Too much noise.
Noisy and crowded. The second of our Dublin restaurants with that boom boom boom soundtrack. I guess the idea is to keep you eating quickly so they have room for a second seating. Doesnt help when you're waiting 1 hr for your mains. Food was well prepared but best part was leaving the noise chamber with A I music ?

Absolutely fantastic evening with Sara and Dan . Phenomenal service , we just walked in for a cocktail, ended up staying for 4 !!! Delightful service and I can’t wait to come back !
Be the first to ReplyVery tasty lunch
Had a lovely lunch in this delightful city centre restaurant. The lunch set menu offers a choice of 4 starters, 4 main courses and 3 desserts. We tried cod and chorizo croquettes and chicken and ham hock terrine to start - both were incredible. We also had the marinated olives and smoked almonds as nibbles and they were tremendous. For main courses we had cod with a mussel sauce and duck, again both were tremendous. The cooking here is creative and imaginative and has the style of a Michelin restaurant without the inflated price. Service is warm and friendly and there was great buzz in the place. Definitely will be coming back here again!

I went here with family. We loved it, the place was clean and spotless. The food was delicious. I had the scallops and the duck and then the chocolate mousse for dessert. The others enjoyed theirs. The staff were lovely. The place was clean. It gets really busy very quickly so be sure to book well in advance.

Very good restaurant in the spirit of a French Brasserie, the food is good The prices are still a bit expensive
Be the first to ReplyGreat delicious meal
We had an amazing meal here - our waiter was Croatian and a lovely man and looked after us so so well. Sorry I’ve forgotten his name. The lamb dish delicious as was the fish. Lovely building and location. You need to book though.
Be the first to ReplyOne of Dublin's best
The food in Pitchet is consistently good and the staff are professional and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit to this excellent restaurant
Be the first to ReplyGreat evening at Pichet
Lovely evening at this traditional restaurant. Great food and service in a buzzing place. There we a bit of an incident with a glass of champagne being knocked over but the staff were very apologetic and made everything right. Would love to go back

Be the first to ReplyPichet - Great service, wonderful food
Pichet - this has been one of our nicest dining experiences in Dublin. The service was professional, yet warm & friendly. Everyone at our table had a wonderful meal. I would definitely return for the warm service and wonderful food.

Ate here yesterday with my wife. Friendly caring attentive staff from the outset. Food was really fresh, nicely cooked and seasoned and well presented. Both my wife and i could not fault the experience. Well worth the price, which by the way wasn’t overly expensive
Be the first to ReplyA little French gem in the centre of Dublin.
A beautiful restaurant with a fab, relaxing atmosphere. Three of us dined here at the weekend. We opted for the early bird option and were extremely satisfied with our whole dining experience. The portions were very good, food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The waiters and waitresses were attentive but respectful and not overpowering. Service was great and adequate time was left between courses. A thoroughly enjoying dining experience and we can’t wait to return!
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing and embarassing
-Portion sizes were too exiguous and absolutely overpriced in proportion. I felt some sort of embarassment both when looking at the menu and after being served. -Excessive wait for the main course. Taste was good and as expected. -I didn't feel at ease seating beside a curtain. To summarize the experience, my partner and I, we were disappointed and the experience was meaningless.

I ate here recently with my boyfriend and I was disappointed I must admit. The menu did not align to the website in respect of food options or prices. A cocktail we ordered had barely any liquid, it was essentially made up of a single block of ice. The staff were lovely however. Ticked off the list but I would not be rushing back.
Be the first to ReplyFabulous food and service. Gorgeous presentation and taste!
Fabulous team night out. The sense of welcome when we arrived, the great choices on our set menu and the waiter who was very understanding of my dietary requirements and in consultation with the Chefs. Truly delicious food from the Asparagus starter to the Salmon. Everyone loved their food and the service was perfect. Thanks for a great night.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Pre-match venue or on less manic days I guess ;)
Very friendly and efficient. Needed to leave on time for THE match. They made sure we were served as quickly as possible without compromising on the quality. Good selection of wines. Steaks cooked to perfection.

