The hostesses Treated me and my friend weird bc we're younger and the steak was mediocre, definitely not worth the 280 we spent. The waitress we had was very nice though
If you're looking for expensive, this is the place.
Most of the food was 4-5 stars but I believe if you are going to charge the price of $97 for a steak it should be a $97 steak. The cowboy ribeye seemed small and definitely not cooked to perfection. Quite disappointed in my main course. The fries and the sauces for them were amazing, creamed corn was fantastic. Mac and cheese was fantastic as well.

Have been a long time patron of Strip-steak; but have watched them deteriorate to a third rate establishment. Have been going to strip steak for probably 15+ years. Strip steak used to be a great spot for a steak, great food, great menu, great service; that has all changed since COVID. They closed down for COVID and never re captured there position. After COVID, the staff was purged, which meant all new servers and Bartenders, Service became weak and untrained, bar staff changed as well, then they closed down shortly after for a remodel and rebranded menu. This has really been their colossal downfall and they have completely fallen of the face of the earth in terms of Service, Menu, and food quality. The menu was changed out,but not for the better, there are no decent appetizers any longer, and very limited selections worthwhile. The food quality has diminished as well. The steaks don't have near the flavor, texture or quality as they used to, the rebrand also doubled the prices of everything, they used to have a great steak at a reasonable and fair price, the rebrand resulted in a marginal steak well overpriced. They are extremely overrated now for a third rate steak house. As for staffing, it used to be very good, but after COVID and the rebrand, they lost many f their good wait staff and Bartenders. The current management has not been able to train the new staff to reasonably acceptable standards since the remodel, which I thin has been 3 years now? The wait staff that I have experienced since the remodel has been 2 servers one was good, the other (young Girl) terrible. I do mainly eat at the bar so am very familiar with the bar staff, I can say that Anthony is the only redeemable bartender. I can see that Anthony sometimes gets dragged down by other poor bar staff at times, but I believe he does the best he can considering. Other bartenders there are disingenuous, self absorbed and provide terrible service. As well I have met a couple different managers there briefly on a few occasions, I did speak with Aaron one time seemed like a good guy. I know the managers are pretty much directed by corporate, so am not resting this slide on them. However they are responsible for getting Staff trained in customer service, specifically the bar staff (not Anthony) Disingenuous/weak staff stands out immediately and is noticed instantly. You know as well with the current state of Las Vegas and Tourism, I think Las Vegas is in great need of redefining their whole Business model and to make themselves more affordable and provide Genuine hospitality to their customers, specifically the Strip restaurants. There are many good steak places, other choices; Peter Luger is very very good but pricey, with excellent service, a good option to Strip steak is Bourbon Steak at 4 Seasons, another Michael Mina Steakhouse, (although the Bar-stools at the Bar absolutely suck). Oscar's downtown is very good as well, great steak, great price, very good service. Bottom line is that Strip Steak has completely lost its way, and needs a complete overhaul to attempt to redeem there past success. Before the remodel their Rib cap was $68, that same Rib Cap is now $140. They have made themselves that Pretentious steak house with way overpriced steaks, poor service and weak menu. They really don't have any worthwhile Appetizers, and the whole menu is overpriced couple with disingenuous service. I would like to think that Strip steak would be able to recover, but don't think it will happen. The current tourism issue with Las Vegas will likely result with many Restaurant Failures
Ate here with a large group the other night.
Food was all around great minus a couple of small things. The complimentary fries starter is a win, the dill ones were my fave. We started out with the crispy tuna rice (4.5/5), the beef tartare (2/5; no egg yolk, super dry, pretty bland), and two of their specials: lobster tacos (4/5) and tomato/burrata salad (4/5). We also got bread service- pretty dry, nothing special, wouldn't order again. I went with the wagyu NY strip- it was excellent. Cooked and seasoned perfectly, nice and juicy! We gave a handful of sides to our server to order for the table and she only brought out one of each- not even close to enough for 12 people. We asked for another round of them and they were brought out pretty efficiently. Mac and cheese (5/5) Creamed corn (5/5) Pork belly fried rice (5/5) Green beans (3/5) Rounded out the meal with beignets. They were light and tasty but the sauces were thick and couldn't really dip or drizzle them at all. Overall pleased with the meal!
Our go to visit in Vegas!
Alex our bartender was so lovely! We’ve been to strip steak many times but this visit was very special. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and the food was outstanding as always. The duck fat fries are always a must, great salads, and a new favorite was the pork belly! Cocktails were fabulous and service was just exactly what you would expect from a luxury dining experience!
