**Update**We've waited more than the 10 business days promised to receive a response from Anna/someone at Morton's regarding our experience. I have lowered my rating to 1 star based on this experience. Very very disappointed with the service received. --Original Review--Tonight's experience was absolutely lackluster. Very disappointed in the food and service. I was hesitant to eat at Morton's in Las Vegas as I've heard from numerous friends that the food is not so great and the service is subpar. Apparently they were right and nothing has changed. I'm not sure who our server was but, he had a difficult time understanding us and disappeared for long periods of time. We waited 20+ minutes for bread and drinks. When our appetizers finally came, the ahi poké tasted fishy in a bad way, we were missing an appetizer, and the shrimp cocktail was incredibly over cooked and tough. We requested our steak pre-cut and received them in whole filets. This would have been fine except they took all of my utensils, said "enjoy your meal", and never returned. Glad we ordered a small entree and side as we just wanted to leave the establishment as soon as possible. This was our first time visiting this location and it was very disappointing.
