I love this restaurant and will continue to return, but
I love this restaurant and will continue to return, but must offer a caveat about Saturday mid-day. The music is too-loud, thumping, electronic dance music. Completely inconsistent with the ambiance of the restaurant. I hated it and did not enjoy my meal nearly as much as I usually do. FYI, I like loud music in a correct context (Rolling Stones at Empower Field 2019), just not at a fine-dining establishment.
Be the first to ReplyFood was on point - wait staff attentive.
AllGood. Foie gras starter was delicious. Deserts were worthy.
Be the first to ReplyCame here for a birthday and had a wonderful dinner.
Not crowded or loud. Great service, loved the salmon.
Be the first to ReplyI ordered the le Poulet Cajan.
All I have to say is I went home hungry . It is a have a chicken breast cut into about 12 pieces. It is not a fulfilling meal for $40. The total meal was around $120 for 2 people. It was very mediocre. If you want good French cuisine for a good price. Visit le Marrisse or Atelier by Radex much better , better portions.

3.5/5 starts. I had the butternut squash soup and mushroom risotto. Neither dish was good and no one at our table found them palatable. My husband ordered the duck and he did really enjoy that. Overall The restaurant is very nice and in a great location. But the music is odd, it seemed like multiple people kept changing the music to their different tastes. Unfortunately someone was celebrating their 40th birthday near our table and the server kept allowing them to bring our fireworks/sparklers. At least three separate times in 20 minutes. This was just annoying and childish
Be the first to ReplyThis meal was so filling and tasty.
Our waiter was wonderful and the wait staff was very attentive. You know a place is great when you can never manage to drink to the bottom of your water glass. The soup of the day was a carrot ginger soup and we also tried the French onion soup. Both soups were tasty and flavorful, we especially loved the caramelized onions in the French Onion soup. The Cajun chicken was very juicy and the fries that came with it were a perfect match. Loved every second of this meal!

Walking past the outdoor seating reminded me of France and I was here for it. The interior is clean, well decorated and continues the French vibe. The hostess is tucked next and slightly behind the door. She did not greet us and we had yo flag down a server to get a table for lunch. There were lots of ladies lunching. The food was just ok which was disappointing especially at the price point. I don't mind paying $$$ if the food is amazing, but sigh ... just average.Bread and butter - kind of doughy with no crust with crunch. Just OkLe Croque Monsieur - again just ok, the cheese and ham were not melted into the bread. The top sandwich kept sliding off. The fries reminded of McDonald fries if only they tasted as good as McDonald's fries. Again just okFrench Onion Soup - Good, but nothing to write home about.Would I go again, probably, if someone wanted to go. I would not go out of my way to go again.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic! What a wonderful experience, start to finish!
Fantastic! What a wonderful experience, start to finish! The staff was wonderful, the martinis excellent...I will say everyone hyped the Cajun chicken, which was just good, but so many other things we ordered were better...and according to everyone at the table the serving is now half what it once was. Would appear from the review/photos here they are correct. Such are the times! I appreciated having more greens :-) This is an expensive evening but one worth the investment!