Dinner was amazing.
I did not have reservations. But being a MGM Platinum member, they said they would find a table for me. Our server was Rachael P, and I have to say she is AMAZING! I wish all of your staff were like her. She helped us select our menu items, and definitely had knowledge of the menu and drinks. We enjoyed our Wagyu 8 oz rib cap. As a matter of fact, we went twice this weekend. We went Friday night 8/15 and Saturday 8/16. Racheal was our server both nights. Money well spent. Will definitely be back!!!
Overpriced lukewarm steaks.
Lukewarm coffee. A 7-11 Cinnamon Bun with a small scoop of ice cream masquerading as gourmet dessert and a $500+ bill. I will not be a repeat customer
Our waiter, Glen, is the best.
We come here regularly and always request his area. He is top notch, respectful, and always takes care of us with recommendations, feedback, etc. Glen truly makes this place a gem for us as we put a high price tag on exceptional service and he always delivers. The food is outstanding as well and the oysters are absolutely the best. Thx, the Moores
An absolute delight eating here.
The best crab cakes I've had in my life. Truffle Mac and cheese was to die for. Service was great and chef even gave us complimentary duck fat fries. This place was soooo good

Lengthy reviews aren't always necessary, sometimes you just have to post your photos and let people experience the greatness all on their own. From start to finish, the evening was nothing shy of phenomenal. Staff, food, drinks, ambience ... I can't say enough amazing things about it, consider me speechless, in the best way possible. Thank you!
We decided to get some food prior to The Weeknd concert.
They were open and we were delighted to dine in. Service is great. Good was brought out asap after ready. We were served by different members of the staff. I loved the teamwork. The restaurant is beautiful and located inside Mandalay Bay. Someone visited our table to see how everything went which is a concept I love My husband loved the steak so much he took the bone to go literally! Go check them out! Food is delicious ! Fries are served fresh with 3 sauces. One is ketchup but the other 2 are amazing. The fries are complementary yes! The steak is melt in your mouth delicious so go visit them!
Top of the Line, the Best of the Best
A local Las Vegas friend brought us here since he had been here several times. Impressive menu and great service, this is fine dinner with a casual atmosphere. Don't let the prices scare you away, because you'll enjoy everything that you order. I look forward to going back to this place.
Nice but pricey - and whilst a very nice dinner / experience, I would not put it worth anything near what the bill was
The food was nice, but the cheapest steak was $79 without tax and service, and that was just a steak with no sides. Have I had better steaks? yes, the Percy Arms Chilworth does a better steak with fries at less than a third of that price. Whilst I expected by a premium price for the fact it's Las Vegas, it didn't feel like value.
Pricey but Very Good Overall
Because we were staying at Mandalay Bay, we decided to give Stripsteak a try even though we knew well advance that the prices here are quite high -- even for Vegas. But, if you know that in advance you won't be caught off-guard when you get the check. You just hope that the service and the quantity and quality of the food matches the elevated pricing. Stripsteak comes close, but does not really achieve a 'five-star' review based on our recent experience. The atmosphere is very nice once inside, and the service was first rate. The complimentary fries that you get with three dipping sauces before ordering are a nice touch, but in reality I'd rather have some fresh rolls and bread. The salads we ordered were very good, but not so big that they affected one's appetite before the main course is served. My wife ordered the seven ounce filet ($67) and I opted for the 20-ounce bone-in ribeye ($99). Those are bare bone prices, and adding a loaded baked potato ($21) or even asparagus ($18) to complete your meal really drives up the final total. My wife enjoyed her filet, and the portion was just right for her. But, the 20-ounce bone-in ribeye didn't look as big or as thick as I thought it would be. It was cooked to perfection and tasted great, but in my opinion it was over-priced by at least thirty dollars. On a positive note, the 'loaded' baked potato was excellent and almost a meal unto itself. Overall, we had an enjoyable dining experience, but I'm uncertain we would dine here again. But if the prices are not an issue, and you are guests at Mandalay Bay (or Luxor) this place is worth a try if steak is on your mind.
Go somewhere else!
