Hidden-gem fine dining experience in Santa Clara! We had such a great experience dining here, some highlights:- The menu is so creative, they switch it up every month/season so there's always something new to try. $79/person for the meal, with an option wine pairing at $49. I think that's a totally affordable price for what you get (4 course meal). It was a very tasteful way of creating korean fusion dishes, keeping the original flavors and ingredients but doing it with a twist.- The food was delicious! Each course was served by one of the chefs, who would come out and introduce the ingredients to us. I really liked that we could interact with the chefs in this way, made it feel more special- Squid mandu guk soup was delicious and the center cut bone-in porkchop was so tender. I was so full by the end of the meal - some reviews had mentioned that they thought the portions were too small but I could not disagree more, it was so much food!- The restaurant is small and intimate, we liked the vibe a lot. Only enough space for about 7 tables or so, but perfect for parties of 2. Some of the tables were a bit close together that you could easily hear the conversations going on next to you, but we got used to it after some time. The location can be a bit surprising though, it's hidden on the side of a shopping plaza.- The restaurant was opened up to the kitchen in the center where you could see the chefs at work. You could also see all the containers they stored the ingredients in and made their homemade kimchi, the kitchen felt very homey!- Reservations can be tricky to get, we had to book about a month in advance. Highly recommend for celebrating special occasions or a date night
