Great place and enjoyed the food.
The train and robot that delivered the water was fun

Service was good despite it was a slow day when we went in(weekday). Servers are attentive and always checks on us. 5/5 for service. For the ambience, it was a good clean space, music a little loud nothing stood out and shows a typical simple seating cubicles. Lighting can improve Food for $30 AYCE i would say if you are not picky with the type of sushi or nigiris it's okay. Wished they had more selection and i feel like they limit what they offer on weekends. During our time, they probably only served eel twice on the conveyor, then it never came back. It's either the Tamago, alaskan roll, california roll or tuna. Selection for AYCE is too limited for the price.

I visited Mikami with a group of eight and had a highly disappointing experience. Despite making a reservation, the staff initially refused to accommodate us at a single table, instead offering two separate tables. After much insistence, a server reluctantly moved the tables together. The service was abysmal. The staff appeared disinterested and unwilling to work, contributing to a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, there was no mention of the automatic gratuity charge, leading us to tip extra despite the poor service. The food was mediocre at best. I strongly advise against the all-inclusive option; the items included are subpar, and it's better to order ร la carte if you choose to dine here. I'm not one to usually complain, but this experience was exceptionally disappointing.

This is my 2nd time having revolving sushi, but 1st time at Mikami. I was looking forward to it, but it was unfortunately not a worthwhile experience. Our duration was 90 minutes, but just before our 60min mark, the staff stopped making sushi & was cleaning, so the same rolls (from before we arrived) kept circulating. They were the ones that people didn't want over and over & the avocado rolls probably shouldn't be going around for over an hour. The ones we did eat were pretty decent, except for the krab nigiri, which looked & felt like an eraser. The place looks pretty cool inside, although the cooks looking over, through the glass, all the time felt kinda weird. I wish the wait at Kura wasn't over an hour, because that's where we like going & I understand why this place was mostly empty. It would've been a good deal if the sushi available was less basic & boring. Also, it was very spaced out & just felt like they wanted us to leave unsatisfied.

The fish was not fresh, rice was dry on the nigiri, they did not refill the conveyor belt. The iPads didn't work and we didn't get our hot orders for 45 mins. I feel sick after eating.

In town for the weekend & decided to take our son for "revolving" sushi. He loves sushi and he really enjoyed receiving his favorite pieces via the conveyor & Mika the robot. Great food... family friendly... Very friendly & patient staff (I was a bit confused initially ).... Every staff member was nice and helpful, ensuring that we had a memorable experience. Service with a smile I can't forget.... THERE'S A FULL BAR!! The Harajuku vodka tonic was quite tasty
Be the first to ReplyBe advised and turn away.
Go to LITTLE SAKANA for AYCE instead. We ate here and did the AYCE experience only because KURA REVOLVING SUSHI had a long line. It's $35 for adults and $15 for kids. The price is fair if you expect to get a variety of sushi but that's not what happened. The choices are VERY limited. Hardly any nigiri!! No luck getting tuna or salmon. The conveyer was empty after almost every sign and it was just a bunch of California rolls dressed up differently. The sushi didn't even taste fresh but you could see that the same plates made a couple rounds without being grabbed. Appetizers, forget it!! Only miso, fries, takoyaki, and gyoza...
Be the first to ReplyIt's alright.
30 for lunch and if you're a student, 25. But, I got tired of the food because it wasn't as fresh as I wanted. I recommend ordering nigiri with the server if you want a lot.

Do yourself a favor - Try an item on the menu before committing to AYCE. Nearly $40 for barely anything to choose from AND gross dry undercooked rice??? Not only that, they load up their nigiri with a lot of rice so you'd have to find a way to eat it all. If you look around the restaurant, you'd see people leave their table with lots of food unfinished. It's gross, underwhelming and a rip off. If you know sushi, go elsewhere.
Be the first to ReplyWe enjoyed our dining experience with a variety of options.
The nigiri and sushi was on par with other places in the area. Props to Mika, the cat robot, who kept us hydrated!
Be the first to ReplyMika, the robo server, was a smoke show.
She was slim up top, and thicc on the bottom. A total BABE. Smoked salmon was pretty good too.