I was really hungry and couldn’t find another restaurant in Mandalay Bay that matched what I was looking for in terms of food quality and reasonable prices, so I ended dining at Stripsteak. I sat at the bar, while the service started off well, it quickly declined. My salad arrived first, but it was underwhelming, mostly just lettuce with very little else. On the bright side, the complimentary fries with dipping sauces which were delicious and one of the very few highlights of the meal. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The bartender never brought me cutlery and didn’t check in to ask how my meal was. As for the main course, the $79 filet mignon was undercooked and overly salty, a huge letdown for such a high price point. It’s clear the kitchen staff struggled to properly cook a steak, which is disappointing for a place known as a steakhouse. If you think the steak at Stripsteak is amazing, you probably haven’t had a truly great one! I will never again visit Stripsteak, nor will I recommend to friends and travelers.
Good dinner
I went here for dinner. The service is very good and the people were nice. The bread was great. The duck fat fries were great. I had the prime rib and it was fairly decent. Not the best I’ve had. I’ve had rib cap here in the past and should have went with that.
Extraordinary Tasting Experience
Fabulous food. Can’t wait to go back next time I’m here. I took a chance on the tasting menu. It was extraordinary. Loved the little taco with caviar, steak tartar appy with caviar, the “bacon” pork belly, and omg, the sea bass melted in my mouth. It was perfectly done, like butter and so flavourful. The steak was delicious but the sea bass ruled. The rice had an Asian 5 spice flavour and was delicious too. Can’t say enough. Then there was dessert. 4 separate items with the crème brûlée and Beignets (warm in their own little blanket) my favourites. melt in your mouth delicious. Thank you for a memorable meal!
Should be better
It’s a good restaurant, but I remember it much better from a long time ago. It’s very noisy, And not a good service. Too expensive for the experience
Wonderful Even Though Packed
We love Michael Mina’s restaurants, and this one never disappoints. We were seated in a beautiful large, cushioned booth towards the back of the restaurant which made it intimate and so nice. Were hoping for a nice, quiet intimate dinner, until we got there and realized the Raiders football game had recently ended so the restaurant was flooded with loud fans. But it was all good, and great to see so many having fun. The restaurant was totally packed, yet the service and quality of food was superb. Seems like all the waiters and staff pitch in to do one another’s job when they’re overwhelmed like this. And everything went so smooth as a result. The complimentary starter are 3 small vessels of wonderful French fries with different dipping sauces—what’s not to love about that? We had the Caesar salad, good but nothing special. Then the bone-in filet which was just superb. We were staying at the Four Seasons, and could easily access this restaurant. A great choice.
Just ok Steak and ambiance- pricey
StripSteak at Mandalay Bay offers an ok ambiance; it is loud inside and its hard to hear- further, the food didn’t justify the price. Instead of bread, they serve French fries with unique dipping sauces, which were good. We shared a 20-ounce ribeye ($98), a $21 loaded baked potato, and sides. The steak arrived too rare and had to be sent back, delaying the meal. The potato was indulgent with toppings already mixed in- I would’ve liked putting them on myself. Also ordered a Caesar salad, which was way overpriced for the five pieces of lettuce you got, and a healthy order asparagus with a spicy sauce on top. The red wine at $31 a glass felt overpriced. Splitting the steak helped, but we still spent $100 per person. Good service, but overall, I expected more for the price.
My family visits StripSteak every time we come to Vegas and
My family visits StripSteak every time we come to Vegas and it just gets worse and worse. This steakhouse is hanging by a thread and it's only gotten worse after the Mandalay Bay shooting tragedy and Covid. Now, I fear it is the service that will rid itself of all its remaining customers. Instead of bread, they start you off with fries and 3 house sauces, which is probably of the highlight of the night! We ordered - salad - foie gras - lobster roll - 2 filet mignons - scallops - king crab legs - asian fried rice - asparagus The meats are pretty good quality but the seafood was deeply concerning. The lobster roll tasted rubbery and the crab legs were lukewarm and such a measly portion for being the special of the night. It was $90 for 2 limp legs. The foie gras was so thinly cut and the accompanying bread was soggy and sickeningly sweet. Our bill came out to around $600 and when there was a computer error in charging our bill to the room, the manager made it a huge deal and treated us like thieves. We asked if one of us could leave to figure out the room number problem with the check in people in the lobby and she refused and said none of us could move from the table until we paid. She was rolling her eyes and expressed explicit annoyance that we wanted to charge to the room which is completely our right as MGM patrons and guests. We practically had to beg her to let one of us go figure it out, which is absolutely ridiculous since it wasn't our fault that our check in hadn't processed yet. Our server was sweet but the manager ruined the entire experience and is an absolute disgrace to the establishment.
