I had a pleasant experience staying here.
It's located inside Caesars Palace so you have to walk through the casino to get to the Nobu lobby. Definitely recommend looking out for discounted rates which is what I did so I was able to get a pretty good deal. Check in was fast and easy. The room had sort of a Japanese minimalistic design. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Be the first to ReplyWhy not!! It was an amazing experience.
Of course I got rheumatoid arthritis opportunity to get in on a discounted night. The only way I could afford the luxury. Loved the atmosphere. Check in was a breeze. Sure I was offended to upgrade for an additional charge... way beyond my gains for the night... ;) I don't gamble, so I kindly decline the offer. Hopefully someday. Anyway, the room was simple but elegant. For me it was enough to make me feel special for the 24 hours I was spending in Vegas. Something I didn't know... they have a lounge area to socialize with others. A perfect place to meet if you're traveling in a group.

My hotel experience at Nobu was great all the way until the last day. I paid $55 for a late check out, only to have house keeping come in and steal some expensive make up. (Note that they did not steal any of the cheaper stuff left out in the open) I'd expect a luxury hotel to have house keepers with higher standards than swiping some expensive make up. Low class. This is a review for their failure in their logistics (house keeping tried to come in at 10am which I rejected because I paid for late check out) and overall response to the situation. The manager asked us to file a report and basically shooed us away, stating he cannot offer anything in case the report would entitle us to any reimbursements. I had to leave before situation got resolved because I had a flight to catch but the overall response left a sour taste to what was generally a good experience until the theft. TL:DR don't do late check out and don't leave anything worth swiping out in the open.
Be the first to ReplyI didn't stay at the hotel but I loved their casino.
It was one of the few casinos I consistently won money on slots. I even won $900 on video poker! Who would've thought?!

Not a good place to stay the decor is boring and the room is small... front desk is small... the tv didn't work They sent a person to look at it then says they're sending a person to replace it even if I'm not in room ... no one came No room service for breakfast or lunch Just no I restaurant for pick up only Very disappointed

This hotel is really not nice at all and shouldn't be called a hotel, but a motel. The rooms have never been upgraded, and there is not one special feature. Even the mini bar amenities were pathetic. We had a few issues (no soap, broken toilet) that were promptly taken care of, and we were compensated for them, so that way appreciated, but based purely on the hotel, I'd never stay here again. I would say the value of this hotel is at most $200 per night, at most. Don't let the "Nobu" brand fool you.
Be the first to Replyactually really enjoyed my stay here.
they gave us free drinks & provided a beautiful robe. the only reason why i am not giving it a 5 stars is because the nobu hotel is located INSIDE the ceaser's palace and if u aren't a huge gambler or hates crowds, it's horrible getting in and out. u have to drag ur luggage in and out of crowds at the casino, so maybe this is better for a short term stay.
Be the first to ReplyI love the Nobu Hotel inside Caesar's.
It's small, usually quiet, and centrally located in the casino. It's easy to access, everything feels lush you can't beat getting Nobu items delivered to your room via room service. Only drawback is that the ice machines are only on two floors: 73 & 82. The 72nd floor is the gym, common area, and complimentary water. A great landing place to hang out if you are waiting for your room to finish being ready. I love the elevator set up where you select your floor outside the elevator and then it tells you which of the 3 to go to. Always a pleasure staying here!
Be the first to ReplyFirst time staying at the Nobu.
