Pompadour Beverly Hills Reviews from The Last Year
Very accommodating and good food
We arrived here after a long day. We found the menu more reasonably priced than the surrounding restaurants. We enjoyed a cavatelli with short rib sauce and a margarita pizza. Good service and good food. Arrive just before 9pm and the parking meters are free. Parking in all of LA seems to come at a premium. I am learning that now.
Friendliness and availability
Francesco welcomed us with cordiality, helpfulness and attention to everything. The pasta was very good, we opted for the happy hour with 4 courses. Finally Italian espresso coffee.
Usually great, but this time rather meh.
Been there many many times. Sadly, on yesterday's visit with friends, both services as food were mediocre at best. We were four - and while the waiter took the order for my wife's Aperol Spritz he did, for whatever reason, no drink order from the rest of us. Then, my friend's entree came before her starter. His response was rather meh. I had the grilled Octopus, and the arugula was ... not eatable. As I said, we have been there many many times, and this was their weakest performance, I am afraid. Other than that, I can recommend the place. Make sure you check out their Happy Hour menu - good all Sunday :-)

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
