My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and everything was phenomenal from the food to the management staff to all staff. We had a private table outside, looking over the Bellagio fountain it couldn't have been better. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas.

We went to Yellowtail and the first impression was wonderful--great ambience, prime location, and kind, attentive staff that made us feel welcome right away. I ordered the omakase (almost $200), and while the flavors were refined, I honestly expected a more private, personal experience--something where you see a bit of the magic happen. The portions also left me wondering if inflation is creeping in... the tuna pizza, while delicious, was tiny. Overall, it's a beautiful spot with excellent service, but for the price point I hoped for a little more in presentation, portion, and intimacy of the omakase experience.
Good food.
We come here every year as it is conveniently located within the Bellagio hotel. Some years are better than others. This time was good but the ribeye was a bit off bc it was too rare. It was dark inside and so only some of the photos came out.

Can't miss this opportunity to share a true gem in Las Vegas. YellowTail has consistently been an outstanding spot for any kind of upscale meal. The incredible staff are consummate professionals who have fun and make you feel well taken care of. The kitchen turns out delicious dish after dish of culinary taste and beauty. It's all watched over by the incredible manager Matt Cowart who clearly cares about his team and his customers experience. I will definitely be back, and encourage everyone I know to dine here when in Las Vegas. Thank you for another excellent visit we will be back!

Mannnnnnn listen this place is fucking great, the food, service and vibe are all top tier. Took myself on a solo date over here just to see what the vibes were and the hostess really took care of me. Lacie & Alissa was at the front when i walked up and i told her i didn't have a reservation and even tho it was slammed they was able to squeeze me in a spot. Didnt know what to try so Cassandra my server picked some heat and all that shit was fantastic. Ended up chatting with some cool dude that asked me how my meal was going and ended up being the manager so shoutout to Matt 10/10 will return for the immaculate vibes fasho

The service was top notch! Our server had been with the restaurant for years and clearly knew the food and the menu. He was also extremely knowledgeable about any items that I couldn't have due to food allergies. The gyoza was the best we have ever had. The sushi was great! Definitely recommend.

The restaurant was so lovely and accommodating. With ONE exception, the food was off-the-hook. Please take the salmon carpaccio OFF the menu. 13 people agreed that it was flavorless and just kinda yucky. How do you get 13 people to agree on anything? It was a solid dud. The rest of the meal was absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed it beyond belief. Thank you for the amazing meal and really, lose the salmon carpaccio!
Never Dissapoints
When Im in Vegas and stay at Bellagio, I never skip this place. All dishes are very good and the staff has historically been great. The only complaint I may have is on the dessert, it tasted fantastic, but is a petite portion!
We always have a stellar experience at Yellowtail.
The food is always on point, great views of the fountains, and not too hard to get a reservation. Yukiko was an amazing server and was the only waiter on our whole Las Vegas trip that didn't mess up our ticket or service. Keep it up!
Too pricey
Everything taken into consideration then this place is too expensive for what you get. Don’t get me wrong but sushi roll was very small not that god but super expensive. Salmon pizza was great. Waitress was sweet and fast. Would I go back? Probably not as value for the money just isn’t there.
Very Average
The food was very average and the atmosphere was impersonal. Our server was passionate about the food and had a great knowledge of the menu. To sit outdoors, minimum spend is $125 pp.
This was a good option for sushi
I did not have a reservation and walked in around 7pm. The lady at the desk was nice and assisted me by offering the bar set up since there were no reservations until 9om. The service was good, the food was good, and I did not find it crazy expensive. I enjoyed my experience very much.
Avoid making reservations with this sleazy restaurant
I had to cancel a dinner reservation here due to a personal emergency situation that involved ending my Vegas vacation early. I was charged $75 for this cancellation, despite the very serious circumstances. What a sleazy and greedy cancellation policy. I’ll be sure to never actually dine at this restaurant in the future.
Yellowtail
I wasn’t looking forward to this restaurant that my friend picked but I’m so happy she picked it and I went! First of all, the service was above and beyond, (thank you Theo!)and you have a great view of the fountains out by the patio, and the food was so delicious! I had the Braised Wagyu Beef Short ribs with such amazing sauce, a lychee martini that was so good I ordered two, and the dessert was so amazing I forgot what it was called but it was like a bananas foster sauce with apple pie sort of thing! So good! My friend loved her yellowtail roll and her Mile High roll. We ordered the Kimchi Brussel Sprouts as well and they were just ok. I’d skip those…food was really good I can’t wait to be back next time I’m in town for a trade show!
Won’t be back
Disappointed with service, won’t be rushing back. We came back here as a year before we had lovely experience here. Our server had a shift change while we were still having food and the next server didn’t even bother showing up. We were just forgotten
Pleasant Surprise with Food and Service
Beautiful location inside the Bellagio with the view of the fountain. The food was exceptional & the service was immaculate. I definitely recommend this restaurant for any occasion.
Worth a visit
Enjoyable meal with good ambiance but unfortunately crowded and loud. Delicious tuna pizza had truffle oil which was a great addition. The angry yellowtail was fantastic starter with cilantro and gentle spice. The Spicy tuna roll was super fresh. Cucumber salad was refreshing. Surf and turf was good, but lobster could have been more flavorful. Expensive for two people but normal for a restaurant in a big casino in Vegas!