My original reservation was at Caesar's palace. Although my arrival time was for midnight, when I arrived Caesar's had given away my room so they upgraded me to the Nobu tower. Arrived at the Nobu very small registration area deep in the Caesar's palace hotel. No one was at the desk. Two other patrons were in front of me. Waited 15 mins and finally the elevator door opens and out comes the registration clerk. Very nice girl. Got registered and into the room 30 mins after arriving at the desk. Entered the room and my initial thoughts were "this is nice." It is your typical boutique hotel. It reminded me a little of the Valencia hotel at Santana Row in San Jose. By all means not comparable, just reminded me of the hotel. Santana Row V hotel is 10 times better. Anyway, bathroom is large and Japanese inspired. The room was clean. A bit outdated but it was clean. First night no problems. After our second night we woke up to a flooded bathroom. There was water all over the floor coming from the sink. Waking up I needed to use the bathroom. I didn't see that the floor was wet until I took my first step, slipped and fell. I called down to maintenance and the lady on the phone said she would send someone up right away. Waited for approximately 45 minutes before maintenance showed up. Took him about 30 minutes to fix the problem. He explained what happened and did not make any sense. He called housekeeping to clean up the wet floor. Housekeeping used a vacuum similar to a shop vac to clean the water then dumped the dirty water into the shower. After they were done they did not bother to clean the shower where they dumped the dirty water. This is unsanitary and unacceptable! On day 3 the shower was turned to the farthest left for hot water. Water wasn't hot. I thought maybe too many people using the showers at the same time. Day 4 upon departure, showered again and water was cool although turned to the maximum for hot. Couldn't be coincidental that there isn't any hot water AGAIN! Called down to the front desk to complain about the plumbing issues at the hotel from the flood in the bathroom to no running hot water. The front desk person didn't want to hear it do she punted it to a manager. Transferred the call and it went to voicemail. Nice! Left a detailed message with my phone number. I never received a call from anyone. No apology! Being bumped from Caesar's to Nobu did not feel like an upgrade experience. What is happening Caesar! Since I did not hear from anyone I decided to write this review instead. Our experience would have been 3.5 stars for room cleanliness and first impression but the plumbing issue and no response from management is the reason for 1 star.

Got randomly upgrade to the Nobu hotel from my original Caesar's room. The Nobu hotel was not impressive and honestly disappointing. Would not recommend it and wish Caesar's would have asked me if I wanted the upgrade because I would have declined it. Was forced to pay almost an extra $300 for a view that wasn't a back alley or rooftop!
Be the first to ReplyTLDR: At a discounted rate of around $300.
The experience was fine. Clean room, felt old. Nobu in-room dining was expensive and good but not great. Registration desk people were very nice and helpful. Calling for anything was a confusing maze of trying to get through Caesars staff to Nobu Hotel staff and housekeeping PHONE staff acted like they were doing you a favor. FULL REVIEW: If we had paid full price and arrived at this experience we would have been LIVID. This place is only 10 years old but it looks and feels much older. Not just in design but in amenities, surface cleanliness, and overall vibe. We arrived to an insanely busy entrance. My wife and I like having our car available without fuss so we tried to self park. Our SUV was too tall for self park so we called to ask where we could go. The staff transferred us 5 times while we drove in circles around the strip and back into the Caesars lot for 30-40 minutes. We were finally told that valet was our only option so we accepted it. The sign read $50! With no other option we drove into the valet area. Here's where the valet tells us the area is for "Diamond wtevr plus wtevr not for poor people blah blah members blah blah" and that he was doing us a FAVOR letting us pay $50 dollars for him to "possibly hook us up and take care of our car" at this point we're over it and just want to get to our room so we accept the ticket, the bellman, just wtevr to get us and our 2 year old up into our room so we can just NOT. TOO EARLY for check-in. That's fine, that's our bad. We grab a slice of pizza in the food court and we eventually get a text to check-in. We do. Then we head to our room. We get in there and it's the wrong room. We co-sleep and it's two queens instead of a King. We also hear that next door in the suite people are partying. Totally normal, it's Vegas baby! But our baby wouldn't be able to sleep and if she flips out in the middle of the night they won't be able to sleep so we ask to get our original room. They were cool about it and we moved. The rooms are a little dated but clean enough. There were opened packages of stuff on the snack bar and missing items that weren't refilled. This was the same in the Queen bed room we were mistakenly put in