😍 5/5 - Superior Sushi

My daughter had booked a table well in advance and we were happy to get a 9:30pm slot in this rather small restaurant.
There is no name on the outside, so you have to remember the Number of the street.
Three of us had the Omakase dinner with wine and sake pairing.
It is not cheap @ 180 per person plus another 100 for the pairing, but worth every penny of it!
The plates came mainly with three different sushi pieces and directions were given whether to start from the left or the right.
There was only one wine: a German Eva Fricke Sparkling Pinot Noir Rose and the rest were sakes: Nanbu Bijun Daigingo, Junmai Ginjo Sai, Yamakai Tokubetsu Junmai Muroka Genshu. Dassai 50 and Junmai - not necessarily in that order. All were perfectly chosen for the dishes we had. I also had an additional piece of Caviar Uni Toro which was mouth watering.
Most enjoyable and very tasty and no surprise that they managed to get three Michelin Stars.
The restaurant was opened in 2005.
The menu changes daily.
The service very friendly.