40th birthday celebration meal did not disappoint!
Loved the menu and the setting from the website and wasn’t disappointed. Staff were very good and got us an outside balcony front row fountain view which was unbelievable to see whilst we drank and ate. The sushi and food we had was amazing and we ordered more as a result. Cocktails were superb too. It can get a little hot outside (which is typical in vegas at certain times of the year!) - maybe some fans etc would help outside to help cool guests but didn’t ruin our experience.

All around incredible experience.
Even though we had cancelled our reservation, they honored it when we turned up last minute. We were seated in the main dining room with remarkable views of the fountain. The staff is very professional and friendly, you can tell they're well trained. Food came out in perfect progression. Taste is phenomenal and fresh. Highly recommend if you want fountain views. It is pricy, but so are most fountain facing dinner spots. Try the halibut! Try the Mile High Roll!

We enjoyed a very delicious meal at Yellowtail. Service was great and our choices were satisfying and nicely cooked. Great presentation. The only negative for me was the acoustics. It was almost impossible to have a conversation. The fountain display at Bellagio a plus.

Romantic setting, subdued lighting and spacious……limited outdoor seating on a small balcony overlooking the spectacular water fountain show….we sat inside adjacent to a large window…we sat outside twice before…..sushi selection is good but quite expensive….a 2 piece order of Uni is $27…we had 5 along with salmon carpaccio, salmon sashimi……this was Mae’s second birthday dinner as we were disappointed with the first eaten earlier at our Aria hotel….they were told of Mae’s bday yet didn’t acknowledge it….here at Yellowtail they gave us both the choice of complimentary desserts and a lit candle…..so…..if you like sushi in a romantic setting with a spectacular view and don’t mind the cost then this restaurant is a must
Great restaurant inside the Bellagio Hotel.
Yellowtail is inside the Bellagio hotel and has great food. We ordered the mushrooms which were amazing. We also ordered Kimchi Brussels Sprouts, Filet Steak,Garlic Chicken and California Rolls and all were above average. The space was quaint and had easy access to the fountain show. I would recommend this restaurant especially if staying at this hotel.
A memorial experience!
The food was over the top and the waitress was exceptional. She made the best recommendations for our meal. Her personality and her smile made all the difference to our experience. Her name is Chanez. Ask for her!

I love this place.
Back after a few years away. The service was great.. very helpful and accommodating. Made me feel spoiled. Nice ambiance for that date night or a nice date night with the family. I had the Omakase dinner... to try what the chief specials were. It did disappoint other than the scallop being a bit overdone. The rest was spot on.
Get the omakasa! Trust.
If you love sushi, get the Omakasa. It’s 6 courses, but each course is quite large and filling. The 6th course is dessert, so go all in!

Very nice ambiance for a family to eat great food. We had several different sushi rolls, some that weren't on the menu. Very accommodating and nice service. We enjoyed the food and service.
Loved everything about this place.
Very intimate setting, definitely a date night type of place. Staff were happy to serve and very patient presenting the menu and suggesting plates. My group was seated through a reservation but we all ordered to share. Highlight plates were the raised wagyu beef short ribs, the mile high roll, the surf n turf, and the sweet spicy edamame. Food was so well presented and flavorful. Steak was cooked to perfection. Excited to return on my next trip to Vegas.

The "protein" sushi roll was incredible, honestly some of the best sushi ever. It's semi spicy moist crab with asparagus center topped with fish and sauce. The chicken was moist, flavorful and honestly incredible, and gyoza was mid but pretty good. Definitely recommend this spot

I find it kind of tough to write this review because i just can’t put just how good this food is into words. I dined here two nights in a row and had 8 different dishes, every single dish was so well done and very tasty. I have eaten at some very highly rated restaurants , for me this is simply the best. Wait staff was in tune to the timing and needs of us. Guys just go , do not pass up the chance to see for yourself. Ask for Yukiko.
Felt rushed in service food was ok
Dinner time the venue is very nice we did a reservation and was able to have a nice seating. Service felt rushed the server took our order but was pushing us to order quickly. We order some appetizer, main and sushi. The main came before the appetizer and the appetizer and sushi took a long time. The shareable main it’s not shareable but mostly for 1 person. Ordered a cocktail Spicy avocado and it was tasteless. Server didn’t even can to check on the food or the table didn’t even noticed that the food came backwards with appetizers last. For the price and the “Michelin Chef” I think it was not an amazing at all.

2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* PerceptiveWash44, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* PerceptiveWash44 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to PerceptiveWash44 for any questions Peter may have as PerceptiveWash44 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* PerceptiveWash44 now uses their connections at Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge by Akira Back Las Vegas to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If PerceptiveWash44 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, PerceptiveWash44 receives the $200 reward which is credited to PerceptiveWash44's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
