There is a reason that this place has the lowest
There is a reason that this place has the lowest satisfaction scores of any sit down restaurant in the area and tonight I found out why! It isn't good folks, it just isn't good. I think you will notice that I leave more positive reviews than negative reviews for restaurants cause I want to find the good in a place if I can, but when a place lacks the basic ability to be in the service industry, I will inform the general public cause I am relied on by my fellow customers. Let me start here and save you time. Don't do it, don't come here, you work hard for your money, but they don't work hard for your money. They will treat you like a read headed step child and then hold their hands out for money like a dude stung out on crack who has no money, but desperately needs his next hit. I eat at Cheesecake Factory about once a week in different cities across the country, but never have I experienced a more lazy and less interested crew at a Cheesecake Factory. They are an exhibit on how to not succeed in this business. I am not sure if it was the rare combination of overwhelming weed scent and indifference or the lack of work ethic, but whatever it was, it sure was special. The most impressive was the manager, who walked by 2-3 times and was apparently on that each time, I had not been approached by anyone yet, had no silverware, no drink, no nothing. Her ability to not give a hoot was unparalleled in this industry. When I finally asked if they had a server for this section, she found this annoying apparently, cause it must have taken away from her ability to do literally nothing and pretend she cared. Her attitude was not in line with leadership, it was in line more with a drug dealer who had herself been hooked on her own supply, but had not taken a hit in days. Agitated and rude was her approach once I nicely asked. Keep this dumpster fire, this useless manager and the entire staff in the area I sat. I realize a half filled section is hard for the underwhelming talent people they have hired, so I have one question. If I actually had the chance to spend money here, could I have written it off as a charitable donation? I mean, I would have gotten less than nothing in return for my money. Hopefully corporate shuts this dump down!

They could never make me hate you! I love me some Cheesecake Factory y'all! So I came here on a Friday night with my mom and aunt to celebrate my aunt's birthday. We parked in the lot right across the street. The parking was free which is always a blessing in Atl. Our waitress name was NeNe. She was super cute, sweet, and accommodating. My aunt and mom can be a lot when they get together but she handled our table very well. I had the raspberry lemon drop to drink. For our appetizers we got the street corn, eggroll sampler, crab dip, and the mac and cheese bites. For our entrees, we got the shrimp scampi, fish n chips, and the Jamaican black pepper chicken and shrimp. For our dessert we all had the pineapple upside-down cheesecake. Definitely will be back. Will always be one of my favs!

It was our first date! Highly recommend the Moscow mule!

Would leave 0 stars if i could. From the minute we arrived, it was a downhill slope. Host acted as we were an inconvenience. Didn't know wait times either. Didn't care to ask anyone else, just made a guesstimate. Our server didn't know what was on draft NOR the sizes of drafts available. As a career server, this is unacceptable, especially for a chain such as this. Not only was our service subpar, our nachos appetizer was cold. And our shrimp scampi and steak Diane were plated so unpleasantly i didn't want to eat it. My steak looked like a hamburger patty smothered in gravy. To put the cherry on top- my partner and i were both up in the night sick. And I'm certain this is no coincidence. We were shoved into a back corner booth and checked on once by our so called server. To pay $60 for a meal like this is a disgrace. I asked to speak with management... I then waited over 20 minutes before just paying my bill and leaving. I will not be returning to a cheesecake factory... and especially not this location.

My little sister really wanted to eat here for her birthday, i would go here when i was a lot younger to grab a quick bite but have not as an adult & i would have to say it was actually really good. We had a very sweet waitress & she serviced us well. It was the weekend so it was pretty busy but we still got accommodated very well. The bread was good, my salad was very good & so was this VERY well seasoned chicken dish i had. My sister also enjoyed her mini burgers & pasta with meat balls. Ambiance was cool, all you hear is just others speaking as it is a huge place with many people! I'd take my son again/my sisters. I had no complaints! I would recommend the bow tie chicken pasta i had 100%, it was also a hugeee plate that can be shared.

Cookie was so accommodating with my allergy at the Togo stand. 10/10 service! The cheesecake was super great and tasted fresh!
Be the first to Replydecent food and nice setting, i recommend the cajun pasta.
the service is nice as well! make sure you grab a cheesecake too!
Be the first to ReplyIt was so busy.
This wasn't the first time I came and it was like this. We ordered. The waiter was nice. Very talkative. Brought bread without request. Food took so long I told him to send it packed so we could leave. It had been over an hour! The food was fine. The Oreo cheesecake was fine. The celebration one was good. I am never going back.
Be the first to Replythe 5 STARS are ONLY designated for the Cheesecake .
the Factory has formulated one of the greatest recipes for the dessert . literally ANY flavor will provide your taste buds with the hit they're looking for . + the waiting scene at the cheesecake | latte bar is iconic . CAUTION: don't take a table . the regular food here is the opposite of the cheesecake reviews . . .
Be the first to Reply- they said their bread wasnt ready.
I mean in 20 mins it just never came out. - I asked if they could substitute the liquor in their espresso martini. She said yes! But only for other vodkas now. I said "not tequila?" She said no. Not even for an up charge? Now someone tell me how that works. - it's Saturday afternoon. 12:30pm. I asked for buffalo blasts to start. She came back and said they ran out of buffalo blasts. I mean at that point, you guys can't do anything for me. Awful awful. But the wait was only 20 minutes :)

This place used to be the spot back in the day when Atlanta had few signature restaurants. Boy has the level of service and food plummeted smh. I came in for brunch around 11 on Saturday, with plenty of seating to accommodate just 1 order. To simply get a water took 15 min much less someone acknowledging you despite being in front of the register where orders are clocked in lol. With sending back a moist and barely cooked batch of French toast the manager decided he'd rather just put it back in the toaster than just make me a simple order of waffles. It was too much and even the followup order was not good. Don't recommend at all.

