversary
Average food, average service and too noisy
This spot is nice inside in terms of decor, as it can be seen from the photo of the restaurant but the place is small and very noisy. There was a group of 10 women dining there at the same time and the noice was incredible high in this little space.

We sat outside by the pool by the heaters. Very pleasant. Food is excellent from appetizers, main dishes to dessert. A bit limited servers but the manager was very good at keeping an eye and filled in when there were gaps. Enjoyed this place very

Hij controleert de website van het restaurant en ziet dat er geen reserveringen beschikbaar zijn. Vervolgens bekijkt hij de Bloom & Bee Houston pagina op AppointmentTrader, maar ontdekt dat er ook geen aanbiedingen van andere gebruikers zijn.
Daar komt het door de community aangedreven biedproces van pas.
Peter kan een bod plaatsen op AppointmentTrader. Dit bod dient als beloning voor ieder communitylid dat helpt om de reservering te regelen. AT stuurt dan notificaties naar ervaren gebruikers die mogelijk kunnen helpen.
Stapsgewijs Proces
1.) Beloning Instellen (Bod)
* AppointmentTrader gebruikt historische data om een redelijk beloningsbedrag aan te bevelen voor het regelen van een reservering – stel, $100.
* Peter wil er graag heen, dus verhoogt hij het bod (de beloning) naar $200.
* Op dit punt bestaat de reservering nog niet.
2.) Een Communitygebruiker Neemt het Bod Op
* CoolestCough45, een ervaren AT-gebruiker, heeft veel succes met het regelen van reserveringen en ontvangt weinig terugbetalingsverzoeken. Zij ontvangen een melding van Peter’s bod van $200.
* CoolestCough45 neemt het bod op, wat betekent dat zij nu gaan proberen de reservering te regelen.
* Peter kan nu met CoolestCough45 overleggen als hij vragen heeft terwijl CoolestCough45 het bod probeert te vervullen.
3.) De Reservering Vinden
* CoolestCough45 gebruikt nu hun contacten bij Bloom & Bee Houston om de tafel te regelen.
* Als het lukt om de tafel voor vier om 18:00 uur te bemachtigen, krijgt Peter een bevestiging dat de reservering geslaagd is.
* Als CoolestCough45 de reservering niet kan regelen, gaat het bod terug in de pool zodat een andere gebruiker het kan proberen.
4.) Betaling & Bescherming
* Zodra de reservering is geregeld, ontvangt CoolestCough45 de $200 beloning, die wordt bijgeschreven op het AT-saldo van CoolestCough45. Gebruikers beheren hun eigen saldo en kunnen laten uitbetalen via opties zoals bankoverschrijving, PayPal of Zelle.
* Peter kan nu genieten van het diner met zijn vrienden bij Bloom & Bee Houston!
* Zoals bij alle transacties op AT worden geschillen en no-show kosten afgehandeld via het community-gedreven resolutiesysteem van het platform. Gebruikers met een sterke reputatie worden gestimuleerd om biedingen succesvol te vervullen, en communityleden kunnen problemen melden om het vertrouwen in de marktplaats te waarborgen.
