Very Bad SERVICES today 2/8/2024 at 10:20pm a lady at the front window with a horrible attitude!! Speaking gross words with no reason!! They need to removed her from the front and put her to the cook area !! Sick people with no peace in his live!!
Anytime we go here at NIGHT the staff is so rude.
Feels like a burden to place an order here and receive a simple order. They pretty much throw your food at you and look so annoyed just to do their jobs. They need new management.
Compliment to an employee!
I purchased food at the Wendy’s drive-through this afternoon and was very impressed by the employee taking my order. I think she said her name was Malery. She was very friendly, warm and professional repeating back my order. This was a very pleasant change from the usual abrupt, unprofessional employees I have encountered at most drive-through restaurants. The order was correct and the food very good.

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
