Classic, crafted, and spectacular.
Little Dom's brings me joy by simply existing. The ambiance is an enchanting mixture of a classic diner combined with an upscale seafood restaurant. What makes Little Dom's truly special to me is their emphasis on local, sustainable seafood sourcing. Their staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. The Fish & Chips are unlike anything I've ever tasted. I will come here again and again!

Went to Little Doms for my birthday dinner and I was really looking forward to it! The restaurant was hip, it's in the heart of Los Feliz, and the scene was popping. Unfortunately, it was a bit underwhelming. I hadn't looked at the menu yet, so it could really be on me for having such high hopes, but there really isn't much to choose from. It's funny because the night before I had breaded chicken and I decided to go with the chicken parm. Essentially the same meal with some marinara on it. And it was pretty mid chicken parm. I was really looking forward to a hearty pasta, but there wasn't anything catching my eye! One of them had too many mushrooms and another weirdly had peas in it - not for me! While the atmosphere, style, and interior is all very immersive, the food is the biggest deterant for me. Our apps were good, however. We went with the Crab Bruschetta and it tasted amazing! I will say the prices are relatively cheap, but if you're looking for an affordable night out with a cool vibe, Little Dom's is the move. The prices justify the quality, so there's that!
Be the first to ReplyNot all that.
I don't understand the hype about this place. I could've gone to another that's 3x better for half the price! However, their food was healthy. The service from the waitress and waiter, though, could use some more valuable training time. My table had to ask the waiter to confirm that the coffee creamers served to us were oat & milk; he confirmed, but we quickly found out that they were both oats. They corrected the mistake right away, tho. However, if someone at my table had allergies to non-dairy milk, this restaurant would've been in hot waters!
Be the first to ReplyI love Little Dom's.
I've only been there w my elderly-now mother and sometimes my aunt (twins). I bring that up because not only is the food satisfying and delicious, but they are extremely accommodating to my mom who uses a walker and my aunt who is losing her eyesight. It's a busy place, and that treatment of my elders is not something one sees a lot in LA in general. When I went with the twins they shared several dishes and sides and were impressed. As a celiac there are usually a few great options for me. Fresh and delicious! And such a great vibe as a person who appreciates historic spaces and friendly staff.

I came just a bit after 5 to beat the crowd and got spaghetti and meatballs, bread and a couple of glasses of red wine. Prompt service contributed to a wonderful experience dining al fresco, eating great food outside is really one of the best things about Los Angeles. Looking forward to working my way through the menu!

Little Dom's, the beloved Los Feliz eatery known for its bustling brunches, lives up to the hype and then some! My recent breakfast experience was nothing short of fantastic, earning a perfect 5-star rating. Here's what we got: Eggs Fungi Oyster & Shiitake Mushrooms on Toasted Sourdough with Poached Eggs & Fennel Pollen Hollandaise Eggs Bruschetta Scrambled Eggs on top of Bub & Grandma's Sesame Sourdough with Roasted Tomatoes & Basil Pinenut Pesto. We also tried a piece of Olive oil cake. Both entrees had fresh, high-quality ingredients shines through in every bite. The perfectly cooked eggs and locally sourced vegetables, the flavors were simply divine. The staff at Little Dom's were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Can't wait to come back!
Be the first to ReplySuper friendly warm environment for a late night pizza.
Love love love the Meyer lemon icebox cake!

Little Dom's is a neighborhood staple that I just can't seem to get into. I've been several times and each time is just okay. We arrive early and got some drinks at the bar which are fantastic. The bartenders can definitely make a great drink! For our appetizers we started with the meatballs and artichoke. The meatballs were good, nothing crazy exciting and the artichoke barely had any "meat" on them and it was overcooked and charred. For our entrees we got the margarita pizza, lasagna, pappardelle & agnolotti. Everything was just ok but nothing stood out, kinda of like a fancy frozen dinner that was microwaved. The prices are decent but getting to Silverlake is a haul for a underwhelming meal. The vibe and service are great and I can see why so many people flock to this place. But if it came down to just the food, I'd spend my money anywhere else for better a better meal.

