Great trip, a few minor things I’d like to see next time
I just stayed here with my husband for 4 nights, and want to be as comprehensive as possible. Pros: - service was perfect, everyone is very friendly, checks on you the perfect amount at dinner, poolside, etc. house keeping was amazing with keeping our room clean & turn down service, they don’t let you lift a finger!! - the island is very private, with only 30 suites it wasn’t fully full when we were there, we always felt we had our first choice of where to sit and it never felt crowded; there was one louder group there which was annoying but nothing the staff could have done - spa, we got a couples massage which was 10/10, highly recommend and I get massages a lot so it was quite good - gym is super nice with Pelton’s, treadmills, full set of free weights and more, as well as a very nice sauna - grounds are extremely well kept - food was really good, dinner was always excellent and in room dessert was the best! - water sports included- we did kayaking and also took a small motor boat out (you can pay extra for a private cruise, fishing, exercise classes etc) Where to improve - they ran out of a few items (a type of whiskey my husband likes), an ingredient to a drink which is understandable but not for multiple days, especially when they have a boat going to the main land multiple times a day and with the cost; if your paying that much you want what you want - selection of food- I am not sure how you could eat here if you had a lot of dietary restrictions, the menus are very limited and don’t change much daily, I think 3-4 days is a perfect amount of time to stay, any longer i would get bored of their small selection - coffee, in room they only had espresso pods, which were good but coffee you had to pay quite a bit for (one day we did order it and it was great), but for the high price I wish they had in room coffee and tea included and lattes available for cost Things you should know before you go - the keys is not known for its beaches, there is a small beach area here but I would not be swimming in the ocean personally but their pool is very nice - this is NOT all inclusive - cost of food is very high, other reviewers are right that an average breakfast is 50-60$, lunch $60-100, and dinner $200-300 and that’s if you aren’t someone who goes crazy on drinks/apps Overall we had a great time and would definitely go back. Hopefully they will make some minor changes in the future.
Be the first to ReplyI'll be back ... when they get a permanent chef and upgrade dinner experience.
A wonderful and unique resort. Marvelous service and staff from the area with long tenure. Unfortunately, they were "between" chefs when we were there and it showed. Disappointing dinners but staff did handle appropriately. Pastry chef is fantastic as is the person responsible for the wine list.

There are not enough words of how special this place is. Came for my husbands birthday and are currently still here…we keep extending. While yes it expensive and yes you can find cheaper in Mexico or wherever how special this place and their team has blown us away. First of all Liz at the bar is amazing. Rolando aka the man has really gone above and beyond to make this trip special. If you need anything ask him. He set us up with JT to go fishing and we caught the maximum amount of fish which is unheard of. They were so kind to make us lunch and dinner with what we caught. And it was amazing. Every staff member is so welcoming and sweet. Desiree our waitress made my husbands birthday extra special as well. The rooms are stunning. The island itself if beautiful. Had an amazing spa experience. Everything from being greeting by the sweetest fro at desk girl to captain Greg has left us dreaming and planning our next trip. I also have to say we’ve met the sweetest guests while staying here. Thank you for everything little palm. Also, best food ever haha!

One of the best trip experiences we’ve ever been on. Will definitely be booking again in the near future. My wife and I could not believe we were in the US. You truly ‘got lost’ during your stay. Couldn’t have asked for a bette time.
Be the first to ReplyAmerican Paradise! Luxurious romantic getaway on par with the finest tropical resorts in the world.
We have traveled to luxury resorts both domestic and international, and Little Palm ranks right up there with some of our favorites. The closest comparison we can make is to The Brando in Tetiaroa, since there are many similarities in terms of overall quality and character of service. Fortunately for us, Little Palm is much easier to reach from the East Coast than French Polynesia! Everything about our stay was top notch. From the arrival, to our couples massage, to the multiple, privately guided outings we took (snorkeling, sailing, eco-tours), to the dining (one of us is vegan and the chef and sous chef prepared a different, multi-course vegan meal each night that was absolutely delicious!), our stay at Little Palm was extraordinary. The staff are genuinely happy in their jobs—you can feel it—and it shows in their gracious hospitality and authentically warm interactions with you. There was literally not a thing we could find fault with during our 5-day stay. The suites are delightful—don’t miss the outdoor soaking tub or the fire pit!—and the grounds are beautiful and well-kept. Keep an eye out for Key deer as you walk the property in the evening. They are an adorable addition to the charm of the island. We will absolutely be back. In fact, we’re putting Little Palm on our yearly rotation. As far as romantic destinations go, you couldn’t do better.

We celebrated our 50th Wedding anniversary here. It is a beautiful resort with top notch accommodations, amenities, and dining. The staff are very professional but also personable. Definitely recommend for special occasion where privacy and a quiet atmosphere is desired.

Wow. This trip was everything we were hoping for and more. From the first moment we stepped up to the welcome station to leaving our villa , this entire trip was nothing short of magical. Our driver Terry, all of the amazing crew on the island, the delicious food, incredible views, luxurious spa treatments and cozy accommodations, all of it nothing short of 5 stars. Our first night we got to witness a sunset and moonrise on opposite sides of the boat simultaneously while being ferried to the island and then enjoyed our first dinner on the beach all by ourselves. You feel like you are at a remote summer camp, if you want to get to know people, you will get to know them very well, but you also have the option to hole up on 4 acres of island and feel like you are the only inhabitants for miles. Everythning you could need or want is just a phone call or short walk away. The culinary team were super accommodating to my dietary restrictions and the gluten free bread at dinner and mocktails were 10/10 the best I've ever had. Expensive yes, but worth every single penny. Don't sleep on this one-of-a-kind magical resort. We can't wait to return and I imagine I will dream of those sunset and moonlit views from the dining room and monkey hut until we do. Thank you for such a special trip, LPI!