A big fan of Michael Mina restaurants.
Have been to three in three different states. Every experience is just that, an experience. You can blindly point to anything on the menu, and I guarantee it will leave your tummy happy. The staff is always accommodating, and you feel as if you are the only table they are servicing. Kudos to the management for making it a point to make sure customers are pleased with their dining experience.
The food there is not that great.
Overpriced & no customer service. We ordered a $244 tomahawk steak which was cold & management refused to acknowledge our frustrated issue. The manager Aaron doesn't care about customer service there. He would rather charge customer for a quick dollar. Please do not waste your time & money there. I would highly recommend to stay away from Strip Steak at the Mandalay Bay resort.

The food was amazing, the service was great, and the ambiance was beautiful! We ordered the miso-glazed sea bass, duck fat prime rib, black truffle mac and cheese, and the trio fries! Everything looked and tasted spectacular! It was well worth the money! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our server Steven was incredible - great personality and super engaging. The food was also amazing - wedge salad was yummy, ask for it chopped. The pork belly appetizer had such great flavor. Definitely order numerous sides - good portions that were easily shared with 4 people. I also shared the 16oz NY steak with my husband. Cooked perfectly. It was a bit pricey but expected. Would love to visit again!

Celebrated my birthday dinner at StripSteak and had a wonderful experience! The staff were super welcoming and the chef was totally on their A+ game as we were blessed with perfectly cooked meals (ribeye, seabass, mac and cheese, spinach, and roasted mushrooms) - #chefskiss - and to top it off the chef gave us complimentary duck fat fries which were AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC!! But wait...there's more....I was also surprised at the end of our meal with a birthday dessert treat of a mini vanilla ice cream in a cone with a candle. It was super good and very thoughtful. I could not have asked for a better birthday, so thank you StripSteak team for your five star customer service!! =0) If you are ever in the Mandalay Bay area...definitely consider making a reservation as I highly recommend them. They will not disappoint and your tummy will thank you for it!! =0)

Pretty ordinary Had an 8 oz filet along with sides of whipped potatoes, sautéed spinach, and mushrooms. Very underwhelming considering I had high expectations from a Michael Mina restaurant. I could have sautéed the spinach-- nothing creative, the mushrooms- some were very rubbery, the whipped potatoes were really good Now the steak - no seasonings on the steak and no crust. So it was kind of tasteless. Something I could do at home yet it was very pricey- $700 for 4 people - &75 bucks for an 8 oz filet The nice thing was there was good baffling for sound so despite the fact that it was crowded you could carry on a conversation with the people at your table which is a rarity these days so
We chose this restaurant because we were staying at Planet
We chose this restaurant because we were staying at Planet Hollywood, where StripSteak is located, I was so pleasantly surprised at how great the food was! The decor is very typical steakhouse, dark and paneled. Our server was super-attentive and spoke loudly enough for us to hear her is a pretty bustling restaurant. Our meals were exceptional. All steaks and sides were cooked to exactly what we'd requested. Those of us who ordered fish were thrilled without selections as well. The Caesar salad tasted like the dressing was make fresh for us, always something that makes me happy. I highly recommend StripSteak if you're in the area!
Overall one of the best dining experiences of all time.
Our server Glenn was top notch and he alone would be worth another visit. The food was excellent and flavorful and worth the premium cost. Even our busser and food runners were personable and friendly. One of the best if not "the best" dining experiences in Las Vegas. Thank you

I don't know how you all pulled off such an intimate and beautiful ambiance in a casino space, but you did. I don't know how the food can be so good, but it was. And the service??!! Glen was amazing. Thank you for such a great experience. We will definitely be returning! Menu selections: strip steak, sea bass, lamb chops, spinach, Mac & cheese, and Brussel sprouts.
We had dinner on Saturday May 11th with reservations at 5pm.
We arrived early and they seated quickly. The server came over quickly to get our drink orders and brought us fries. We placed our food order then didn't see our server again for about 45 minutes. We finally ask if someone could get him because we needed update on our food. When he came over he said the food would be just a few minutes. The food arrived about 10 minutes later and almost everything was awful. We had the Lobster toast which was inedible and tasted burned. The filet was so bad and burned, usually a filet is soft and melts in your mouth, this one was not, it was very tough and rubbery. The vegan meal was sub par and nothing special. The scallops however were very good and the crab cake had a lot if crab in it. You can see from our bills below we spent about $500. For 6 people and the recommended tip was $282.00 which clearly states it's 22% and it closer to 50% tip. Then if you review what they charged from receipt 3 to room charge it doesn't match up either. When we attempted to talk to our waiter about this he had no idea and couldn't answer any questions on the bill. We ended up at restaurant for almost 1.5 to 2 hours and will never return again. We never got asked any questions on how our meal was and never got drinks refilled. I personally expected more for a restaurant of this status.