My first time at Little Dom's and it surely did not disappoint. The appetizers and mains were delicious. The dessert was good too, but really nothing to race home about. The service was excellent and staff were very attentive. Would I return? Heck ya!
Be the first to ReplyWent on a Monday and tried their 25$ dinner special.
Greens, farro risotto, pistachio cake for dessert. The wait was long so I'll definitely get a reservation next time. Service was slow, not sure if that was a kitchen issue or if our server had too many tables. Greens were really oily but had a refreshing zest. Risotto was bland but got better with some extra Parm, salt + pepper. I understand why places under salt their food but you gotta leave me some at the table at least the dessert was the star of the show, light and flavorful but not overly sweet. Over all not bad for 25$. The pizza at the table next to us looked great so there's a chance I'd come back again.
Be the first to ReplyYes, of course I recommend.
It's Little Dom's! Just go. I need to write more to get this posted I thought what I said was quite positive. Haha. Just go. It's great. Great vibe. Nice servers. Food is solid.
Be the first to ReplyLittle Dom's has become our go-to for a post-hike brunch.
Despite the number of options on their menu, I always find myself gravitating towards my two favorite items -- 1. Eggs Fungi - The oyster and shitake mushrooms are cooked to perfection with just the amount of bite without being too mushy. With two poached eggs and a creamy hollandaise over toasted sour dough, this is definitely a favorite amongst our group. If you're feeling like you need a bit more protein after your hike, go for the Hanger Steak & Eggs which is pretty much the same dish but with the mushrooms replaced by steak! 2. Ricotta Cheese & Fresh Blueberry Pancakes -- Just get it...you'll thank me later. Super fluffy and light pancakes. In our last trip here, everyone at the table got an order of pancakes for themselves. Oh yeah, they have outdoor seating so your pup is invited too! Just don't forget to get him a side of bacon ;)
Be the first to ReplyAmazing food!!! Absolutely would come here again.
Ordered the rice balls (arancini), calamari, & beef carpaccio for apps & vegan crab cake for an entree. All super amazing. Great wine & espresso martinis! Service was incredible
Be the first to ReplyOverall a very mediocre experience.
The service was terrible but I suppose that's to be expected. The food was decent but arrived barely warm. The location is probably the best thing it has going for it. There are many other local options that are far better for the cost. Four people and the cheapest bottle of wine was $350
Be the first to ReplyThis place is always amazing.
I don't know why it's taken me this long to write a review. We had the Wood Oven Roasted Eggs, their incredible House-made Grilled Italian Sausage, Farmers Market Fruit Plate, and Pablo, who gave us great service, recommended the House-made Strozzapreti Pasta with Mushroom Bolognese (which can be ordered Vegan with Nutritional Yeast instead of the Grana Padano) and it was out of this world. We all had the Ricotta Cheese & Fresh Blueberry Pancakes, some of the best I've ever had anywhere. We sat outside which is lovely, it was cool out, but they had ample heating, and the outside chairs are extremely comfortable, not like those terribly uncomfortable metal chairs and stools that you see almost everywhere around the country, including and especially, LA. I love the old-world feel of the inside as well, but it was so beautiful outside today. I cannot wait to come back here.

The server seemingly couldn't just be "normal". Everything he said was with a wink and a nod. He was simultaneously overbearing but also making a weird performance of his job. Maybe just be nice and normal, dude. But the food is really awful. The pizza specifically is a complete joke. It's paper thin, low on flavor, and a cracker-like crust that breaks into a million pieces when you attempt to take a bite. It was also served to us cold. It was maybe the saddest pizza I've ever eaten in my life, and at this price point, it's a total rip-off! The vibe here isn't even welcoming or cozy anymore. But it's a "hip" place to continues to stay in business. Crazy.
Be the first to ReplyThe food was good but it's getting 3.
5 or went down half a star for the very burnt and flat souffle. How is this burnt acceptable to serve? It also did not rise at all if it ever did. We had to scrape out the burnt part. The Italian sausages were really tasty and flavorful. The Gibraltar 2 shots expression with steamed oat milk was really good and addictive. The potatoes were good but could use a little bit more salt. The spinach was good but I could use a half a portion for half the price.
Be the first to ReplySome of my favorite pancakes in LA.
delicious little pockets of ricotta cheese. I've also had the weekend French toast skillet but it was a bit disappointing so I stick to the pancakes and side of garlicky potatoes. Amazing. Brunch pizza also not great. More like a cracker? Dough isn't good. Cute weekend brunch vibes. Haven't had dinner here yet but excited to try their pastas.

5 stars for Little Dom's! Friends and I went here on a Saturday night. This place has been around for a long time, and a number of celebrities are known to go here. We even saw a celebrity during our dinner. We started with the rice balls as an appetizer, which were yummy. We then ordered the strozzapreti, pappardelle, and lion's mane mushroom "crab cakes" and were all very happy with our meals. They were flavorful and the portions were just right. You feel full after but not overstuffed. I can't wait to bring other back here.

Great place and great food! I would come back because of that however the server seemed like he hated his life at times.

A great local restaurant that has a touch of old Los Feliz glamour. A perfect meeting spot.
Be the first to ReplyLet's get into it.
The calamari is really "meaty" like, in the best way ever! I feel like I'm used to calamari being really inconsistent and sometimes even chewy due to being overcooked or old (ew) but Little Dom's calamari is perfectly breaded and is accompanied with an aioli and cocktail sauce. Just needed some lemon! The fried potatoes - oh, absolutely yes. A must order :) crispy, gooey, garlicky, savory, and a hint of salty! This also needed some lemon for the ultimate chef's kiss. Also had to order a side of ketchup. The jambalaya balls were a special for Fat Tuesday/Mardigras and were pretty good! All in all, cute and quaint Italian spot in Los Feliz that is worth a try.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and fabulous atmosphere.
The staff is friendly and accomodating - we walked in on a weekday (when it was nevertheless packed) and they put us on a wait list for any reservations that fell through. Before we could even snag a spot at the bar we got a nice 4 top. The red sauce is to die for so anything with that is amazing.
Be the first to ReplyThe food.
The ambiance. What's not to love? Great flavors and menu. Street parking is a little tough but if you're willing to walk a bit you'll be fine. Also recommend making a reservation.

Caught up with an old friend here a few months ago and sat on the outdoor patio. Enjoyed the fresh air and having space since the place is crowded more often than not.Ordered the Pork Osso Buco and devoured it, especially appreciated the risotto. Have picked up food from here before but hadn't eaten at the actual restaurant, definitely recommend!
