If your looking for an awesome resort with awesome service
If your looking for an awesome resort with awesome service and tons of amenities, this place is definitely not for you. Things got off to a rocky start as quickly as our check-in. There were three different check-in counters at the same resort. Two had no lines but of course the counter necessary for the cottages was easily a half hour long. It was definately weird to have aparantly three different management companoies operating under the same roof. It was even , more weird to have 2/3 of them start at us with nothing to do while we waste our vacation waiting in line for a room. Perhaps the hotel could implement an app for key access. You know, thats been invented. We had a lot of people in our group. Some of us arrived an hour later and went back to the same counter for more keys. That was literally an issue! The lady said she had given us her limit of keys, expecting 8 adults to share 2 keys. LMFAO, as if those plastic key cards are expensive or something. At this point i feeling like a child and about to lose my shit on the hotel staff. I kept calm and explained that I was arriving separately and needed a damn key that everyone else was already heading to dinner. She provided me a bracelet key. You know, the kind that toddlers wear. First class all the way. Well it opened the door so that's all that matters i suppose. I just don't like to have issues with simple stuff like that because from my experience it hints at how bigger issues will be handled. The cottages appear to all be individually owned. Staying here was like renting someone's home then going to the neighborhood pool. I would call this a resort. The room was OK. It was nice to have a full kitchen, separate rooms, laundry and even a patio with outdoor seating. If your the type to hang around, relax, watch the sunset etc then you'd love this place. But for me it was a little like staying over with a friend. A friend that kinds cleans, kinds has a comfy bed, a friend whos making an attempt but is certainly NOT trying to impress anyone. This was by no means the Ritz Carlton. The showers were hot.. and we needed it since much of the unit was only so so cleaned. We checked into someone else's hair on two of the beds, dirty placemats, a dirty couch and stains all over the kitchen chairs. Sure, that's no different than real life... but this was supposed to be a vacation! The signature margarita machine was missing from the room. We called to report it stolen, lol, and someone unexpectedly arrived with a replacement an hour later. No mixers but the huge 75lb machine that took up the entire counter was delivered. Thank goodness. The closest pool was a mile away. There are apparently 9 of them but we went to the main pool. The towel guy forced us to show ID and wear bracelets. I felt like cattle. Honestly, more treatment like a child. The pool was huge but very shallow. Most of the pool was 2-3feet and it maxed out at 4ft. The main pool was surrounded literally by concert speakers playing music or whatever live musician was playing at the time. That was cool and I can see that being appealing if your the drinking type. I just wanted to soak and had trouble doing that in the shallow water. We got no instructions with our room. We had no idea how to turn on the audio system. No idea how to get more towels or toilet paper. No idea what to do with our garbage. We didnt even have a way to call the front desk until we googled the number on our cell phones. We ran out of towels the second day and called for more. The first two numbers we googled didn't work or were closed for the day. I finally disregarded the extensions and dialed the main hotel number. I was told that the first set of towels were included but that anymore cost $75. She said I need to wash the other ones. And first buy detergent. At 10pm. She sent towels anyway so I'm sure we'll get billed for that. Were apparently getting billed $75 for trash also. Nobody told us to put the trash bags in the pool storage box on the side of the building. The box is to avoid the racoons. Which wouldnt have been issue except for the fact that I dont read minds. The next day we ran out of toilet paper and were afraid to call anymore. Just bought some at the supermarket. Home sweet home. Maybe ill make some repairs around the house while I'm here. After all we'll have to do our own cleaning. That's not included either. I just hope they find the unit acceptable upon checkout. Its not like we got instructions for that either.
Be the first to ReplyI booked through <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2FHotels.

The hotel charged the full amount on my card, i had to cancel the reservation due to the fact financially I wasn't ready to pay for the full amount. waited a week for the refund nothing had to call and I was told that because it was third party everything is prepaid. That is not what's advertise. The resort stated that's why you should always book through us!!! wow!!! So now they apparently proc with the refund. The other isSue is with the currency exchange i will be out money the differenc between the sale and refund and no one cares they just apologize which they are paid to do and deescalate the situation but I'm sorry doesn't make me whole. We wanted to stay to explore the optio if timeshare even told the hotel that and I was told we appreciate your feedbac. so apparently This resort doesn't need new clKent's.

I went early right when festivities were starting. Live music, so many things to see & do and much more to come due to prior commitments unfortunately had to skip out early. Beautiful place to visit, hear music, enjoy events. There is always something happening.