so probably not a fluke. The surfaces in the bathroom had some stains on them so didn't feel very clean. Overall everything felt tired. Luckily we got a reaaallllllly good deal so it was all acceptable. If we had paid 2k instead of 300 we'd be PISSED. The place is sold to you as a Ryokan inspired experience. It's not. Our toddler spilled some coffee and we asked to get new sheets and our bed remade and they couldn't tell us when they could get to us. "Sometime today". So we decided not to, chucked the sheets in the closet and found an old moth hole filled wool blanket in the closet to use in tandem with a sheet. Insane right? A hotel that normally costs 2k to stay at, and we were reliving our college backpacking hostel days. The main event here at the Nobu Hotel is that in-room dining comes from the Nobu restaurant downstairs. I'm assuming that's why people come, it's why we picked it as a stop on our road trip. We figured, save on the room, splurge on the food. And so we did. We ordered a ton of stuff from the restaurant downstairs. It was good. Everything was well prepared. Beef was cooked perfectly. Sushi and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Ordered a couple highballs and milk for the kiddo. $600. $100 just for the service to our room. That's fine. We assumed it would be around that. We weren't shocked. But we were a little disappointed. Everything was good. But it wasn't mind blowing. It was as good as any good sushi place stateside. Nothing was horrible. But nothing was fantastic. All kinda just mediocre at best, which was kind of sad. The buffet was good. Bacchanal. We went at 3pm cuz we're old and we have a toddler so we figured it was a good time to go right after a nap and before it got too crazy. There was virtually no wait and we got in at the change from brunch to dinner. Food was good. Service was forced. But our kid fell in love with the corn on the cob and gave us a 90 minute window of free hands to eat crab legs and prime rib so 5 STARS lol. Overall it was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing spectacular. The room service was good but with a short menu and at that price point it was one and done for us. And housekeeping felt like they were doing you a favor when you call. Front desk and check-in employees were great!
Be the first to ReplyWe had a wonderful experience at the Nobu Hotel.
The rooms were lovely...immaculately clean, beautiful decor, decent views, comfy bed, and a stunning bathroom. The desk staff were absolutely incredible - Gizelle and Daniel took incredible care of us during our stay. The one negative, as I'm sure you'll notice in almost every review, is that the elevator system is beyond annoying. If there was a more clear example of unnecessary over-engineering for the sake of trying to be cool, I'd be shocked. You select your floor outside the elevator on a touch screen...there are no buttons once you get on. There also doesn't seem to be a queue system, so if you scan your card and select a floor, it'll assign you an elevator. But, if someone else scans and selects, your assignment could be overridden and never arrive. This was particularly obnoxious at 5pm when everyone and their cousin is waiting for the elevators to get up to Happy Hour at 5pm for free drinks. If you or anyone you know is at all technologically- limited, I wouldn't recommend staying at Nobu. With that said, we loved it there and will absolutely be back!

Reserved to stay at Caesars Hotel, they changed my reservation for this place. Was never notified. Same property, but a "hotel within a hotel." Supposed to be more intimate and an upgrade... Arrived early, 1 or 2 pm, and went to stow bags with them. Returned at 4 when check in and they asked if we "completed the paperwork" to get on the "check in list." They never asked us to do this when we stowed our bags. Caesar app doesn't work for Nobu. Didn't get checked in until 5, bags 20 min later, almost late for concert. The elevators don't work well. You scan your key card and press which floor you want to go to. Elevator A, B, or C are supposed to come and get you. The system gets overloaded easily and none of the elevators work. Had to find the stairs, and from the lobby you actually have to go through a service corridor. The power in our bathroom randomly went out. Thankfully they fixed it promptly. The room was clean and average, bed was comfortable. No other amenities unless you want to pay additional. Could not log devices into WiFi, but it said "two devices already connected." Overheard a conversation that the building has 3 WiFi - lobby, front desk, and individual rooms??? Cellular service in room without WiFi was spotty. Nobu shares the Caesars amenities such as pool and gym. I think the property has like 7 pools but only 3 small ones were open. Probably going to say "a lack of staffing," but you'd expect more from both Caesar and Nobu prices $$$$$ For part of my trip I also stayed at Circus Circus for a last min extension prior to Nobu/Caesar. At least there, I got what I expected for what I paid for. At Nobu/Caesar, it was cleaner and more modern but nothing worth paying 3x other hotels with less included amenities and subpar service.
Be the first to ReplyWe had a very knowledgeable and attentive server, Thomas.
