Employees were very attentive and friendly.
They also had great recommendations. The food was excellent and I would definitely go again.

We were looking forward to some quality food our last night there yesterday. Service was great but the food-forget about it. Spicy Tuna came out-served on top of hash brown rounds?? You have to be kidding me. Scallop dish was "ok" at best. Those two items and two drinks $160.00 later-good god. Now I know Vegas isn't cheap but this certainly was a major disappointment.

This place was beyond excellent- did not disappoint! The quality of the food was top notch. Got the chefs tasting menu for variety. Server did a great job prepping us for each course.

Was surprised and excited when I walked by and discovered this Nobu here at the Paris! I usually dine at the Caesers location and didn't know this one existed. It's smaller location but more personal in my opinion but super easy to get in and out of. I'll be visiting this location from now on because it has the same standard of excellence (Nobu Quality) as the other location but its much more convenient.

Smaller than the other Nobu's, located inside the Paris hotel. Service was prompt and dishes came out fairly quickly. All the sushi ordered was fresh and great overall. Definitely a place to grab some quick rolls, nigiri, sashimi etc and overall less crowded than the other Las Vegas location.
Be the first to ReplyI had dinner at the bar solo.
Place was busy. Javier was a great bartender. I ordered the Yellowtail Jalapeno which was fabulous. Caesar salad was also an unexpected gem. Javier convinced me on that one. Had the Yuzu truffle tenderloin which was amazing! I had originally asked about the Wagyu and Javier steered me to the tenderloin as well and did not steer me wrong. Ambiance is one set back. Other Nobu's I've been to are dark, intimate and dimly lit and this one is more open aired where there is a high traffic walkway for the casino that is adjacent to the venue, but other than that everything else was what I would expect from food and service for a Nobu experience.

First time dining at Nobu Paris and it proved that Nobu maintains their standard of excellence no matter where you pick up your chopsticks. The staff was very professional and inviting. Cuisine at that level can be rather intimidating but our server did an excellent job educating our pallets and procuring the perfect course selections. Particularly enjoyed the drink pairing. Management was great and very hospital. Nobu Paris... oiu oiu!

Five star all the way from the super helpful weight staff to the knowledge of the Japanese whiskey and sake from the managers . Can't wait to go back.!

My time at Nobu Paris in Las Vegas was honestly a bit of a letdown. The food was decent, but considering the hefty price, I expected more in terms of service and vibe. Unfortunately, the service lacked that extra care you'd hope for, and the atmosphere didn't quite match the upscale expectations. Overall, while the food hits the mark, the overall experience left me wanting more for the price paid.
Be the first to ReplyWe had the omikase.
All dishes were amazing, hard to pick a favorite. We left stuffed, as they served us so many courses it was hard to count. I definitely recommend it.
Be the first to ReplyNobu never disappoint.
From the host checking us in until we left service was exceptional. We had all cold dishes this time an everything tasted phenomena. I would definitely go back recommend to my friends.
Be the first to ReplyOMG, not sure what else there is to say.
The Caesar salad alone has ruined me forever. Sushi is phenomenal. The food is fantastic, sake incredible. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank server Ott (I hope I'm spelling that right) for creating a wonderful personalized tasting menu for my birthday. He provided excellent customer service.

Unique dining experience! Every dish was absolutely delicious. The food is served family style, but they're not your ordinary shared plates. Beautifully presented and every bite better than the last. Numerous vegan options. You can order a tasting option, but it's very pricey. We opted to order various individual dishes. Highly recommend the vegetable tacos stuffed with Japanese sweet potatoes and jalapeรฑo. Superb! The only downside to this restaurant is the cigarette smoke. But that is because it's in a smoky casino, so not within the restaurant's control.
Be the first to ReplyIf you're craving Nobu food alone, this'll def do it.
But it's in a walkway in Paris hotel without any walls or glass for privacy from the crowds of the hotel elevators directly in front of it - like an express counter ambiance but with sitting tables and literally ropes separating you from everyone wandering aimlessly and staring at you eat. We're here on a holiday weekend so it was way too crowded in that walkway. If you want to spend that much and sit on an open floor walkway, go for it. No real Nobu ambiance or full restaurant feel. They ran out of oysters and lobster tacos - whaaaat? We found out only after our scattered and checked out waiter was reminded again about missing order items. I spent way too much to have Fat Burger level of service. Don't do it - spend your money elsewhere or just get a real reservation at Nobu at Caesar's or literally anywhere else.

