A little Uneasy
We were staying across the street at the Waldorf and our friend needed to have his phone looked at, at the Apple store. We had been hearing about the crime in Buckhead, so we were a little jittery. We looked around a bit after getting the phone looked at and left. I think we are all nervous being in these malls. We did not see the metal detectors or police presence. It was late morning.

Ever since looting was allowed to take place under Keisha Lance Bottoms's watch, shoplifters and others were allowed to commandeer this mall. Atlanta's new mayor is focused on crime, but has a lot to do get the city caught up. At Lennox, to clean it up, metal detectors have been added for guns and most of the retailers have hired their own security guards who stand outside store entrances. Whereas there still is some "non-shoppers" roaming about, it's not as unsafe as locals would lead you to believe. That said, the damage is done. Family's would rather shop elsewhere and so time will tell if Simon can turn this one around. Hope so!

This mall is filthy and scary. I would never go again. There are drug dogs and metal detectors. Also, most of the stores are closed. I felt very uneasy there.

It's ok, just another mall.
It was the high end stores and a good food court.
Starbucks was closed which makes you wonder .....
It's not a tourist attraction, it's just another mall.
Don’t come here
The mall is dirty. The lines are long. There’s no parking. It’s the only mall I’ve been to where there are more metal detectors than deals. It’s supposed to be a high end mall but it feels more like a detention center.

Took my family to Lennox for my daughters 16th birthday and I can honestly say I will never return. Takes 20-30 minutes to find a parking spot, the presence of police and security make it feel like a prison, the smell of marijuana is constant and annoying. There’s lines just to enter stores because the employees can’t watch everyone and there are so many thefts. Simply put this mall used to be a great place to go, now it is full of gang bangers and thugs. If you care for your family do not go here.

This mall was so underwhelming. We were excited for a fun shopping day and ended up just walking around and leaving. It’s just like any other mall out there... It also has an EXTREMELY confusing layout.
Every one told us this was the best mall in Atlanta & we loved the Phipps Plaza way more (which is right across the street.)
Big mistake. Huge
Big mistake. Huge! very disappointed with costumer service. My husband get me pair of boots online for my birthday. I was so excited! They happen to be a little too big. I brought it the store, all excited that I will have my boots just perfect. What else would you except from LV ... Sales person called fo a manager. Women came and from a get go start to talk to me in a ver cold demanding way. Keep saying " it's not salable because bottom has a needle point spots. I explained over and over again that I never wore them. I want to exchange them for a smaller size. Well... by the end of it I feel so small... I asked what solution would be. She basically told me to leave. I'm in shock. Doesn't matter if you first time experiencing LV or return client, nobody should EVER feel like that... I would except from LV to focus on their choice of employees. I will NEVER pay a dime to LV. I left the store holding up on my tears. On my birthday

So, this place has high end stores but it’s filthy. I can’t imagine these top brands being ok with floors that look like they haven’t been waxed in years.
If you are looking to get your steps in for the day then maybe this is a good stop, but IDK! There are security guards, metal detectors, and police dogs, so it is a bit unsettling. Having those measures should make you feel safe, but the fact that they have those measures is also kind of alarming.
I didn’t see any ‘deals’ and the mask and capacity limits made it a tad more frustrating.
I wouldn’t stop here again.
I am Black and I will never go back!
Never again. This used to be the go-to place for me after arriving from Amsterdam to visit friends and family here in the south. I was not prepared for the horrible experience I had on my last visit. The atmosphere has gone from classy to trashy. The other patrons were extremely aggressive in a very crowded indoor covid-19 environment. No one was wearing a mask. No one. The patronage was no longer diverse in social class and race. It appeared as though we had walked into a 21st-century blacksploitation film. The contrast between the high-end stores and the gangster acting patrons was shocking. Too bad. This experience also spilled over into the Marriot which is adjacent to the mall. I pity the residents of this part of Buckhead.