Great sushi, Great ambiance, Amazing service! (Shoutout to Erin, constantly checked on our table and provided above and beyond service!) The revolving sushi bar was SO cool, and there is this cool little robot that comes around and talks to you and brings you your drinks! What a wonderful experience! We will definitely be going back!
Be the first to ReplyThis was my girlfriend and I second time coming to this
This was my girlfriend and I second time coming to this establishment. When we came in, there was no hostess then another group of people came in. We were both talking loud and ten minutes pass by... where's the hostess??? Well I heard voices from the other side of the wall in front of the entrance and there they are, the hostesses. At least she apologized, but still, if I can hear them talking then they can hear us talking. Now the food, it's a good price for all you can eat but you might as well go to a nice sushi bar to feel comfortable in the end. After we were done, my stomach instantly started to hurt, it's been 2hours after eating this place and my stomach still hurts and my girlfriend. The sushi pieces, nigiri were warm and not fresh. Also, they didn't feel fresh and the Octopus is not trust worthy.
Be the first to ReplyWe did Mikami's revolving sushi bar for their $30
We did Mikami's revolving sushi bar for their $30 all-you-can-eat deal - talk about a steal, right? You've got a solid 90 minutes to grab whatever catches your eye from that conveyor belt and some a la carte appetizers. But no leftovers allowed 'cause they'll ding ya a buck per plate. The service? Spot on! Those servers were all over it, and our empty plates? Poof! Gone in a flash. And can we talk about that cat robot delivering drinks? Coolest thing ever! The place itself was spacious, tidy, and decked out pretty nice. Sushi was good, though the rice could use a little love - but man, that fish? So on point! Maybe they could shake things up with some more creative sushi options, though. Oh, and seriously, where was the unagi hiding? Plus, bonus points for the full bar menu with plenty of options to choose from!
Be the first to ReplyThe service was great.
We liked it, we got free sushi to go before closure. Definitely will revisit. Thanks to out waiters Roxan and Kristina.

Had a lovely dinner at Mikami! The sushi was amazing and they had so many different options to choose from! The staff is also super friendly and nice! Shout out to Erin for being so sweet !!! Definitely will be coming back !!

Erin was so kind and very attentive. Service was great as well. Will definitely be coming back!
Be the first to ReplyDid you ever see "The Great Outdoors" starring John Candy?
Did you ever see "The Great Outdoors" starring John Candy? The steak scene? My experience at Mikami is similar, but swap our sushi instead. It's $30 All You Can Eat, but after 4pm it's $35. Kids are $15. They charge extra if you have any uneaten sushi on your plates. As soon as we sat down, each of my kids pulled off a plate of what we thought was NOT spicy rolls, but indeed they were spicy. So I took them and ate them. Round two. Also spicy. I ate those. You can see where this is going, right? I asked the server if there is a way we can tell if the sushi is spicy or not and he said it will say on the sign, but none of the signs had the word "Spicy" or any type of indicator (different color sign, a jalapeรฑo symbol, a fire symbol...guys, i could go on here) The cat robot was adorable and brought me plenty of water to wash down the insane number of spicy rolls I was consuming. In the end, we had 18 plates of sushi and sweet Jesus we managed to make it out alive without having to pay an additional fee. The sushi itself was close to grocery-store quality, maybe even a notch lower. This place is all about the novelty of the conveyor belt and the kitten robot. But guys...the AYCE sushi isn't a great deal. You pay the price one way or another.

We recently went and the place was lovely, Erin helped us and she was very sweet with everyone and created such a welcoming environment, we felt please with the service and the food. Unfortunately we weren't able to get the name of everyone who helped us, but they were all very attentive and very polite. If I was to recommend a place I would so have this in my top ones. Thank you everyone who worked there for making this experience a pleasant one

DO NOT COME HERE! Did not inform that all payment methods were not accepted. Did not come to table to check on us when requested by their system. Staff tried to stop me at the door when I went to put money in for our bill. Staff stood next to table until I arrived again. Food took about 35 min even after tables that had arrived after us received their food.

Their website is very misleading, showing the menu with different options that are not presented. AYCE is only what's on the conveyor belt and consists of only 50% of their menu. When being sat down, it's important that servers inform patrons that they will not be doing special requests and will only be serving what's on the belt. If I had known this information, I wouldn't have dined here. Service was accommodating but fish quality was poor, although expected from AYCE. I was only able to grab less than 15 plates, which is extremely disappointing. If you order any ala carte items, be sure to check in/remind your server because the kitchen often lags on it.
Be the first to ReplyIt was disappointing on the 2nd time we visited.
We invited family to come, we told them that the place is good and they'd like it but when we got there at opening time, the revolving sushi has about 4 to 5 choices. If you are offering an AYCE offer more than just 4 or 5 sushi choices. We even stayed an hour to see if there are more coming but nah. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just go to Kura always well stocked.

The fish part was good, but the rice was undercooked and ruined the sushi taste. The plates were not labeled so we had to guess what we were eating. We didn't get wasabi upfront and had to order it separately. Hopefully they will improve on these small things in the near future.
Be the first to ReplyWater was never served.
it seems like the rice was pre-made, inside the fridge for quite a while. The waitress never checked in once. I think this business is just able to run because people don't know sushi well. I would not recommend this place.