Wow, amazing are two words that come to mind. From the moment you arrive at the welcome station you are treated first class. The shuttle to the resort is a step back into time and the staff escort to your suite is first rate as you get an overview of the resort as you walk the entire property.

Amazing location, rooms very clean and nice. Staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Food was our favorite part of the stay - each meal the menu was different and perfect.
Be the first to ReplyThe great, bad and ugly
Let’s start with the GREAT! We loved our delicious drinks. They were spectacular! And the food is OVER the top delicious! If you are wondering about the cost for (non hotel guests) outsiders it is $175pp plus tax and tip with the boat ride included. We also loved our charismatic waiter, Tim. After gathering information I believe all problems could have been avoided had Brenda our escort paid attention to our time line. We were told to be at the pier at 5:15 for a 5:30 boat ride. We arrived at 4:45. The boat arrived to pick us up at 5:15. They said someone was running late and could we wait to leave. We said yes. We arrived at 5:56pm per my photo time stamp. We had fantastic drinks in the bar area. We were seated for dinner at 6:52pm . We were served bread at 6:57pm per my phones time stamp. Appetizers were 20 minutes later. We didn’t get our dinner until 8:57 which was 2 hours after we got our bread. This was the BAD! And the UGLY is that we were no longer hungry. The other ugly is not telling the truth. One person said the chef didn’t like the way the food was plated (presentation). The lady that was keeping track of us said the waiter didn’t enter our order correctly on the computer. Needless to say our bucket list wish of eating at Little Palm island for our daughter’s birthday was not what we anticipated. I’d would like to circle back around to the good and great of the evening! The food and drinks were SPECTACULAR!

My spouse and I have been to Little Palm Island over one dozen times. The staff is very friendly and not snobby. They try to accommodate your every desire! We would come more often like we used to, but the prices of the suites are four times what they used to be since covid. Still, a nice romantic trip for you and your significant other is worth it.

Our three night stay on our boat exceeded our expectations in every respect. Upon arrival we were helpfully greeted on the dock and given a brief tour of the facilities. Actually, the first greeting by our name was on the VHF radio as they had been anticipating our arrival. The resort’s dining and relaxing areas along with the beach, pool and recreational equipment are immaculate. It is apparent that LPI is all about relaxation cloaked behind understated elegance. There is zero hustle and bustle as everything is on “island time.” What really distinguishes LPI is the over-the-top staff. Each and every one we encountered was professional, polite, courteous and cheerful in their respective responsibilities. While the resort is expensive we knew about it before we booked our stay. Our time on the island went too quickly but we return.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing sunset, no crowds great accommodations and exceptional staff.
Little Palm Island is really special. I have been fortunate to stay at great hotels and resorts over the years but the staff at Little Palm Island is the best. Everyone and I mean literally, everyone is so pleasant. They not only knew our names and provided great service but sincerely tried to make you feel welcome. It was not crowded and you could always find a spot to relax. No matter where you were someone was there to offer a beverage. Here are some specifics we appreciated: The sunsets are drop-dead gorgeous. -It is expensive, especially when you include the resort fee, but you are on an island. Everything has to be brought by boat. They don’t nickel and dime you. Soft drinks, water, and even lemonade were complimentary. You didn’t have to worry about signing a tab every time you left the beach or pool. Naturally, you do pay for alcoholic beverages. -They put tips in the bill so you didn’t have to worry about keeping a lot of cash on you. I did tip housekeeping, the drivers and the boat captain but it was so nice not to have to worry about tips at each meal etc. -The private dinner on the beach is truly special. The sunsets are gorgeous. Having a private dinner on the beach made you feel you had the island to yourself. Yes, it is a bit expensive ($300 plus food) but you can pay that in high-end restaurants and never have that view. -Their normal dining is also spectacular providing an outstanding view of the subset. Except for the private beach dinner we ate in the deck area every night. I image when it gets really hot and humid there people would eat at the inside dining area. They also have many tables on the beach below the Monkey Hut lounge, which provides a great view of sunset. -The food is amazing. Every meal was special. The seafood was always fresh and there was enough variety in the menu each night so we always had multiple options. The desert menu was the only time we repeated a selection since that does not change much. -The room accommodations are exceptional. Our suite had two bathrooms which really was nice, great spaces, and the private deck and beach area were unique. We were in unit 2 which was an upstairs with a similar unit below. The first night I swear there was an elephant in the room below us since we heard footsteps most of the night. If we return I might opt for the best suite offered since that looks like a stand-alone unit. After that first night though it was quiet. My wife actually l

Very expensive but if weather forecast is good and you can swing it, it is worth every penny! The grounds are immaculate, the rooms are very private, and the food is spectacular. Take your significant other and spend time relaxing and reconnecting. You can spend half as much somewhere else and fight for chairs and reservations and or just go here, skip the rat race and relax!

We were there for our anniversary 2 nights, beautiful and quiet resort, great service and excellent food, it’s a perfect place to relax, very comfortable rooms, and lovely decorated. The only thing is that the thin wall between rooms allows you to hear your neighbors all the time, with a lot of noise , Dinner is not included and for the extremely amount of money that you pay I think they should include it.