Redemption! This is a follow review from my prior visit
Redemption! This is a follow review from my prior visit last week when I had the Prime rib. It just so happens that we were in town again and wanted to give this place another try and I'm so glad we did! The staff at Stripsteak was phenomenal. Aaron and Katherine really made this fine dining experience worth every dollar. Let's be real, we come to Vegas for the experience and not the bargains. I had the Cowboy ribeye medium rare and it was prepared perfectly, the charing was excellent, flavor was very full and tender. My wife had the swordfish special and the mushroom was incredible, the swordfish was excellent. Ambiance was as expected. Service was excellent! Will definitely comeback and highly recommended.
Fantastic service.
Joe our waiter was great, he constantly refill my drinks and is on top of taking our dishes away. We order the 20oz cowboy ribeye and it was delicious. It's grilled with wood and we get to see the grilling actions because they have a window kitchen. The sides are shareable so don't over order like we did. I love the tuna nigiri. It was so good I had to order another one. It's pricey, we spent $400 plus on our meal but worth every penny. Everything about StripSteak was great, even the check in ladies were wonderful. I highly recommend this place. You will not regret going to this place.
Great food and drinks.
The cuts of meat were great quality. Also, the service was spot on. Loved the vibe of the restaurant.

Eh... tough one to review. Have eaten here lots of times and seems to be declining. Had the filet, lobster and a veggie. Everything was just average, nothing exciting to report. Employees were also somewhat unprofessional. The filet was more like a sirloin at filet price.

Overall experience was amazing! Hostess was friendly and directed our guests to the table because they were a little late. Our server was patient, knowledgeable and kind. She was absolutely amazing. Busser was awesome and stayed on top of waters and such. Chef Joe is a badass! The food!!!! Everyone was blown away with the truffle Mac and cheese. The instant bacon is always a favorite. The restaurant itself is beautiful! I wish we took pics but all of us were so focused on the food! We are coming back for my son's 21st birthday and cannot wait!! Maybe I'll remember to take pics then! :)
First off the service is spot on.
Fastest water refill I have ever had and just all around great. Now on to the food. Below average for sure. $90 for a strip or 90 for a filet and they were both nothing special. Honestly I have had a lot better steaks at Costco that I had to cook myself. Definately thicker and more flavor . For apps we had the lobster toast that seemed very dry and not much flavor. Second best part outside of the meal was the fries they bring out when you sit down. I know Vegas is always expensive but 400 for a below average meal I just can't recommend.
Solid steak option on Mandalay
I’ve been on the search for a great steak option on the strip. There are tons of options so I keep looking for something to separate them. I typically stay off the strip at Red Rock which has a great steak restaurant Tbones. So if I’m going to Uber to the strip and back it needs to be worth it. I have given a few options a shot recently including Craft Steak and Edge. Strip Steak is in Mandalay Bay in restaurant row. Like most places it has a lively atmosphere. I sat at the bar. I wasn’t hungry enough for a starter which was a blessing in disguise. Everyone gets a complimented duck fat French fry flight. 3 different seasoned fries with 3 different dips. I believe it was dill pickle seasoning with ketchup, truffle with garlic aioli, and spicy with ranch. All were great, warm crispy solid fries. For dinner kept it simple with a NY strip and the charred broccolini. I really liked the broccolini has some spice from Calabrian chiles. The steak was tender, juicy, cooked perfect med rare with a little smoke flavor from the grill. Some red wine and a real good meal. The bartenders were friendly and helpful. Maybe one thing I thought the menu choices were a little limited. Probably around 3 Wagyu options and 4-5 non wagyu. I thought starters were limited though there were multiple seafood/raw bar options. All in all a solid option but not sure I’d make the trip as a destination meal if staying off strip.
