Massage Experience
Murod and Morella were fantastic in the couples massage. Highly recommend the experience ✨ the pool villa was an awesome room as well adding to the fact this is now my number one choice of hotel in Miami. Ocean Grille is a must during sunset and the quick access to beach makes it super convenient.

I cannot think of a hotel I have ever been that the service and staff of The Setai comes close to. Whenever I have the opportunity to visit i immediately escape the every day stress of life. The staff and food is number 1. Attentive, thorough and professional and friendly. Much thanks to Jeffrey Wright who also is a lifelong friend of mine. He is a man that not only have much personal admiration for, but as Manager and leader I have to utmost respect. Blissful experience
At The Setai Spa, Murad was incredible. Really soft hands. Perfect, amazing and expert massage experience. It was a blissful day away from home. Every detail was on point. The products smell great. Thank you so much for the blissful time. Highly recommend.
Best hotel in South Beach
This is the best hotel in South Beach that we have ever stayed in. Service is through the roof. Guest rooms are beautiful. After check in, we arrived In our room and a bottle of champagne on ice was waiting for us along with a box of chocolates. We had lunch at the Ocean Grill by the beach and we had their amazing bottomless and endless champagne/wine brunch on Sunday. This hotel is perfect. Every single person working here goes out of their way to make you feel like a VIP. We will obviously be back on our next trip to South Beach.

The service and the staff at the hotel were very good from the reception to the restaurant Daniel at the reception he’s very kind and helpful The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable The quality of the material used are very good I stayed with my Pet and they prepared the dog bed and the food plates and some nice treat for the dog
One of the worst experiences i've had at a restaurant.
Im very used to going to very nice restaurants around the world. The hosts at the front told us to take a seat at the bar until our reservation was ready. They said they would let is know when our table was ready. We received a message on our phone. Nobody came to get us, which ive never experienced in a restaurant like this. I told the hosts who were sitting down doing nothing, why someone wouldn't come get us 15 ft away. They said they don't do that. At that time a guy came over and started threatening us for questioning the. Hosts. I tried resolving the situation, but the guy was more interested in arguing and being right. We left. It ruined our night to say the least ive never encountered more rude or hostile restaurant staff.

Simply perfect hotel experience. Loved doing laps in the pool, fitness centre has a rowing machine, breakfast was beyond delightful. Staff upto the standard you would expect. I rate ny experience 10 out of 10......................................
Best Hotel in Miami
We stayed for nearly two weeks at the Setai and had the best time ever. Britta who helped us with all the arrangements during our time there was an absolute gem. So was Sean and Bryan at the Pool who were extremely nice and always remembered our names and room numbers. Doorman Boris put a smile on everyone’s face every morning when we saw him going out! Another special mention goes to Manni at the Pool and a beach. Super professional but also extremely friendly and nothing was too much for him. We will be back in July ! For Miami Beach the hotel was expensive. Pools and beach bar had a great vibe. I have to say that beach/pool service was hands-down the best service I have ever experienced. Seriously next level. We had our own little butler’s bell to ask for food, drinks and the bill. Seriously excellent. Pools were fab. I like to swim and the length of the pools made lap swimming fun. Each pool is a different temperature. Nice feature. Room was upgraded at check in. WE had a suite. Master room was great and comfy. Daughter was sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. This was uncomfortable and lumpy. Not a great experience and the blinds in the room were privacy not black out…. Meaning when it got light the room got light. Kitchen was great. Amenities were top notch. Restaurants were OK for service but food was not next level. Also find it odd having to walk through a restaurant to make it through the hotel. All in all not a bad hotel. For the price you would expect it to be excellent.

Attentive service is the hallmark. Always at the ready. Poolside is fantastic. Beach Grill, breakfast buffet, front door, rooms, all top notch. Not inexpensive - but you truly get what you pay for here. Worth it. One less star (and not their fault certainly) is the construction/demolition going on next door. Whistles, horns, jackhammers. Once done, Satai, I'm sure, merits five stars. FYI if you're over 60 (which we are), you might not see anyone who looks like you. Not a huge deal, but all 30-40 somethings in better shape than we ever were.

