Do not go / the service is horrible
Asked for a high top for drinks and appetizers. They gave us a table instead. We ordered appetizers and drinks. We were all talking and just hanging out. The waitress came back a couple of times and we said we were still picking and ordered more drinks - each time. We planned to order more appetizers instead of dinner and also order food to go. When she came back - she said “you don’t plan on ordering a meal?” We said maybe more appetizers.” She grabbed the menus and did not take our drink order and went to talk to her manager. The manager came to the table with the bill. we said that we planned to order food, but we are just lounging and talking. We were there for less than an hour at this point. She said this table is for meals and you have to order a meal. It was 4:30 pm. Again, we planned to Order more food, bit this was so strange and aggressive, . We decided to Leave instead. Also, the food we did eat was not great. There was a local band there and the waitress may have thought that we were just taking up a table. However, that is no excuse for the rude service. If she would have listened, she would have known that we planned to order more food. Our bill for the 45 minutes was approximately $100. We topped 25% (though we were annoyed). If we had the chance order more food - her top would have been much higher.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent Food and View at U Tiki
Loved Dining at U Tiki!! My husband and I had a 45 minute wait arriving at 5:30 on a Tuesday the end of March. Very busy but excellent service by Jenna! Loved my Mahi Mahi! Walked around the marina and had a drink from the bar while waiting.
Be the first to ReplyCompletely AWESOME!! Amazing place to eat and unwind!
Got there at 5:00om on a Friday night and this place was packed! We had an hour wait but got a drink at the bar and then went out to the back walkway area with our dog to sit and people watch and look at the beautiful boats. Very pretty place! Dog friendly! We then got seated and had the most lovely and competent waitress! We ordered the Filet tips Oscar with the U-Tiki potatoes (a MUST have! They are cheesy shredded potatoes baked in a ramekin….SO GOOD!). Hands down one of the best restaurants in Jupiter and we would come back here again and again if we didn’t live out of town.

Very crowded upon entry into bar area, but did not wait long for a seat. Bar staff could not have been nicer! Properly staffed and service was perfect. Can't wait to go back.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Food & Atmosphere!
This is a favorite of ours in Jupiter. We arrived from a long car trip and were anxious to go to a place with good food and a tropical atmosphere. This fit the bill! There was a 45 minute wait on a Sunday night so we opted for the bar. The bartenders were all great, service efficient and our food awesome. We tried the ahi tuna sushi & the tempura grouper cheeks. Drinks and food are reasonably priced. We will be back!
Be the first to ReplyA must stop for us when in town!
Went here with family who live in the area for our first dinner while in the area for Christmas. All staff was friendly. Service was fast and correct. Portions were all inline with the price. Everyone was very pleased with their meals. We enjoy the views and the ambiance! Will be back in the future!
Be the first to ReplyNot your average “Tiki” bar!
Wanted to eat by the water and tried this great restaurant! Don’t let the name fool you, it is not a tiki bar but a full fledge restaurant with great food, drinks and views of the water! The salmon encrusted with pecan was delicious, the jambalaya was good but different, not too spicy, the shrimp flatbread was a big hit as an appetizer. Glad that we decided to go, will come back again!
Be the first to ReplyGreat area for drinks and eats
Situated in one of our favourite areas. This place never disappoints. We travelled from the UK and stayed locally with friends 2nd visit here and just as great as our 1st visit. Food superb with plenty to choose from, surroundings lovely and staff all friendly Comfy restaurant with a really nice atmosphere Highly recommend
Be the first to ReplyBad experience!!!
Horrible experience with Utiki. It was my daughters birthday and she had her boyfriend in from France who’s 24 and they wouldn’t accept his French ID. Spoke with manager and he said needed a passport. Went to the bar next door and they accepted his French ID. Will never go back!!! Food was adequate.
Be the first to ReplyNO RESERVATIONS ALLOWED & THE SEATING PROCESS IS INSANE
Worst Restaurant Experience ever. My 1st time writing a negative review ever, so it took a lot to compel me to write this. The waitress and servers were "rough around the edges". I've had better "personalities" at truck-stops. Worst still, THE SEATING PROCESS IS INSANE. They won't seat you until your entire party arrives. They don't want to make money on Drinks and Appetizers apparently. Our plan (for an 84 yr old man's birthday party) was to arrive a few minutes ahead of our guests to get balloons and party favors situated at a table since they insanely don't take Reservations there. The Hostess told us "It is Open Seating". We sit at a table, get situated, and guests are arriving. The Manager comes over and asks us to leave the table which now is adorned with balloons. The Manager kept demanding to know how many were in our party, saying that "that number of people had to be there before we could have a table". We said "we're seated at the table we want, and want to order drinks and finger-foods right away", and we were refused. The more the Manager berated us over and over, the more we dug our heals in, and in the 10 minutes of nasty badgering our entire party had all arrived. We said "Everyone accounted for...", but Befuddled Manager still demanded we give up the table and go back to the Hostess... at 4pm, & the restaurant isn't even crowded. We said, "You're ruining this 84 yr old man's b-day who is a recent stroke survivor and causing us all unnecessary distress". We said, "YOU go back to the Hostess yourself and straighten it out, and send a server to us, because we are all here and ready to order." The Manager frowned and snarled but finally relented. The server took our drink order and everything else was normal, and the food was VERY AVERAGE. The view of the waterway was inferior to the other restaurants in the area, and it is also in full view of the multi-year road/bridge construction project so the view is very compromised. So, U-Tiki would be better served if it changed its policy of not requiring groups to have every party member arrive before being able to be seated and served! Hiring a New Manager is also warranted!!!
