Love the hotel and rooftop bar. We went straight to the rooftop bar from the airport after flying in from the US. A great place to get fresh air with a wonderful view. The staff is excellent especially Maurice and Judd.

Amazing place!!!!!!! Roof top is beautiful and so is the hotel!!! The breakfast was great and so was the service!!! The ladies who did the rooms when we were out exploring were excellent!!!!! Great food and a great place to stay!!!
Rooftop Visit for Cocktails
Amazing cocktails, atmosphere and staff!! We tried the Ambrosia and Efesto. Both fantastic. They also made a special drink for our daughter who just turned 21 and she Loved it!! Tasted like a sweet tart.

Drinks were great but the dinner was so disappointing ! The lamb was not seasoned what so ever so we asked for salt and it was so raw it was inedible. The fat was not rendered we couldn’t take more than 2 bites. And the eggplant ravioli was tasty b

Delicious drinks and snacks, unfortunately we didn't get to try the food because we were there mainly for drinks. The line was long to get in as it is a very small rooftop. But spent over an hour there and it was beautiful.
Ambrosia's food was amazing.
We did the A la Carte; ordered fillet and fish, both were cooked to perfection. The service was really good. The only disappointment we had was the view (or lack of it)... they advertise a view of the Colosseum in their website... nowhere to be seen.

First of all i have to start with main waiter who was really proffesional . We were wondering which wine to choose , he help us with really good choice for our tasting menu. Tasting menu was fantastic 10/10 every dish has ton of flavour and texture.

After booking online without any problems, we were seated immediately. Excellent food in a sophisticated but relaxed atmosphere. Eugenio guided us through our Roman menu in a very competent and friendly manner. An all-round great evening.
