Quiet, cozy and a change from the big city
Very cozy, very quiet, good food! Were here on a Monday, practically everything was empty. Cozy lounge chairs on the beach, about 50m from the water. Everything was very clean, including the pool and toilets. Order and pay conveniently from your deck chair using a QR code. Very pleasant.

Decent Beach Club on Siloso Beach. Ample Sitting Space Nice Food The pool is great We visited on weekday and it was mostly empty. However it is a nice place to spend your free time in Siloso Beach
Be the first to ReplyArrogant and Rude Hostess (Samantha) !
Arrogant and Rude Hostess ! I made an advance booking for 14 pax and went there on Christmas Day with my family and out of town visitors during lunch time. Though it was a public holiday the place was almost empty. One would assume that the establishment would be welcoming to a group on 14 pax esp on a slow day. However it was shocking to be greeted by a rude and arrogant hostess (SAMANTHA) ! I had almost left the place to go to Coastes next door that is more welcoming to guests. Overall we had an OK time and rest of the service staff were thankfully good. Just hope the management takes note of this feedback and works on it. Being in the business of hospitality the hostess should be welcoming and pleasant. I have been recommending this place to big groups and class parties from my children’s school. However one must rethink before going as you could end up with a ‘rude’ surprise!

We spent a lazy Saturday here. We got two lounge chair, some wine and mediocre food. Prices okay. The minimum spent per person was a lot less than at the clubs next door, very good music.
Be the first to ReplyWorst front of house/customer experience
Woman at the front of house (black top with floral skirt) was atrocious. She was rude, pulling faces at us and argumentative. We were waiting for the free buggie from the beach club to the Sentosa train at beach station and due to limit seating, there was a queue. We arrived first to the queue before another family but they decided to try and jump the queue. This woman then told us (family of 6) to split and accommodate the other family. I told her no and that we were there first in the queue and that they could split up but we wouldn’t be. She proceed to pull faces, argue that we should split and then just walked away. Will not be going back anytime soon and avoid any contact with this one. Not someone who should be working in customer service or be on the front of house for any establishment. If she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t be doing it. There are better beach clubs at Sentosa with better staff.
Be the first to ReplyLovely beach club with friendly staff!
Came here for a solo chill session + lunch and I thought the staff here were really hospitable and friendly!! So easy to strike a convo with any of them - especially Abi and Chef Vishnu (unsure of spelling). Would come back!!
Be the first to ReplyFamily Friendly Beach Club
Located at Siloso Beach, Ola Beach Club has a great beach front ambience with nice concept. One of the best place to chill and relax in Sentosa. Came with 2 kids and there were enough stuff to the keep the kids occupy. They enjoyed both the beach and the pool. Just remember to pack sunblock and some stuff to build sandcastles and you'd be set for good times. They have a nice private pool with a unicorn float to swim in for guests dining there which the kids loved! They have nice sunbeds facing the beach, some sofa lounge and table seats. The food we ordered were good & my kids really liked it. Watersports are available like kayaking or padding.
Be the first to ReplyMoney taken from my card and no food to eat
Walked in and were told to scan the QR code to order , so after navigating the qr ordering system , it was time to pay using my card online. The funds were debited from my account , but then I received a message through the ola beach club aystem saying that the kitchen had not received my order and the funds would be returned to my card in 6 days and I would have to order again and pay again So here is the problem . The bill was 86 sgd , not a huge amount , but let’s just say I did use the system and it didn’t work again , I would have to keep paying 86$ until it worked , in order to eat. If you are going to offer tech , make sure it works . Customers do not like having to pay twice for a meal irrespective of it ( possibly being returned after 6 days .
Be the first to ReplyOutdoor beach club for your family.
Casual & standard setting beach club for friends and family in Sentosa. Swimming pool is quite small and burger is just alright. Seatings are mostly outdoor where your kids can enjoy the sand while you can eat. Water sports are available like kayaking or padding.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing food
The location of this restaurant is so promising, it has prime position on the waterfront, however as others have mentioned, the food is not great and the customer service is lacking. We ordered the seafood platter for two, and I would suggest it's more recommended for one person. We couldn't eat the prawns as they had spent too long in the freezer and had a consistency more like fish. As we were still hungry, we ordered a bowl of chips, which were overcooked. As everything is ordered via the app, the only time you see the staff is when they deliver food/drinks, there is no check in to see how you are enjoying your meal or a chance to give feedback. Visit for a drink if you must, then go elsewhere for food. Disappointing.
Be the first to ReplyLousy service and boring food.
Went to Ola with my family. The crew was more interested in checking their phones than to be serviceminded. Nobody greeted us and made us feel welcome . Food was very boring and a waste of money. Goodbye Ola - one time is enough Carl, Singapore
Be the first to ReplySo disappointing
Ola Beach Club has a great location and a nice new pool and the menu has got a bit better. The changing rooms and facilities are average. The club entry and F&B service though is dreadful and has got even worse recently. The music is very, very loud and can be heard all down the beach. The other beach clubs are much better and more chilled offering better food and menus and bed / seating options. Promised a lot but way under-delivered
Be the first to ReplyNice place but too loud
Went there for a nice afternoon, they are pet friendly and the service was prompt. Nearing 5pm they cranked up the music and around 6pm it was ear splitting loud although most tables were empty and those that had patrons were either families with kids or couples. We thought about having dinner there as well so I asked the bar staff if they could tune down the music a bit. She offered to speak to the DJ who is in charge. Nothing happened unfortunately so we decided to go somewhere else. When we left I told the lady at the entrance why we are leaving and she shrugged it off. We went to Coastes and had a lovely meal there instead. Not sure who their target audience is but it was surely not there in the late afternoon or early evening hence no need to blast music at such high volume.