Avoid like the plague
This is absolutely one of the worst places you could ever go to. They are extremely rude. Despite having reservations, they wouldn’t seat us. Avoid frustration, aggravation, and incredibly disgusting service and absence of hospitality. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Outstanding memorable meal
We booked reservation with Joe executive chef. They had a tasting menu which I ordered the food just kept coming the crab cake was amazing nori taco, steak tartar and cornbread like nothing I’ve ever tasted salad and candied bacon pork belly fried rice mashed potato sea bass and wagu skirt steak came with 3 desserts crème brûlée chocolate pot du cream and butterscotch pudding with caramel Hubby had the Duck fat prime rib with popover and bake potato overly rich preferred the rib eye from last visit. The piece de resistance was the final dessert with meringue with a mallet to crack open kudos to Louise our waiter Jerry expediter with explanation Sommelier and Joe for coming out to check on our meal. OUTSTANDING!
Amazing food
Amazing food at an underrated restaurant. The steak and sides were amazing. The pork belly rice was so good. Service was excellent. We went here because we were attending the Michael Jackson Cirque show. So glad we did.
Too noisy and not good food quality
I don’t know why this restaurant is getting good reviews. It’s far overpriced for what you get. I ordered the salmon. I got one small piece of salmon, dry and tasted old, on a plate for $48! All dishes have to be ordered separately, meaning you will pay over $100 per person if you order a salad and vegetable with your entree. We weren’t even offered bread, though they did give us free French fries before the meal. The restaurant is extremely noisy, and we were seated at a long common booth with other patrons, not a separate table. Very bad seating arrangement. I’ve been to fancy, expensive restaurants before, and it is expected when you pay this much for a meal, that you get your own booth and a quieter atmosphere. I ordered the green mixed salad, and that was good, but the salmon was not fresh and the broccoli spears were too salty. All in all, I would not go back.
Great Evening Out!
Excellent Service the Steak was to die for, the Manager came to our table and was very engaging. All the drinks tried were unique and delivered.
Food is amazing, say "no" to sketchy seating policy
Return visit for a special event. Prices are sky high but food is absolutely world-class. Not so good was the front desk seating folk. We turned up with a booking made 3 months earlier, and waited 15 minutes after our reserved time to be seated. So far, not too bad, we could live with that. We were then lead through the restaurant, out the back of it, down a corridor and into what looked like a soulless conference room. No windows, basic furniture and settings, two TVs like some crap sportsbar on the wall. Six or so tables and a few people eating in there, no vibe whatsoever. We refused to be seated in there. At those prices we expect to sit in the beautiful main restaurant, not some overflow room next to the washrooms. Seating host became quite aggressive and unpleasant about it, saying "well, you'll have to wait, and I have no idea how long". We said, sure, we'll wait a bit, and then go somewhere else if needed. In the event we were seated 5 minutes later and had a beautiful table and wonderful experience. Shame on StripSteak, though, for trying to palm customers off with a lesser experience. A restaurant of this calibre needs to rise above the "pack 'em, stack 'em and rack 'em" approach.
Unbelievable
As I was looking at the menu that was outside the restaurant trying to determine to go in or not, an employee came over and said "you can't afford it" I said what did you say, he repeated it. I asked to speak to his supervisor or Manger, he went to a couple of other employees, as to scramble around. After 10 minutes of no supervisor or manager, I went to complain at the Mandalay Bay front desk. The manager apologized and explained they were two different entities and that he would forward the complaint to restaurant supervisor to call me. I have not yet received a call from anyone at the restaurant. I'm sure you wondering, yes I'm a women of color. DO NOT eat at this restaurant.
biz dinner at conference hotel
good bone-in ribeye, thought porterhouse but my wallet not my stomach limited me expensive drinks but compared to everywhere in vegas avg cost, my buddy got fish (yeah at a steak place) and had good salmon (i.e. not overcooked)
Very Nice Dinner
The meal I had here was one of the best, hands down, I have experienced in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!
Misses the mark for a top steakhouse
Here a couple of times during the week, dining with colleagues at the bar. Overall the basics were solid- filet, shrimp cocktail, Mac & cheese, martinis. Other than that underwhelmed by 2 Waygu ribeye cap, strip and ribeye. Kitchen seems to have an issue under and overcooking. Waygu ribeye cap for $100+ tasted like a basic cheap Denver steak. Side dishes fair.
Disappointing
The service and the seabass were both amazing. However for a restaurant called Stripsteak, the NY steak was so grisly it was almost inedible. At least one third was left on the plate. So disappointing.
The service was great! The seabass was soo yummy but the NY
The service was great! The seabass was soo yummy but the NY strip was very grisly. Half of it was left on the plate. Definitely would not recommend the NY strip at this steak restaurant which is pretty sad.
