Tadka 2 Kyoto Reviews
South Indian thali meals in kyoto at Tadka ๐
Great, unique place, considering it's run by two Japanese men,who took a liking to south Indian cuisine. We had a great, fresh meal that felt like home. The aromas taste, feel all felt authentic, especially for us vegetarians in a majorly non vegetarian country. Usually it's north Indian food found outside India, but this one was pleasantly different. Considering the vastness of Indian cuisine, even a small effort like what this place has made, makes a difference. However,we told the promoters that the name TADKA doesn't match the cuisine, since that's a north Indian name. Madras cafe,Chennai express would be better,or, simply Rasam ๐
Tadka, for those who want authentic South Indian
Outstanding, I'm amazed at how authentic the food was. No frills, just like an awesome home cooked meal would be like. They have perfected the recipes and presented it well. Kodos to the chefs. Imagine getting a true parupu urundai kozumbu in Kyoto, I'm amazed at the level of perfection. Being an author of a south Indian cookbook and home chef I rate them as the best one can get outside of India. A good number of Japanese people streaming in for lunch.

1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FulfilledThread16, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FulfilledThread16 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FulfilledThread16 for any questions Peter may have as FulfilledThread16 user fills the bid.