I stayed there in November of 2022 and I saw pictures of the hotel before I booked anything and when my cousin and I stayed there we stayed in one of the cottage from the pictures the hotel I looked amazing. When my cousin and arrived even the front desk area amazing blown away the staff so welcoming and kind and the hotel was clean and well kept they really did amazing job with this hotel compared from the previous visit to Florida staying at a different hotel that was truly awful this hotel out did itself. The cottage was beautiful looked just like it's photos loved the name of the streets to get to the cottages and villas so cute. Yes it was a bit far from things but loved this place so much. I'm planning on coming with my cousin again and would definitely book the hotel again. The one bad thing about this hotel for me is way too close to an Ulta it's my weak spot hahaha nah amazing hotel love it

The Pros: The resort is beautiful (kudos to the decorators ) and 5 stars to the housekeeping staff as they do a fabulous job keeping it sparkling clean. The valet service workers are 5 star; friendly and very efficient. The front desk staff are pleasant. When you check in they welcome you with a complimentary rum punch which is a very nice touch. Our bedroom was spotless. The beds and pillows are great quality and very comfortable. You can't help but notice all the attention to detail that went into the resort; whale tail water faucets, parrots embossed on the bedding. The large walk in showers have handheld wands and waterfall faucets. There is a convenience shop in the lobby as well as a bar (Euphoria) and clothing store. The musicians at the lobby bar were very good. The resort has a promenade (The Promenade at Sunset Walk) attached to the resort. There are dozens of restaurants and retail stores to choose from along with a liquor store. They also have live free entertainment, a movie theater (good for a rainy day) and a bungee ride. The few cons:The television didn't work at all for our entire 3 day stay. We notified the front desk when we arrived. On our second day we called again and were told it was an area technical problems and that technicians were working on. Well the problem last our entire 3 day stay. My husband is a huge sports fan so not having access to sport highlights is a definite negative. . The pool, although large and beautiful has zero night life, no water slide and no life guards on duty. We prefer to come back from the parks, have dinner, change and go to the pool/hot tubs for a few drinks but if that isn't something you don't enjoy than this may be your place.

I have stayed here three times before this visit. The staff here is super. The decor is classic. The food in the Euphoria restaurants is great.

This place looked great from the website and even from the outside when we arrived... However, out of the three homes we rented, only one was ready at 5 PM, and the others ready later in the evening. One of the homes had not been cleaned at all so our group had to wait to check in until later in the evening. None of the air conditioning worked in one of the houses and when I called customer service, they said there was nothing they can do because it was after 9 PM. We found beer bottles and other trash in each of the houses, roaches, etc. Homes are barely stocked with anything so I would say bring everything with you. Horrible experience.

Overpriced, neighbors at cottage next door talking loud and partying until early morning hours. Security team did nothing to enforce "quiet hours". Super unhelpful when we called to complain about the late night partying. Not a place for families with kids who want to get sleep after being at theme parks all day.
Be the first to ReplyThis place looks amazing from the website.
Even the lobby looks great. The running excuse this entire vacation was they "are short-staffed". I heard this line too many times from Josh. I understand it's a holiday week end. I can understand the hotel being busy. But they seem to have people behind the desk on their very first day. On the other hand, the poor servers are running around trying to please all the guests. One night we had Clarissa and today we had Jay. They were both fantastic running drinks and food to everybody by the pool. People behind the desks in the lobby? Thumbs down.
Be the first to ReplyWe stayed here during the UCA cheerleading championships.
We had a 2 bedroom cottage and found the cottage to be almost everything we wanted. The negatives (generally minor) the coffee supply was never refilled and our cottage was not cleaned during our 3 night visit. The tv remotes were confusing. Beyond that the cottage was great. The pool area was really nice and the food service there was very tasty, as were the drinks. Music was pleasant. Wish the pool area remained open later. Two more annoying negatives - shuttle pickup at the cottage to take back to the main lobby was a 40 minute wait. It would have been a 10 minute walk. They should simply follow a standard route on the grounds. Use a separate shuttle service to take people off property. Room was not ready until 4pm even though in the morning we arrived and asked if they could have it ready a little early because of our plans. I understand they are under no obligation to have it ready early but that would have been the difference between a 4 and 5 star rating. We will go back next time we are in town and have encouraged our friends to do likewise.

We just came from the Margaritaville at Sea cruise out of Palm Beach and wanted to visit for a couple of days with friends and family in the Orlando area. Originally we had booked a La Quinta Inn but once we found out there was a Margaritaville in Orlando we decided to keep the theme going LOL Oh so glad we did. What a wonderful stay at a beautiful resort!Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Lobby was so cute and beautiful, so many photo ready areas :D Of course the big flipflop. I don't usually like to submit pictures with us in them but I forgot to take the flipflop on it's own LOLThe room was amazing! It was huge! and especially after a couple of nights in a cruise room, it was just fabulous to have this much space and a real shower LOLWhat is it with the shower without a door on 1 side? ROFLMAOThe knobs for the bathroom sink are tail fins, so cute! The bathroom needed a nightlight so we didn't get fully woken up with the overhead lights or hurt our toes in the dark. It was really dark!!The only thing I thought was silly, was the partition between the balconies from the living room to the bedroom. There should not be a partition there! LOL I would have loved to walk from the living room balcony right into the bedroom after watching the sunset. Oh the view was magnificent! We just don't have good luck, when we were in Cali Dec 2021 it was cold so no beach. Dec 2022 we are in FL and it was too cold to use the huge pool! :(Well we will totally come back for a longer visit with friend and family and hopefully Disney!