We were recommended by our kids to stay at this very well appointed hotel. From arrival to departure, the service was amazing. Boris the bellman, had everything under control and we were treated like celebrities. We booked the restaurant, Jaya, months in advance, so we didn't have to worry about where to eat the evening we arrived at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, the bathrooms had fantastic water pressure and special touches throughout the room. Turn down service, bottled water in steel cans, fresh fruit and a full buffet breakfast were nice additions. We went to the beach for the sunrise, which was just outside our door and we sat on the beach for a few hours, with wonderful service to set up our chaises and provide refreshments.

I was there this past Sunday to celebrate my bday, so me and my friends decided to do the Sunday brunch. I had my reservations two weeks in advance, I asked for the patio and they complied with that request. Needless to say the experience was ruined by two incidents. First incident was that they put proceeded to put us in a corner with heavy traffic so we all felt like we were in everybody's way as everyone walked right by us the whole time, also they gave us "ghost chairs" so the discomfort level was at a maximum (my tail bone is still hurting as if I would've slipped and fell and landed on my tail bone) the hostesses attitude was pretty much "take it or leave" I asked for the manager but he never came. And finally to top it all off, we were asked to leave not once but twice literally right after we paid, as some people were still finishing their coffee. I am extremely disappointed with their service or lack thereof, and major rudeness, or really left a bad taste in our mouths, some of my friends drive all the way from Boca, to be treated like this? Completely unacceptable. Think twice about coming to this place, plenty of other brunch places in this city that will treat you with respect and professionalism
Great ambience.
Loved the little dance show. Food was delicious but the waitress could have been friendlier. When I go to a restaurant like this I expect that the server is friendly and doesn't ignore us the whole time. This is a complaint I heard often about this place and experienced myself as well.

True Miami South Beach Elegance & Service
Quite honestly I dont know why we have never stayed at The Setai before after experiencing most hotels in South Beach over the years. It was sensational.... the staff at check-in made us feel really welcome and special. Our room was so spacious and all the welcome touches stunning. There is a lot of choice in Miami / South Beach these days but The Setai feels and operates more like a private club and community for its guests. It was faultless - the Beach Club, Bar, Restaurants made more enjoyable by great staff throughout. Cannot speak highly enough about the beach crew who do everything to look after you at the beach. One of the best negroni's I have had in the US at the bar and the breakfast really wow. Breakfast os hard to get right in any hotel and The Setai is incredible. Without question our best stay in a Miami hotel ever.... we should have stayed the entire week but business demands meant we had to change hotels... ( big mistake ).... Thank you to every single member of the team at The Setai... utterly special.

Too bad there is no reference to just this experience. You either write about the hotel or Jaya. 7 of us Christmas Eve brunch, left a lot to be desired. I had heard sooooo much about this brunch and it left so much to be desired. The food, at best was mediocre. It was really a hit or miss. Specifically, if you ordered two (2) lamb chops rare, you got one rare and one well-done. I ordered the salmon - it's a tiny piece, I said, please "just sear it" DONE... how hard is that. I tried so many dishes to be just average is just not the experience I was looking for. I thought the Indian food was going to be a hit and then that petered out too; if I got one piece of lamb that was tender, the next bite was chewy as all get out. My son said, to be fair, you have to know they are fixing food for the masses today. The place was absolutely packed! That brunch is NOT CHEAP. To be fair, I would have done better going to chick-fil-a; at least my order would have been correct. The champagne was on point, my Bloody Bull (tequila) was very good. I had to come home and fix me a snack - this was not cool and I won't be going back anytime soon and definitely will not refer anyone. Back to the Biltmore... Maybe I'm just picky, but when you select a fancy place that you have heard so many great things about, it should at least come close to its reputation, in this case, it was a major failure.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
