So youâve already joined Appointment Trader and youâre ready to earn â perfect. Hereâs your crash course in filling your first bid and leveling up like a pro. Keep it light, follow this once, and youâll be in the green fast. đ
đŹÂ 1. The âMake Moneyâ Board = Your Marketplace
This is the live feed of real buyer requests â aka bids. Each one shows:
đ° The reward amount (your payout minus site fees)
đĽ Party size
â° Date/time range that works
Tap a bid and youâll see âGo to Bid Discussion.â Thatâs where you can comment things like:
đŹ Can you do earlier?
đŹ Patio OK?
đŹ Would X date work instead?
Always tag the customer @Username so theyâre notified. If they agree to any change in that thread, youâre clear to fill it under those new terms.
đŻÂ 2. Filling Your First Bid
Youâve got a matching reservation â now itâs go time.
1ď¸âŁ Click the bid.
2ď¸âŁ Click the reward amount â this opens âTalk to Mr. AT.â
3ď¸âŁ Youâll see: âYour bid fill rate must be 45% or higher to hold this bid.â No worries â everyone starts at 0%.
Choose âAnswer this bid without holding it first.â Fill in the form and upload a đ¸ screenshot of the reservation. The review team will approve or reject it.
 â
Once approved, congrats â your first sale is done!
đ§žÂ Proof That Gets Approved
đ Screenshot must clearly show restaurant name, date, time, and party size.
âď¸ Donât crop out details.
đŤ Be honest â false uploads can kill your fill rate fast.
đŹÂ Communication = Currency
đ˘ Always tag buyers in comments (@Username).
đŹ Keep it polite, concise, and fast.
đď¸ Confirm everything inside the bid thread so itâs on record.
Your speed and tone matter â treat it like customer service meets matchmaking.
âď¸Â 3. Understanding the Bid Fill Rate
Itâs your reliability score â how often you successfully complete what you claim.
đŚ Below 45% = you canât hold bids yet, but you can still fill them directly.
đ Once youâve had a few approved fills, your rate climbs and you unlock full privileges.
đĄ Pro tip: Focus on older or low-competition bids first â theyâre easier wins.
đ 4. Custom Concierge Bids (The Hidden Gold)
You wonât see these until youâre verified as a Concierge Seller. Theyâre âcustomâ or ârestricted-marketâ requests (NY, FL, LV etc.) that donât appear publicly. Getting verified is quick â just follow the prompts in your profile.
đŞÂ 5. Level Up With Sponsorship
Want insider support and longer bid holds? Request a Medal Sponsorship from a top seller you vibe with:
đŚEternalAnt36 ¡ đMaternalRecord73
¡ đď¸DistinguishedTree58
¡ đŚŠFluffyStar64
¡ đąPerceptiveWash44
Theyâll help guide you, share sales tips, and show you how to grow faster.
đ 6. Notifications & Holding Bids
Once youâve made a few sales, youâll start getting alerts for future bids. For example, if you sold a table at Zuma's, youâll receive pop-up notifications for new Zuma's requests.
When youâre verified as a Concierge, youâll also get real-time notifications for new bids â they go straight to your phone and take you directly to âTalk to Mr. AT.â From there, you can decide whether or not to claim the bid.
đ Claiming gives you first rights and a system-generated deadline to work on it.
đŤ It prevents anyone else from filling that bid while youâre working on it.
â
Every bid you claim (and complete) goes toward improving your fill rate.
đ TL;DR â Quick Path to Your First $200
1ď¸âŁ Open Make Money â find a bid you can fill.
2ď¸âŁ Confirm details with buyer in Bid Discussion.
3ď¸âŁ Click Reward â âAnswer without holding.â
4ď¸âŁ Upload proof â wait for approval.
5ď¸âŁ Watch your fill rate climb and payouts roll in.
