For good cuisine and wine pairings in a pleasant atmosphere in a remarkable site
We had lunch as a group and had a great time. Certainly for 16 the unique menu was essential but it delighted everyone and the service was attentive and efficient. We also appreciated the wine suggestions which corresponded well to our expectations and gave us good guidance in organizing the tastings during our stay.

A very welcoming couple and passionate about what they do. Quality products, real cuisine, very good advice on wines. Very attentive service. We take the time to take care of customers. Almost flawless.

Superb
Sunday lunch was sublime. We opted for the six course menu and every course was a delight. The chef here is really skilled as the flavours were expertly put together and served beautifully. We also had the wine pairing and each wine suited our food and introduced us to some new Sancerre vineyards. The team are so friendly whilst being professional. We will definitely return.

In April on a Sunday noon
If you are a gourmet, your taste buds will have a blast. The chef masters the seasonings perfectly. If you are greedy unfortunately you will still be hungry when you leave. If vegetables accompanying fish and meat are on the menu, don't plan to savor them. 4 spinach shoots, 2 asparagus tips, 1 gram of carrot mousseline, a 1 cm piece of potato. Having a menu without vegetables would be a wiser choice because there frustration, even an unpleasant feeling of being ripped off, sets in at the table. On the table side, nicely set up on our arrival, beautiful ceramics for succulent appetizers. Then the menu starts, there are many of us ok, 13, all on the 6-course discovery menu unfortunately not enough dishes so for the same dish we find ourselves with 2 or even 3 different sets of dishes and without even trying to alternate them to try to create a certain harmony. It's just a detail for some, it bothered me and when the "details" accumulate (1 pile of paper napkins as hand towels in the toilets, the courtyard in front of the unmaintained entrance with dead plants in pots but very perennial weeds and dandelions...) it spoils the party a little. The chef informed us of the absence of staff for the dishes that day, which may explain the problems with the dishes, but there may also be a lack of an additional server because of the long wait between dishes, 2 hours 45 minutes at the table. 'Is too long. Allow €220 for 2 people for the 6-course menu + 1 bottle of Sancerre. I sincerely hope that my comments are taken into account because your cooking really deserves it. Belhyz Albertini

Way too expensive for egg lentils, leiu yolk and a piece of pork No really disappointed. However, impeccable service and great kindness from the staff
Excellent value
Super tasty and creative cuisine which reflects the exceptional career of this very gifted young chef who worked for 6 years at Hélène Darroze then a few years at another Michelin-starred restaurant in New York. I was particularly captivated by the mole sauce (super powerful Mexican sauce) which accompanied the filet mignon, and by the aguachile, two recipes which recall the chef's Mexican origins, not to mention the banana rum chocolate dessert, which was crazy ! Very friendly service led by Thomas, the adorable boss and knowledgeable sommelier. I loved it and will return to the area if only to eat here again!