He knows entire menu in detail, so he could guide us to what we should order. Sushi rice was a little too salty for us, but that's how it's made in Tokyo area. We are just so used to Osaka style. Hotel staffs are helpful and efficient. Our room is very clean without any typical hotel smells.

If you have old, grouchy family that is confused by technology, do not allow them to stay here. Oldins were biting the heads off of the front desk people because they couldn't figure out the elevator situation. The elevators don't have buttons, and you scan your card and push a button for the floor you want. Then a screen will tell you which elevator to stand in front of that will take you to that floor. It seemed buggy as even I noticed it was putting us on the wrong floor. I'm also a millennial who has worked in the service industry before, so I'd rather die than chew out a hotel service person. Oldins have zero qualms about taking their frustrations out on staff, which was very noticeable at check-in. Did a staycation here with my husband. Room was fine, but the bathroom is what looks cool. There is a deep shower and a stone bowl sink that looks like it is large enough for my husband to sit in. I definitely like the bathroom design. The bed in the room is super comfortable. It wasn't what I was expecting for a Japanese themed room and wish they'd get rid of the decal on the wall that looks cheap. Whenever I talk to people about staying at Nobu, they ask if it has tatami mats or a table low to the floor. Nope. But it would be cool if it did! While the room was comfortable, there wasn't a wow factor that I was anticipating. I don't think this room would be good for anyone except couples between 25-55 years old. There's too much art that could get damaged by the young party crowds or kids, and I suspect the older crowd would be too flustered trying to get to their room.Visited: November 2022.

Be the first to ReplyRoom was good but front desk staffs at both the main desk
Room was good but front desk staffs at both the main desk and Nobu desks need training. Caesar front desk staff was trying to sell me on an upgraded room, when my booking through my credit card qualify me for this. Because of this upgrade, I was told after waiting in a long line to go check in at Nobu hotel desk. Side note, could they have not bring out more check in staffs, rather than having more than 15 people wait in the line. And this was their slow time. It was worse other times I passed by. Management should do something. So I showed up at Nobu desk, no one was there, this was midnight already, so great! Had to wait and wait, until the staff got back. The staff was nice, but again I had to inquire about the booking perk and credit. Which they have to check and finally confirmed that I had the benefit. So that was great. Finally something worked out. One of the benefit was late check out which I did asked for, they said that it could not be done / it was not noted in the account, check back in the morning. Next morning of my 3 night stay, I inquire, I was told that it was not a perk that I have and I had to inquire the day of check out in the morning. Ok Sure. Finally the night before check out I asked again at the Nobu desk, this time the staff try to get me to choose the paid upgrade, when this is clearly my booking benefit. So I inquire and she acknowledged that yes you qualify for this, let me add it now. Here's my question, why did the past 2 Nobu agents not know about this? Are they not all trained using the same manual? Ok this all sorted. The next day, I left the room, returned after check out time at 11 am, went up to the room to find out that none of my key works so I hard to go back down to the front desk and ask for an update keys. It is the little things that really gets me about this hotel.Well another issue, the parking pass never worked for coming in or out of the parking structure, I hard to call in every time to help system for them to open the gate. My question is why? They were charging me for this but then one of the front desk agent was kind enough to comp the parking for the stay, which was nice yet annoying at the same time that the hotel can't get this right. The elevators to the parking garage is old and dilapidated, chipped paint, partially ripped off floor. The last day of my stay and check out, there's 4 elevators but only 1 was working. Caesar you have to do way better than this. It was terrible.
Be the first to ReplyJust there at Nobu hotel 2 nights for our trip .
Our room was so dirty. Especially the bathroom being so disgusting with all dust and some hair left around . Very disappointed and below expectations. Only thing that was good is the location and quickly you can check in.
Be the first to ReplyDon't be fooled with the Nobu brand.
