Never again
Never been somewere so over priced and so little food.was a real shock.rude workstaff. Literally the food was from Iceland and reheated over and over.the muscles smelled gone off the squid wa horrendous.pretty much all the food was disgusting,as for the desert don't get me started.the only good thing was the ice cream machine.had to pay before even sitting down so that's telling you alot about what they think of there food.
Unsatisfied
Tad over priced. Terrible selection Mainly all chicken dishes. Only had plain chow mein. All very greasy and not overly hot. And as for the desserts! Tiny paper thin slices of cake in boxes which were all warm! £100 for 2 adults and 2 children. That hardly ate anything. Children can't use the buffet, so have to wait for an adult to take them round. So not very relaxing for a BUFFET. obviously understand children under 5yrs need an adult but I am sure a 10 Yr old can help themselves. Very unsatisfied :( Maybe think about what you have to offer or lower the price.
Did not meet expectations
Poor. Food was barely warm, too many dishes lacked taste and seemed watery and bland. Excellent ice cream though. It seemed to be understaffed and lacked atmosphere, probably due to the fact that there were so few diners (6pm to 8pm). We wouldn't go back and couldn't in all honesty recommend it.
Rude disrespectful manager
What an awful experience . We were looking forward to visiting this place . My friends had been before , but I hadn’t . I ordered our drinks and told the lady that I was dairy intolerant . Her English wasn’t very good , and it was like she couldn’t understand me correctly . There were plenty of intolerance posters , so I was t worried . This lady got someone else , who also didn’t appear to understand much of what I was saying . I explained that I was sure thrre would be something gib could eat . She started raising her voice to me in front of everyone , and showed me up . To cut a long story short she refused to serve me , and got one of my friends to try and explain. She would t let me have anything to it in case I was ill. I said , I can have meat and rice . No no she said . She was very rude and disrespectful . Even my friend was horrified and said she and her parented will never eat there again . What a nasty woman, she said . She was horrible to you and showed you up in front of customers . We found another restaurant with polite helpful staff, so our evening wasn’t entirely ruined . We will never go there again .
A great place to eat
We've been to 513 before, and it's always been very good, and this visit was no exception. We didn't book, but there's that option if required. Like most other buffet restaurants, we paid for our meal and drinks upon entry. The owner remembered us, and we chatted briefly, as it was busy. We chose our table, sat, and then went for our food. The food is held in large, heated, metal tureen type containers. Each was clearly labelled, easy to open/close, and well stocked. The food was wholesome, tasty, hot, and very good. Fruit, and/or ice cream, or small desserts were available, too. A very good restaurant, at a good price, with great staff. Recommended.

Very disappointing
Sadly this restaurant has become a dreadful place to eat. We went there at midday so a prime time for lunch. The prices have been put up and the lunchtime menu reduced. They no longer even serve prawns. All the dishes were like soup with a couple of pieces of meat floating in them. Egg fried rice just looked wrong so didn't eat it. The few desserts that were there looked sad and unappetising. Shan't be going there again. Shame as it used to be a lovely restaurant.

Awful. came here for dinner, went to order the lady asked age of child (3) explain she’s eaten and won’t eat anything but chips( was holding lunchbox) tried charging £11.90 for portion of chips! Outrageous!!!
Dreadful
513 has certainly gone downhill and hit rock bottom. The lunch menu buffet was absolutely awful. At almost £30 for two this was far from value for money. Every dish was cold, this was 12.15. The chicken appeared to be left over from the previous buffet. The curry was just a liquid mess. This used to be our go to restaurant on Market day in Bury, but not any more.

Very poor choice of desserts, 4 year old who was ill wasn’t allowed to have 3 chips and 2 prawn crackers from our plates had to be charged for child price we spent £175 there today but due to poor choice and very little dessert options would never go back
Good Buffet
Had a very nice lunch here. Not a massive fan of 'help yourself' buffets and much prefer the 'cooked to order' ones as you know everything is nice an fresh. However, the food was hot and of good quality. It was constantly replenished too. It was lunch time so the selection wasn't as good as that at dinner time but then the the price is a lot less. For the price, I thought this was excellent value. I mean, you're never going to get gourmet at a buffet but it was certainly a cut above average.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
