Absolutely Not!
Our server was wonderful- our food was not. It is a shame how they priced their menu... mediocre flavors, substandard product. I could have gotten a better tasting burger with better quality beef at a gas station. The salad was dull and tasteless. My husband's half chicken was disgusting. The ambiance is lovely, but it does not at all make up for the lackluster food. It was exceptionally bad.

Amazing ambience. Just beautiful. Food was delicious and plentiful (lobster roll, shaved ribeye sandwich, Caesar salad with salmon, delice cheese and baguette, crispy artichokes) —so good! Service was spectacular!! Definitely recommend.
Be the first to ReplyGreat experience for large group for brunch
Took 15 college girls to RH Rooftop in Columbus for a birthday party and the food and service was terrific. They accommodated the difficult task is seating the girls together and this was greatly appreciated and made the experience! Our waiters were very attentive and terrific and made the birthday girl feel special. Highly recommended
Be the first to ReplyDelicious brunch in a stunning space
I had a wonderful brunch at RH in Easton Town Center. It exceeded all expectations. The waitstaff was courteous and efficient. The food was excellent. My Bellini was the best I’ve had outside of Venice. I’m excited to hear the Cleveland area is getting the same concept store/restaurant in fall. It will be my special occasion brunch spot. I loved everything about my experience at RH Restaurant

Wow where to start. We wanted to treat our daughter to a nice dinner out so we tried this restaurant. They portrayed themselves as a higher end restaurant. Showed plenty of open reservations so we went over without making a reservation. The hostess and “manager” gave us a story that no tables were available until 7 pm. My daughter hoped on there reservation and made an online reservation for 6:30. Perfect opportunity for the manager to offer an open table. He chose to play the attitude. 30 minutes later we showed back up and we were seated at a table that was open when we first showed up. The meal we all ordered the chicken dish and broccolini. 2 of the meals arrived and were cold. My meal showed up 5 minutes after the first two. The broccolini sides were another 5 minutes and cold. Our server stopped by the table to ask how the meals were. We told them everything was cold. They remade the entire order. The replacement meals came out and the chicken was warm and the potato purée was still cold. After 10 minutes the broccolini sides showed up cold again. Our entire meal was comped. The manager just stopped by the table to let us know the meal was comped. Clearly they have a completed disconnect from the managers to the kitchen. If you want a cold meal and attitude this would be the place for you!!

Loved the restaurant setting ,the seating ,chandeliers ,the greenery ,pristine restrooms.Didn’t get a chance to move to open terrace space since there were multiple people taking photos. We were in the Easton area around 5.00pm and were able to get our tables reserved for 6.30 pm with just a phone call. Most guests were in a formal wear except for a handful including us. Our table had a sectional plus two chairs. The chairs had rollers and I wasn’t comfortable so took the sectional seat with my husband. As for the food ,we had the artisanal prosciutto for the appetizer ; broiled salmon and lobster roll as entrees; and a side of fries. The food was outstanding. The drinks were mostly wine. The beer they carry is bottled ; none on tap.The drinks and the food were expensive- may be it’s the newer part of Easton. Food came out quick ;service was good but not exceptional. Food 5/5 Service 4/5 We would love to try out their lunch menu in the future.
Be the first to ReplyExtremely Unprofessional and Horrendous Experience…
We were a family of 7, including a young one. They truly lost my business. We went there for brunch and then shop for furniture. The servers were not accommodating and really not nice. Four of us arrived few minutes before the rest. They won’t seat us until the rest of the group arrived! We asked for a specific table that was available. The server agreed then she gave it to someone else, who were a smaller group! The server gave us two separate tables although we told her we are one group. I have been in so many places but have never been in such a disappointing situation. Extremely disappointing experience and I will never go there and will certainly tell all my friends and colleagues not to visit. Bad bad bad experience… They LOST my business. I will go somewhere else to shop for the furniture… With these kind of staff, you really will not have an appetite… Super bad attitude.
Be the first to ReplyUnimpressive…a restaurant in a furniture store with no bar or cocktails.
My family went to this place to celebrate our daughter‘s 14th birthday and her friend. Just four of us total. RH is basically a restaurant in a furniture store. There are no cocktails, no bar, and the manager wouldn’t let us take pictures with a regular camera (Nikon). He said “no professional cameras.” I thought it was a joke because I’m hardly a professional photographer. He did mention that we could take pictures with an iPhone. So what’s the difference? Other than that the service and atmosphere were good, but the food was very overpriced. Their menu could fit on a business card. So after $288 plus tip we left the furniture store…oh I meant the restaurant. Since I wasn’t able to get a cocktail I just had water…they missed out…a restaurant’s largest margin is in cocktails. The salmon was good with the truffle fries…I would have been really upset if I got the burger and fries and paid over $300 for dinner for four. Not a fan of this place…there are way better places to eat in Columbus…and they would be happy to take your picture!
Be the first to ReplyBirthday Dinner Experience Gone Wrong
My daughter and a couple of friends made reservations to see what the RH Rooftop experience was all about. Everything went according to plan. They were properly seated, served (stated the Allie the server was pleasant and courteous) provided the check for payment. The young ladies then proceeded to the gallery to take "photo ops" much like most other RH Rooftop customers take the opportunity to do because of the picturesque nature of the gallery. They politely attempted to wait on a couple who were taking photos on the stairway. Unfortunately, the couple was there for so long they ended up having to proceed to a different set of stairway to take pictures. As they were in process of taking pictures they initially saw the security guard vigorously shaking his head back and forth in a "no" motion and then the girls were actually approached by the "security guard". He stated to the girls to "make it quick" because they were blocking the walkway. The same exact walkway setup as the white couple that were STILL taking pictures and which the security guard said NOTHING to them. I guess they could take all the time THEY wanted. The girls said okay and finished taking pictures. As they were walking to the restroom they could not help but to notice the couple they were initially waiting on to finish were STILL there taking pictures and NOTHING was said. I wonder why the couple was afforded all the time they needed but these young ladies were not? Take a good guess. The ladies reached the restroom and one of the girls went in to use the restroom. The "security guard" then proceeded to follow these ladies to the restroom. The two ladies that were waiting on the third friend to come out of the restroom watched the security guard as he approached the door. The ladies stopped the guard and stated to the guard that someone was in the restroom and he ignored them and opened the door on the young lady USING THE RESTROOM AFTER being told that someone was in the restroom. He followed these young ladies. All they were trying to do was while home on break from college was have an enjoyable time. Instead they were harassed. NOT ACCEPTABLE. My daughter called me to come pick her up (I was waiting the entire time around the corner parked) just in case something like this were to happen. I had previously read the reviews as soon as my daughter expressed that she even wanted to come to this restaurant. Several of the reviews were low because of how the customers feel they were treated. I did not even want her to come here to support a place like this but this was her wish. I called in an attempt to speak with the management. I spoke with a customer service representative Tiffany and she advised someone would call me. I wanted the name of the security guard. I drove back up to the restaurant after taking my daughter home. As I was walking into the restaurant "Rick" from management called me. As I explained what happened to management I saw the "security guard" and asked for his name and his response was in a negative condescending tone " what do you want my name for?" and he hurried up the staircase. I then redirected my attention back to the "manager" on the phone. The "manager" said to me that what I am explaining to him could not have possibly happened. He defended the security guard without having facts. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Not only is this establishment coming across as discriminatory but also misogynistic. Thumbs down.