This Nobu Hotel is more like a knock off and more like a dressed up Motel 6. The hotel is located in Caesars Hotel, old Las Vegas Hotel and super smelly like smoke. The reception is more like a Valet counter with typically 1-2 people working. They are nice but not trained. The hotel room lobby is outdated with super ugly carpets that probably been there since the 80's. The rooms have some elements of modern mid century accents but also lots of old dark wood stained furniture. The room phone looks old dusty and probably from 40 years ago and the TV and it's system is not much better. The lighting in the room is dark and most rooms have no view. The funny and very negative part of this experience - If you want to reach reception desk, you can't. I'm not judging. . The phone sends you to a recording that tells you that if you like to speak to reception, you need to go to casino level to speak to them. - No food service after 1pm. I'm not joking. If you want to order food, you must use your QR code... No person one on phone can take your order. - The bed and sheets smell like smoke and the restroom are sadly outdated. - If you want house cleaning or wi-fi, you must pay additional. . First night $1,700... disgustingly over priced for what you get. Second night, $345... Motel 6 would be not much lower than these roomsStayed at Nobu Hotel multiple times, and it's sad because with this experience I don't think we will ever go to another Nobu again. You come to Nobu to experience simplicity, comfort, convenience, great food and to be catered to. These guys got this ALL wrong. I'm pissed at this experience.
Be the first to ReplyWe had a great stay here.
Found a cheap rate on the Caesar's website after getting stranded in the post-Christmas southwest mess. This was a unique experience. Because it's a boutique hotel within the larger hotel, service was excellent and check-in was seamless. Service was great, employees were friendly and the experience of walking into the semi-hidden lobby in the middle of the buzz of the hotel was cool. They gave us a card that gave us discounted parking, but we had to ask for it. The room was great. It's obvious that this is an older part of the hotel that has been updated, but it was beautiful and clean. The shower was incredible. Probably the best hotel shower I've ever experienced. Of course, this location is walkable to just about anything you could want or need. A couple negatives:- Parking wasn't convenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage, but that almost doesn't count in Vegas. Elevators from the garage to the casino were SLOW and then you have to trudge halfway through the hotel to get to the Nobu lobby. Be prepared. :) - They tell you not to touch any mini bar items or you will be charged. We didn't touch anything but we're charged $16 for a minibar item on our final bill.
Be the first to ReplyIt is clear that when the architects and investors built
It is clear that when the architects and investors built this hotel, their intention was not for the comfort of the guests. There is no shower door, which poses a significant safety risk because the floor is completely wet after the shower. This is particularly concerning when traveling with an elderly parent. During our stay, maintenance came in to check on our room because the above room had a leak. There is no barrier between the toilet, shower, and vanity area. So, unless you plan carefully, you'll be doing your makeup while smelling the odor of poop. The room size is the same whether you get a king size bed or two twins. Finally, no emphasis is placed on cleanliness. Dust has accumulated on the floor of the room and on the phone. My family and I are extremely disappointed, given that the hotel only has 9 floors but cannot even maintain adequate upkeep to make you feel healthy or happy while staying there. We will never return, and we advise you to save your money and stay somewhere more worthwhile, such as the Venetian, Palazzo, Wynn, or Encore.
Be the first to ReplyBed comfortable, small (and expensive) for a normal size
Bed comfortable, small (and expensive) for a normal size room, no fridge or coffee maker in room. Asked about fridge and was told it would be an additional $35 per night plus tax. Yikes.
Be the first to ReplyStaff at registration desk unwelcoming.
We had to keep asking the woman who checked us in to repeat what she said--she spoke so softly we finally gave up. There's no coffee pots in the room. Coffee delivered to the room will cost you $28 per cup with taxes, fees, delivery charge and tip. We requested early check in but was denied that unless we paid approximately $100/night more. Same room higher floor so "better view." No room in the fridge for any personal things. Odd setup in the bathroom. Faucet on the sink is difficult to turn off all the way so if you don't make sure it's stopped running, you'll have water all over the wood cabinet the sink sits on as well as the floor. The toilet wasn't flushing properly so we had to call on that. Wonder how long that will take to fix. They did try to fix it but it still never flushed properly. Seriously, not worth the price. Very disappointed. We had a double room. There's only 1 hook by the shower for wet towels. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location if you're seeing a concert at the Coliseum.