Rarely does a restaurant truly live up to the hype that's created around it. That being said, never in my life have I had a complete five star experience on this level. From the service to the food to the cocktails, every single point of this meal was fantastic. We ordered the Omakase, which ended up being a seven course dinner that took us across the entire menu. It started off light with some cold appetizer dishes, the star of the show being the wonton tacos. In next course included some of the most exquisite nigiri rolls, I've had the chance of eating. next up was shrimp, covered in gold flakes, which to that point was the best thing we had on the menu. I was mistaken as the next four courses would completely steal the show. From the red fish coated in a traditional Asian sauce to the Japanese A5 Wagyu over potatoes in a South American salsa verde, my taste buds were sent to the ancestral plane. To close things off with a strawberry cheesecake and strawberry ice cream, which couldn't have been better as a palate cleanser. To accompany dinner we had Mango and passion cocktails which this young man could've put away 10 of them. The service was excellent constantly making sure we were taken care of. Yes it's Nobu. Yes it's pricey but this one would expect I'd rate this meal 10 stars if possible. Every piece of fish melts in your mouth. Will I come back? Absolutely once the wallet recovers.

The food here is amazing! Drinks were made promptly and were so refreshing! Our bartender was Joey, who our main server, since we sat at the bar and he was on it! Ott and Dan were great as food runners and explained every dish to us! I'm so pleased with this place as I have a gluten allergy! Definitely recommend!
Be the first to ReplyThis there were no stars I would have chosen that.
I do not normally write reviews but being this is the 3rd time we have been to Nobu, I will NEVER go back! Go to Mizumi or Zuma.First here is what we had ordered for a party of 4.* Yellowtail Jalapeรฑo* 2 X coctails* Sparkling Water* 2X ribeye steaks (Was the special for the evening)* Various Sushi* Miso Sea-bassBill - $800 with tip. ( We knew the price going into it)First - The Hostess Older Blond hair lady. Not young. I had asked to be seated in another area as it was rather loud. She had said she could not seat us there since they had other parties coming in and one of them was a party of 8. 45 Mins went by and the table was still open and then she sat a party of 2 there. After the meal, I went over there to tell her and her response was " I don't understand what you are saying" and she would just repeat it. She should have said I'm sorry about that, would you like to speak with a manager." This was very insulting as a customer who just spent $800 on a meal.Second - FoodHonestly, it was sub par for a Nobu. The sushi was a bit fishy tasting. Our steak was just ok and room temperature when it was served. This is not an amazing steak for $175 2x. The sea bass was good but not enough to save the meal. Third - ServiceOur waitress was very nice but you could not hear what she was saying. She had to keep repeating herself and honestly I was still unable to hear. She did not come around often to check on our meal and or refill our drinks. All of our food came in at a different time. It would have been nice to eat together for a meal. This was for my sister's birthday and it was spoiled by this place. Fourth - AtmosphereIt is super loud in there. There are no closed walls from the casino. It is very hard to hear anything and you have to talk loud so people hear you. I was under the impression there is a dress code. Obviously, this is not the case for this situation. There were several people in T-shirts and another guy who looked like they just came from the Gym. I would expect a little more class from a 4 star restaurant. I am not looking to get anything out of this. I am not looking for a free meal or anything like that. I just hope the management reads this and has a good look at what is going on there in their restaurant. For a Nobu - This should be excellent, not poor. Management, Please feel free to reach out to me if you would like. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

First time at Nobu! Incredible service from our server Ott, who was so thoughtful, and gave us the greatest recommendations for both food and drink. He was very attentive, and had an amazing positive attitude that made Nobu the best dining experience of our Vegas trip! I look forward to going back
Be the first to ReplyI dined solo and got seated at the sushi bar.
My server was Ott and he made recommendations based upon my body language and facial expressions. All the recommendations were excellent. Had eggplant with miso, brick oven Hamachi kama and haupia with fresh berries. Everything was great. The pickled ginger was a surprisingly tasty way to clean your pallet for your next courseEggplant was silky and very tasty Hamachi had crispy skin ( I really wanted to pick it up with my fingers so I could get all the fish meat, but was embarrassed to do this in public)Haupia presentation was almost too pretty to eat, it was the perfect treat to end my dinner My server,Ott, anticipated my needs and also recommended their caffeine free hot tea that was a perfect accompaniment to dinner. I didn't feel like I was in a busy casino during dinner