Be the first to ReplyGood friendly service and good food
We visited Sentosa Island and had a light lunch at this beach from Hawaiian inspired menu. My wife had a Tuna Poke Bowl and I had a Terriaki Chicken Burger with fries and salad. Both meals were good although the burger was small and a very small serve of fries were provided, I enjoyed a few beers with my lunch at a lovely beachfront location. Service was efficient and the lady at the entrance was extremely friendly.
Be the first to ReplyHorrible service, what an unpleasant experience
I used to Ola club for SUP, I liked friendly people and the vibe that you can just chill at the bar after SUP - there was a discount given for people who signed up for SUP as well.
However, when I revisited, the lady on the front desk was rude, her tone was as if we've done something wrong to enter the beach club. And after we finished SUP, we asked where can we sit for a drink and dinner - she just kept saying there is no seat available for us and are fully booked.
I did point out that there were bunch of empty seats, but she just kept saying that we can't take a seat. We took a rest at the beach and came back in 1 hr, Ola beach club was almost empty. No wonder why.
Finally we decided to go to Rumours beach club which is right next to Ola, their staff seemed to be well-trained.
I want to point out the need for staff-training to Ola, because I don't want them to loose customers just because of few rude staff.
Hopefully it can be resolved soon, otherwise I would never visit Ola again.
Ideal beach club
This is an ideal beach club since there’s a pool, beach access and lounge chairs/tables with parasols. (Yes you need the parasols because otherwise you will crisp up badly)
Food choice left much to be desired (there were not a lot of options) but that was probably because we were there on a week day rather than a weekend.
Service was efficient, didn’t have to wait long for food or drinks.
Would recommend the nachos, the chips even came warmed up!
Pet friendly chill out place
This is a pet friendly restaurant for you to chill after a fun day @ Silosa Beach.
It is a great restaurant for anyone who is visiting Silosa Beach 1 with furry kids. U can just hop by after a day @ Silosa for food before heading home.
We found the food here nice. The ribs were great value for money and can be shared by 2.
If you drive, you should enter Imbiah Road to Beach Station main car park.
It has nice well lit ambience at night. A great way to end your dayout @ Sentosa.
Rude staff - Lolita
Was attended by a rude and demanding staff. Guess she was just having a bad day. Totally rude and uncalled for. The tone really a big switch off. Get a better mannered front desk personnel.
Be the first to ReplyBy Western Standards this place is definitely worth a visit
I was nervous by the prior reviews, but given the limited time and the fact that another place was fully booked, we went for the Ola. It was great despite the Singapore raining weather, we managed to spend around 3 hours in the sun, had a sun lounge at the front, beautiful views of the beach. The place is not overpriced at all, in fact the Poke Bowls and Chicken Wings were incredible as were the Margerhita Frozen cocktails. Singapore is overpriced in general, so if you don't like paying alot you should avoid Singapore. There was music, relaxed vibe, staff were super friendly. Remember these places book out fast so if you don't have a booking expect to be turned away.
Be the first to ReplyOverpriced, worst service, blaming attitude of staff
I must say that I was really looking forward to this as after a long time we could have a gathering of 8 at a restaurant. First we were a bit disappointed to find out that the swimming pool is closed for renovation. But what disappointed us the most was really really bad service - the restaurant had clearly started accepting more bookings than their staff could support. The staff mostly was new/young interns. Which means the restaurant probably wanted to sustain with frugal budget - but for customers that meant, waiting for over an hour for simple orders like "fish and chips". Beer bucket arrived with all beers already opened. When we complained we were told that they don't have extra openers and they only have 2 openers at the bar. After sending back the first order of beer bucket, the 2nd order also arrived with all bottles opened - clearly they don't listen nor do they learn. We had to constantly follow up for every order and on several occasions go to the bar/kitchen counter and fetch our order ourselves. The staff had a blaming attitude and subtly blamed us pretty much everything. The food as such was not great and when served cold and soggy just messes up your evening.
Only thing worth "a star" was the ambience at place, specially after sunset. But overall this is just not worth your time or money. There are other better places in Sentosa where you would find much better service and food served while it is still hot.
Overpriced without reasons
Wines bottles are approx 20S$ more expensive than at neighboring beachclubs... food is ok, nothing special. But when you pay an hefty price, you can expect some service... instead, you are provided with single use plastic cutlery !!! How uneasy it is... how environmentally unfriendly... we won't return!
Be the first to ReplyShocking
I am struggling to remember when I have ever had such bad service.
We arrived and the place was empty and we ordered two plates of pasta, the first one came after about 30 minutes and we waited so long for the second one I ended up cancelling after 40 minutes then after 50 minutes they brought to the table, I said we didnt want it and to take it away but it was just left on the table.
There seems to be a total lack of understanding when it comes to service here. Quite simply, expensive and rubbish, the food that did come and zero flavour.
Will not come come back
Worst experience ever
Went to the Ola beach club where we had a great experience the last time.
Unfortunately, this time around, the experience was very poor thanks to the staff in most part. Food was terrible and overpriced. Staff was all over the place. Got most of the order wrong and forgot half the items. Asked ya to clear out by 8 when the website said open till 9. Refused to turn on the lights until we insisted. We ate most out our food in the dark.
The people on the beach who brought their own food and drink seemed better off than us. Did not have to pay for overpriced drinks and deal with their hospitality or lack thereof.
Poor iberico tasted like boiled pork. Burger was overcooked and burnt. Staff was rude. Pool was closed. Don’t make the mistake of going there till they fix themselves up . Sad that we want to support local singapore businesses and they don’t make it easy. Maybe they need to shut down and give the place to someone else who will do justice to the location.
Great place with nice staff.
Great place with nice staff. Saturday’s at Ola Beach are chill with good music. Special thanks to Lydia for good service.