Lovely lunch in this restaurant very near Trinity College. The place looks quiet and a bit uninspiring from the outside but it is deceptively spacious and busy inside. Friendly service and warm ambience. We were given a complimentary focaccia bread with oil to start and then had beef strip loin and sea bass. Very tasty.

Absolutely delicious food, presentation was photo perfect. Delightful lunch date. We will definitely call again. Thanks to the team.
Be the first to ReplyDon't miss out on the best fine dining and service in Dublin!
My dining experience at Pichet was one for the books! I was in Dublin for New Year's 2023 and had a reservation for earlier in the evening. The meal, friendly and professional service was top notch. The menu selections were well appointed to meet the needs of any dietary restrictions without skimping on the flavor and plating that you would expect in a 5 star dining experience. The wine list was well appointed and a pleasing match for any menu item. The dining and management team were incredible and made my experience so memorable we came back at midnight to ring in the New Year at the bar. Marco (Dining Room Manager) and Harry Quinn (Executive Chef) were both professional and humble. My best friend and I thoroughly appreciated the personal service provided by them both despite being busy. In addition, we loved Pichet so much we came back our last night in Dublin to enjoy the dining experience again! Pichet is a MUST GO to when in Dublin. Must try menu items: Risotto of Hen of the Woods Mushroom Risotto, Slow Cooked Short Rib with Pasta Starter (still drooling), Filet of Grass Fed Beef (this restaurant knows their way around quality beef selection and preparation), Charred Tender stem Broccolini with Ceasar dressing (a sophisticated and modern version of ceasar salad)...no menu item will disappoint! Thank you again to Chef Harry Quinn, Marco and the entire Pichet team for making my Dublin dining experience one of the best in my culinary adventures! I will be back soon!
Be the first to ReplyExcellent food, but so, so,.so loud
I really wanted to love Pichet. My partner and I try to eat at one Michelin rated restaurant on every trip and this was our choice for Dublin. And I have to say, the food and service were lovely. The staff was very attentive and never let our water or wine glasses get empty. The housemade focaccia was divine and we shared a starter of the Jerusalem artichoke that was so delicious I wanted to lick the plate (I didn't.) My partner got the lamb and I got the mushroom risotto and they were both fantastic. The problem was, in the 90 minutes it took us to get our starters and entrees, the restaurant filled up. We were in the back room and there were three groups of 6-10 people along with several tables of 2-4. Their wine was also flowing and the groups got so loud that we couldn't even hear ourselves talking, despite sitting next to each other. We ended up leaving before dessert and coffee because of the volume, which kind of put a damper on the entire meal.
Be the first to ReplyFabulous 5 star fine dining experience at very reasonable price
Fabulous - fine dining and 5 star service. I will be back. One of the best restaurants in Dublin for proper quality food. Starter - Torched cured mackerel, smoked yoghurt Main course - roasted seabass Dessert - white chocolate and yoghurt mousse We came as a corporate group of 12 midweek for lunch. I thought what was served to us for €42 and 3 courses was excellent value. I will definitely be back with my partner / family for a personal visit. The only minor flaws I would say is the portions are not huge if you are having one course you may still be hungry, but the quality makes up for the lack of quantity. The service was also a bit slow but we were a large group so this was understandable. Lovely atmosphere
Be the first to ReplyFabulous last minute meal
We didn’t have a booking for a sat night and the staff were so accommodating getting us a table. We had a delicious meal, fab wine, great service and great espresso martinis! We’ll definitely go back. Thank you to the staff
Be the first to ReplyFantastic meal
What a fabulous meal we had at Pichet! The food was outstanding, staff were professional and friendly. We had several servers however Ante stood out, he helped us to pick a fantastic wine to compliment our monkfish main, and he was very friendly throughout our time there. We will absolutely be returning to Pichet, we want to try everything they have to offer.
Be the first to ReplyVery good starter and main
Starter was lovely and mains too - very enjoyable. Gluten free well catered for and good wine. However not offered pudding or additional drinks/ coffee etc which was a bit disappointing. Not quite as good as our last visit.