Be the first to ReplyDelicious with a view of the Jupiter Lighthouse
U-Tiki has a great vibe and view of the Jupiter Lighthouse. There’s a large parking lot. They do not take reservations. We got a lovely table and Catharine G was our server. She was very friendly and attentive. We had the shrimp po boy, a burger, and two grouper burgers. For dessert we had the key lime pie. Everything was delicious! This is a favorite place of ours and we always enjoy ourselves.
Be the first to ReplyCrunchy Tuna Tempura Roll
Great service, super Crunchy Tuna Tempura Roll with great atmosphere. Drink of the day was Blue Paradise and was perfect. Love this place over and over again.
Be the first to ReplyGood, waterfront, food and drink nothing special
This place is always packed, but I figured I'd give it a try. Same idea as the very good Jetty's next door, but more casual and hopping. Beer list is lame and no drafts. Food looked great, but was pretty average. Service was good even with the crowd. If you're going with a crowd for some drinks and apps outside, not a bad choice. But if you're going for dinner, I'd go next door.
Be the first to ReplyGood Food - Too Crowded
Casual large seafood restaurant with good food located on the water. No need to dress. We started with the grouper fingers and fish spread. Both were good and served quickly. Our server - Michael D was great. Very efficient and friendly. My husbands dirty martini was very good - I had the strawberry martini which was too sweet (I should have known). My husband had the grilled mahi sandwich with sweet potato fries - large portion and very tasty. I had the shrimp hoagie which was a very full sandwich but over sauced. The fries were crispy and hot. My husband liked the key lime pie for dessert. We arrived at 4:30 and sat at a high top near the bar otherwise the wait for a table was 45 minutes. The restaurant was very crowded, with people waiting - it was a little frenetic although efficient.
Be the first to ReplySo-so
Definitely a popular place, we waited 45 min for a table. Ordered mahi-mahi with a mango bernaise sauce on it but sauce was pretty watered down. Ok but not great food, 5 stars for atmosphere since it’s right on the water. Also, very loud if that is a problem for you.
Be the first to ReplyPlace to Be!
What an amazing place. Atmosphere is magnificent, food is very good and so are the prices. They make excellent Martinis and above all the view is magical.
Be the first to ReplyGood food, good times
We had lunch at U Tiki over the weekend. The shrimp po’boy roll was very good and their fries were hot and crispy. Our waiter was very personable and attentive. They allow dogs on leashes and the atmosphere seemed very festive. My only complaint is there is no sign on the street to let you know the restaurant is at the back of the parking lot and you can’t see it from the street.
Be the first to ReplyU Tiki Beach, Jupiter Beach, Marina
My friends and I had dinner at the open air restaurant overlooking the marina, it was an absolutely gorgeous view from our table by the water. Everything we ordered was delicious. I got filet mignon with a béarnaise sauce and twice baked potato and asparagus, and a sushi appetizer. I highly recommend this restaurant. For the four of us adults with dinner and drinks the price was was about $197 before tip. Not bad for the superb ambience!
Be the first to ReplyVery enjoyable
Very god food and service. Perfect evening with friends with inside/outside seating in the winter for us northerners.
Be the first to ReplyWaterfront Dining
Great waterfront and marina view. Plenty of parking available. Good service. Delicious meal. No longer has a happy hour. Prices have increased over the past couple of years. Two ordered shrimp tacos which were excellent. Others enjoyed crispy tempura grouper burgers. Portions were plentiful. It is disappointing that one cannot walk along the waterway. Each restaurant limits access to their frontage. We are visiting from out of state and appreciate dining on the water. Would have liked to walk farther after dinner.

First place we went to in Jupiter and wow! Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. Strongly recommended. I had the sweet potato crusted snapper, so good.
Be the first to ReplyA must do
Utiki is our families favorite restaurant. We are in Jupiter three times a year and visit at least one each visit. I’ve the atmosphere and the food? Grilled bbq shrimp are delicious!!
Be the first to ReplyGreat location, food is good, bar is limited
This was our first visit to U-Tiki. It's a nice location on the water with a nice view of the lighthouse. We first wanted to get a draft beer (ideally local) and the server said no beer is on draft, only bottles. Hmmm ok. So being on the water we said, well how about a frozen margarita? No, we don't have a blender. Hmmmm again...really invest in a blender! I will say the food was very good. We'd give the food a 4 and the bar a 2, this my rating of 3 stars.
Be the first to ReplyGood for drinks and view; not food
The location and vibe can’t be beat. Coming for drinks is perfect. The food is not the highest quality and definitely not worth the price. If you can’t eat gluten, this is NOT the place for you to eat. They are not gluten friendly - no tamari sauce for sushi rolls; french fries are dipped in flour; all sauces are thickened with flour or soy sauce. This place needs to be more creative in their kitchen instead of cookie cutter sports bar type offerings.
Be the first to ReplyGreat views of the waterway with friendly staff and good food
We enjoyed our meal here and have a tip for you - rather than wait for a table (30-60minutes) go to the beach side and just grab any open table there and you will be served!