Came in to treat myself for dinner and had a great experience sitting in a cozy booth away from the too busy sections. Everything came out quickly, the pretzel bites are killer, the wheat bread is my favorite, the breaded cauliflower was an interesting take and the carrot cake for dessert, recommended by my server Ray, was one of the best I've had. She was a great server who knew, probably because I had headphones in, that she didn't have to babysit me and only checked in enough times that it felt natural. I'll absolutely be back and requesting

I was on a layover and this was the closest restaurant to the hotel I was at. I ordered the chicken and shrimp with rice. The chicken had a nice snap to the bit and the shrimp was done very well. The bad thing this time was we ordered an appetizer and it took him over 35 minutes to get us the appetizer. The bread was cold. They surf you to snack on and it took them almost an hour to get me my food that I had ordered. The service was great but the kitchen was having major issues. I would still recommend this place to eat. It was good food, decent price.
Be the first to Replythe pasta is not all that fr.
it needs better seasoning. the service is amazing. they check up on you every few minutes just to make sure your doing ok.

Our food was good and our server was really nice but forgetful and we had to remind her at least 2 times before we received what we asked for
Be the first to ReplyWhat's the purpose of a reservation if you still have to
What's the purpose of a reservation if you still have to put your name on a waitlist once you arrive? Drinks were horrible and for them to be not able to take it off of the ticket your forced to drink a nasty drink. Service is horrible form the kids at the hostess stand unable to properly assist guests to the server seeing cold food from the bread to the water down pasta sauce. Worst experience ever especially for 2 ppl with a ticket worth $90
Be the first to ReplyPretty decent place to eat.
Service was okay and the ambiance was nice. Went on Valentine's Day and it wasn't too bad!
Be the first to ReplyThe service was great.
I haven't been to CCF in about 8 years. I was not disappointed. Our waiter was courteous and attentive. Food was amazing!

I can deal with average tasting food sometimes if the service is good but honestly, I was so disappointed with Cheesecake Factory's this particular location. Let me start from the beginning:Our server didn't even come to check on us for the first 20 mins and 20 minutes is a long time to just sit there and wait for your water. Anyways, when she finally did come, she asked us about the bread so I requested if we could get some brown bread instead of the white one and she said she has to check if there is any. Guess what, the bread never arrived. I asked twice more after that but she kept on bringing the brown bread to the tables next to us but did not bother to stop by at our table. Now about the food: We got the Jambalaya pasta which had a lack of flavor. It had good amount of shrimp though but the second dish which was the Jamaican Shrimp and chicken with rice, was so bad. It said the Jamaican sauce would be spicy on the menu but it was sweet. I have had Jamaican sauce before and it tasted way better, I felt like throwing up halfway because the chicken was undercooked, the shrimp was hard like a rubber, I waited to tell our server about it but didn't see her for a good amount of time so I just left the rest of the food. We also ordered the egg roll sampler as an appetizer which was just okay- it felt like we wasted $70 just for these 3 things. The ambiance however is not too bad, but I still probably won't go here again!
Be the first to ReplySuch a nice place and the food was so good.
Service was also great. Definitely recommend to make reservation and arrive early since it's full until closing time. It's located in a shopping center. Totally recommend.
Be the first to ReplyThe silverware is placed directly on the table when it
The silverware is placed directly on the table when it should be place on paper napkin. The table cloth napkin had hair on it. The silverware was not cleaned properly because visible food particles was on them. The women restroom was not maintained because toiletries was on the floor and not in the dispenser. Soap dispensers was empty along with the sink needing to be cleaned. The trash can bags needed to be replaced. The broccoli on the menu should have a choice to be steamed because the dried up broccoli that was served to my husband was horrible. The honey chicken was fried too hard and as for the strawberry shortcake dessert the only thing was satisfying was the ice cream. The tea was not satisfying, no bit of sweetness at all. A lady sitting next to us said her soup was cold and she will just warm it up when she gets back to her room because she didn't want to give it back to the cooks to warm it up because they might do something bad to it, (how and why must you serve cold soup). Before we left, we bought a full size carrot cake and we was told it would take 15 minutes , well those 15 minutes turned into 45 minutes. We drove 2 1/2 hours just to only receive a bad experience.
Be the first to ReplyI'm not sure what happened today.
The vibe was off! My server was great tho! The manager handled everything professionally. You can't have a perfect day. But, cleanliness must be a priority!
Be the first to ReplyWaited 35 minutes for a plate of pasta.
Asked why it's taking so long and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Told the reason is there are only 6 servers. If that is the case, needs better management. No apologies either. Pasta came out cold. General manager really needs to step up or be replaced
Be the first to ReplyI wish I could review this place.
I wish I could tell you about the food, and the staff, and the service. But I didn't get to experience any of that... well, I guess I experienced the service. Or lack thereof. We stopped in for dinner while in town for work and were promptly seated. But that's it. We sat, and sat, and SAT... for about 20 straight minutes. Finally we decided we'd try elsewhere. We got up and left having never seen our waitress once.I really don't understand what was going on, and this isn't the normal experience I've had at other Cheesecake Factory locations, but be warned if you dare to visit!
Be the first to ReplyMy favorite restaurant, seriously I could eat here everyday.
Exquisite, phenomenal, always excellent service, and breath taking food.
