Bad takeout experiences, was offered new food at no charge, then they blocked my number
Very disappointed with the quality of takeout orders. I've been to this restaurant before and really liked it, and have subsequently ordered from Seamless a couple of times. However, the last time we ordered from here, we were all disappointed. I had the Massaman curry, and the takeout container was only half-full. The sauce itself was very watery, the avocado slices on the top were completely brown to the point that I threw them away, and there were maybe three pieces of potato in the curry. My friend had the Pad Thai with chicken, and commented on the fact that there was barely a single piece of chicken in her order. All in all, I won't be ordering from here again, but maybe eating in yields better results here.
Updated review as of 3/16: Management offered me a new order in a reply to this review, so I called and whoever answered said she was going to speak to her manager and call me back. I gave her my phone number but didn't hear back from them, so I tried calling them back multiple times and got an automated message saying voicemail wasn't set up for this number. I then called using my friend's phone, and this time someone answered, so in other words, they blocked my number. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I again explained the situation and was offered two of the same dishes but without the lunch special drink/appetizer, but I decided to pass on this considering the quality of the food last time and the way they handled this situation. At this point, I won't be having anything to do with this place again.
Beautiful and delicious
A very welcome addition to our area, absolutely beautiful, and the food is very authentic.
Service was impeccable; cleanliness was above average; and the premises give a feeling of great peace.
With more experience by the two of us, this place probably will rate five stars based on the early going.
Casual dinner
This is truly a wonderful neighborhood find. Atmosphere is open and airy. Food was excellent. BYOB, which in NYC is amazing. Would definitely recommend.
A delightful experience
Four of us had lunch in this very pretty restaurant which is decorated in a French Colonial style. It was quiet on a Saturday afternoon. Unlike most restaurants, their lunch special was available on a Saturday. Soup, appetizer, entree all for $10-12. The food ranged from good to excellent and all of it was tasty. The Stuffed Crab Rangoon appetizer was delicious. The Tom Yum soup was just tolerably hot. The Kang Massaman Curry was excellent. The Pad Thai was good but not great. Our dining mates were happy with their food as well. This was a great value.

This is about a home delivery order. We ordered Tom Yum Goong, Hoy O b, Spring rolls, som tum salad, yum ma muang avocado salad, pad thai, kang kheaw whan curry, pad kra-praw, steamed vegetables, jasmine rice, and sticky rice. Looking for a nice Thai meal. But unfortunately especially the curries were too watery. The seemed more like soup than a curry. Disappointing and unexciting.

The Upper East side has seen a growth in Thai restaurants. This restaurant is on a quiet side street on the upper east side. I decided to give it a try for lunch. The decor is very simple and tables give diners enough space so you do not feel crowded. The menu has enough choices for even the picky eater. I ordered the fried chicken appetizer and the shrimp pad khing. The fried chicken wings were excellent nice and crispy and moist. The shrimp pad khing was flavorful and the rice complimented the dish. Portions were a bit on the small side but maybe because it was lunch. I intend to dine here with friends for dinner in the future.
Wait service was efficient and pleasant.
