Great
Great little place in Inverness. We went here while our vehicle was charging in the nearby Tesla charger. Good cocktails. Thumbs up to Lauren for being so efficient! ……………..
Be the first to ReplyGreat venue for food, drinks and music.
Superb food and service. Very reasonable price for food and drink . Great atmosphere with live music. Inverness city centre.

Be the first to ReplyGreat lunch
We had a delicious meal. I had the wraps with fries. We were well served by Kostie and Ellie. And the environment is beautiful.
Be the first to ReplyGood place for food and drink or just a relaxed night out
We called in on a Monday evening after a day out around Loch Ness having not booked anywhere to eat. No trouble getting a table. The designated driver had a zero alcohol lager, but there is a good choice of beers and other drinks available. For starters we ordered the Calamari and the garlic and chilli King prawns. Both were generous portions, and arrived promptly. The Calamari was pefectly cooked in a light batter, the king prawns also had the right balance of chilli, both dishes were very tasty. For mains we had the Balmoral chicken and the ultimate house beef burger. The chicken came wrapped in smoked bacon and stuffed with haggis, and was very good. The burger was served with bacon, cheese, in a bun with a basket of fries. This style of presentation is pretty standard in the industry but the burger was tasty, everything well cooked, and both plates were empty at the finish. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food, the atmosphere is relaxed and the service friendly. I imagine this place gets much busier than it was during our visit, but for what we wanted that evening we have no complaints.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food, great service
This restaurant had a great atmosphere and a nice selection of food/drinks. Their in-house IPA was one of the best I’ve had. I hope you all get Kornelia as your server as she was delightful.
Be the first to ReplyBrilliant venue, it has everything.
Fantastic venue, lovely staff and just a friendly atmosphere, food was delicious, stayed and watched a brilliant band , danced and drank , fab night.

Fantastic place made better by Ellie and her professional service. Lovely pint, can't wait to get back to Inverness just to go here.
Be the first to ReplyGreat atmosphere
Kim was so friendly and the atmosphere was amazing 😁 drinks was fab and the gin was very tasty 😁 would definitely go back 😃
Be the first to ReplyWe enjoyed this restaurant and friendly service!
Our group stopped in for lunch. What a treat. The food and the service was excellent. This is an historic building and the second floor has large murals celebrating the workers who helped make Inverness. We understand they have live music that starts early too! Check it out!
Be the first to ReplyMargarita Missing
Nice enough bar, but was disappointed with the cocktails, my margarita was basically half a glass, quite disappointing for a hefty nearly £11 price tag
Be the first to ReplySpend your hard earned cash elsewhere in the town centre
Very disappointed - was looking forward to a nice meal - service was very slow, upstairs restaurant area was dead, music was too loud from downstairs that we literally had to shout, drinks overpriced and the food was awful. Burgers cold, coleslaw is not coleslaw and the chips frozen skinny numbers - really not a pleasant experience. So sad that customers get ripped off like this - at the prices charged I expect at least a pleasant atmosphere to sit in, and warm welcome, hot decent food and at a fair price. I don't mind paying for a nice meal but I will be unlikely to spend my pennies there again unless it drastically changes its style.
Be the first to ReplyThe new regular favourite ❤️
A fantastic lunch! Venue was comfort in style. The menu has loads of tasty choices giving you reason to return to try them all . Service was perfect & bonus of parking too 😊
Be the first to ReplyCold Burger......
Cold expensive burger. Chips OK. Staff friendly and helpful, good to see it open again after being shut. Wouldn't rush back , lots of other places to try in Inverness.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Staff, Great Service, Great Place
Popped in for the first time today for a bite to eat. Made to feel like old friends. Fantastic friendly staff. Great food. Lovely place to spend time. Thank you.

Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from your waitress (we never asked about her name but she was only one with tattoos on her arms) last night. You guys were super busy - rugby night, the restaurant was at capacity, and she was just fantastic! I appreciate a server who does a great job, and she handled our table of 7 adults a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done! Food was amazing and we will be back , for sure 😊
Be the first to ReplyLovely place
I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Cornelia was her name and she was phenomenal. She was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food. And she just had this friendly demeanor about her that made us all happy. By the end of our dinner, two of us said, "she's the best waiter we've ever had " By the way, the food is pretty good and the menu is diverse. Thank you Cornelia for the wonderful service
Be the first to ReplyLovely breakfast and lunch
My second visit today. I enjoyed a tasty breakfast a few weeks ago with my friend and today a lovely lunch with family. We sat in one of the booths by the window. The staff were both welcoming and helpful. Great music and vibe. We went upstairs for a look around and were pleasantly surprised with even more fantastic space and decor, including old pics of Inverness. We look forward to returning. Fantastic establishment for Inverness.
Be the first to ReplyPoor not great and very cold venue
Food was very poor for price. Balmoral Chicken dry and poorly presented. Not worth what we had to pay. Freezing cold also..had to put coats on half way through meal. Could be a nice enough place but I could have cooked my meal better...and im not a great cook. Wouldn't go back.
Be the first to ReplyPub Visit Excursion
We visited Rose Street as part of a paid excursion with a tour group and the staff went all out! Great service, drinks and loved the special attention we received with a bagpiper (thank you!). Highly recommend.
Be the first to ReplyFood, drinks and talks
We had amazing local beers and food, especially the sunday roast. A special thanks goes out to Billy, with whom we had a nice talk about life and who recommended an amazing whisky and advised us on places (and bars) to visit. This is definetly a place we will return to!
Be the first to ReplyFavourite pub in Inverness
We had a wonderful time here! We came on a Saturday night for the live music and a beer, we returned on Sunday for a roast dinner and ended our stay in Inverness here with dinner. Great beers and great food, and especially the bartender Billy was super nice to us, giving advice on whiskeys to try and things to do around Inverness, like local bars or day trips. We followed all of his advice and had a great time, and drank what was probably the best whisky I've had so far. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a warm and homey pub for dinner, music and drinks, and be sure to say hi to Billy (and his dog)!
Be the first to ReplyCracking venue, but meals are lacking
A lot of work has been done restoring and developing the site, kudos for that... However the food quality was a bit of a let down... Very basic meals and at tourist prices. Sadly the steak Pie looked like it's fresh from a football match! The steak was pretty much a let down as well. Overall there is a lot of potential but the menu really does disappoint.
Be the first to ReplyA fun evening for our group
There were about 20 of us going to the pub. We arrived at the Rose Street Foundry Pub and we were all seated at our reserved tables after we ordered at the bar. The staff were all friendly and made us all feel welcome. Billy, the owner of the pub played the bagpipes and then posed with us for photos. It was a fun evening and I would recommend that anyone in Inverness check it out. There were a large variety of pub drinks, beer, ales and ciders.
