Long Queue But Worth the Wait
The Troubadour is an iconic Los Angeles venue where many famous bands have played or gotten their start. I saw The Zombies there and it was a great performance. If you go, be sure to sit upstairs. That's the only place there are chairs. If you're on the floor, you stand and can't see over the crowd.

Small club has two floors, 3 bars, food, and multiple viewing spots so a good view of the bands. Very loud due to the small space but its set up bette r than most small venues. Ventilation was good too. Id recommend this place for whatever music your into

Great venue for lively bands. Holds about 500 people with limited seating upstairs, first come, first served. Very reasonably priced tickets with food and drink Available. Great sound

Just saw Anders Osbourne here - just him, the guitar and the stage and this venue was def the place for that. Stood the whole time on the floor (there is a bar there and standing room right in front of the stage) but you can go upstairs if you have a 'sticker' and sit. I had a 'sticker' - not sure how that worked as my hubby got the tickets - but didn't bother with the upstairs because it was great to be like a teenager again right up close with the music. The doorman was great, friendly, welcoming. Was like going back in time to a simpler way of hearing music like the 70s. A welcome change to the crazy sterile venues on offer in most big cities.

I took my daughter to see Jacob Sartorious. The staff of the venue were very helpful and there was plenty of parking close by. The only short coming was that the venue was very much in the small side for the amount of girls at the concert. The meet and greet was very organized and the will call was very easily accessible.

As one of the smallest and oldest clubs in LA, this place turned out to be a great venue for getting up close and personal with the band. Looking forward to going back!

Been to the Troubadour many times and recently caught a show with Willie Nelson's son's bands--Lukah Nelson and The Promise of the Real and Micah's band Insects vs. Robots. Oh wow!!!! This show was INCREDIBLE! While creatively diverse, both guys are amazing musical talents in their own right! Truly a special night of music!

Great little club where many big name acts performed before going big. Elton, Eagles, James Taylor to the Kooks, Sam Smith, the Strypes. Rock, Country, Americana, Metal. They cover all genres. Two bars downstairs and one upstairs. Holds about 500 people. The new sound system is Amazing. You can park at Dan Tana's valet right next door, tell them you are there for the Troubadour. Go early and eat at Dan Tanas and get happy... Easy peasy.
