1.) Beloning Instellen (Bod)
* AppointmentTrader gebruikt historische data om een redelijk beloningsbedrag aan te bevelen voor het regelen van een reservering – stel, $5.
* Peter wil er graag heen, dus verhoogt hij het bod (de beloning) naar $5.
* Op dit punt bestaat de reservering nog niet.
2.) Een Communitygebruiker Neemt het Bod Op
* EternalAnt36, een ervaren AT-gebruiker, heeft veel succes met het regelen van reserveringen en ontvangt weinig terugbetalingsverzoeken. Zij ontvangen een melding van Peter’s bod van $5.
* EternalAnt36 neemt het bod op, wat betekent dat zij nu gaan proberen de reservering te regelen.
* Peter kan nu met EternalAnt36 overleggen als hij vragen heeft terwijl EternalAnt36 het bod probeert te vervullen.
3.) De Reservering Vinden
* EternalAnt36 gebruikt nu hun contacten bij Tre Dita Chicago om de tafel te regelen.
* Als het lukt om de tafel voor vier om 18:00 uur te bemachtigen, krijgt Peter een bevestiging dat de reservering geslaagd is.
* Als EternalAnt36 de reservering niet kan regelen, gaat het bod terug in de pool zodat een andere gebruiker het kan proberen.
4.) Betaling & Bescherming

* Zoals bij alle transacties op AT worden geschillen en no-show kosten afgehandeld via het community-gedreven resolutiesysteem van het platform.