Mangez bien, riez souvent, aimez beaucoup - a French saying meaning live life to the fullest. Kenzy & I did just that while having an incredible dinner at Le Bilboquet this week.Le Bilboquet is located in Cherry Creek. We arrived and were seated in the main dining room. The aesthetic of Le Bilboquet is that of enduring French flair with blue velvet banquettes, unique chandelier lighting & white linen table cloths. This is a spot to see & be seen in Cherry Creek (& we live for it); dress to impress. The Captain of Le Bilboquet, Christo Charles ran our dinner and ensured we wanted for nothing during our meal. Christo had a strong, professional presence on Le Bilboquet's floor. Jerome was our mixologist for the evening & he wowed us with his joie de vivre & cocktail creations. For Les Hors d'Oeuvres we had the Les Moules Marinières & the Burrata.Les Moules Marinières were made with Steamed Mussels with White Wine, Shallots & Garlic. The shallots, garlic & white wine made the perfect broth that filled the steamed mussels with flavor. The broth was rich & buttery - ideal for the mussels that were faintly sweet with a mushroom-like undertone. Our mussels were paired with a crisp champagne from France; the champagne's bubbles and off-dry notes complimented the mussels beautifully. The Burrata was made with Cow's Milk Burrata, Wild Arugula, Passion Fruit Dressing & Campari Tomatoes. The burrata had a freshy, milky flavory with a creamy texture. The Campari tomatoes added nice bursts of acidity to the cheese. For Les Entrées we had Le Poulet Cajun and L'Escalope de Veau au Citron.Le Poulet Cajun was made with Cajun Chicken, Beurre Blanc, French Fries & Salad. Le Poulet Cajun is the signature dish that put Le Bilboquet on the map in popularity and is a must order. It's one of the best chicken entrees you can find in Denver. Le Poulet Cajun was a succulent chicken breast with a lovely spice rubbed exterior. The Beurre Blanc sauce made the chicken meat lusciously buttery and our mouths watered with each bite.We had a medium-bodied rosé paired with the Le Poulet Cajun.L'Escalope de Veau au Citron was made with Veal Scallopini, Lemon-Veal Sauce & Mashed Potatoes. This was our first time trying the veal at Le Bilboquet and it was everything. The veal was sliced and pounded very thin for the finest flavor. The meat was tender with a delicate texture and it was generously coated in Lemon-Veal Sauce. The mashed potatoes? Sinfully delicious. They were ridiculously buttery with a rich silky texture that had us swooning. These are the best mashed potatoes I've had in Denver. For Dessert we had the Vacherin and the Profiteroles. Both desserts we had were sublime. The Vacherin was made with Strawberries, Meringue Tears, coulis, Raspberry Sorbet, Vanilla Ice Cream & Frozen Whipped Cream. The Profiteroles were served with Vanilla Ice Cream and Hot Chocolate Sauce.Bon appetit!
Be the first to ReplyWe come here at least once a week with clients/friends/etc.
.... I called to make a reservation and they were so rude about where we wanted to sit. We arrived at the day of the reservation and they made us wait for the entire group to be seated. I will say that my 5:00 dinner/snacks and drinks I host weekly will be moved to a more accommodating location.
Be the first to Replywent to the CC art festival and had lunch here.
never been, and I did liked the place. I ordered Crepes and was disappointed that it was a "kid" serving. Looked like dollar size pancakes folded up.was shocked to see they charged you extra for refill of ice tea. my husband egg Benedict was good.
Be the first to ReplyWow! That's what I will say, this was thanks to friends
Wow! That's what I will say, this was thanks to friends taking us here. She said we had to go to this French restaurant to have Cajun Chicken!!! I was so confused but I will tell you it was excellent!!!! Everything we had was amazing, I don't usually eat bread but I will tell you the French bread they brought to the table was AWESOME! The pictures I took don't do the food justice! If you are in the Cherry Creek area this is a must!!!!

What is up with the awful loud music? We're trying to have a nice lunch with visiting family and we had to scream over doja cat. Had we know, we would've gone else where.
Be the first to ReplyA wonderful meal.
What a cool place- a fine dining experience with a talented DJ spinning in the dining room. The patio was lovely and the bar pours a generous drink. From the honeydew melon gazpacho to the mussels, and the boeuf tartare, the food was excellent, the service outstanding and the chocolate mousse was to die for!
Be the first to ReplyWe celebrated our anniversary at Le Bilboquet and they made
We celebrated our anniversary at Le Bilboquet and they made it such a memorable evening for us! We had never been here before and we got the recommendation from a good friend, and the moment you walk through the door the entire staff is welcoming and so friendly! We then arrived at our table and had the most delicious 3-course meal, started with the smoked salmon as an appetizer, then had their famous veal and flank steak, topped off with some chocolate mousse and crème brûlée for dessert. Each course was so amazing and well prepared. The veal was the most tender I'd ever had and flank steak really was to die for. On top of that they knew we were celebrating our anniversary, so they brought some sparklers and wrote Happy Anniversary on our plates! It truly was an evening to remember and I can't recommend this place enough! This is our new fav spot and tops every spot we've been to in Denver, especially Cherry Creek! Definitely come here for any special event and you will be so glad you did! We'll be back!
Be the first to ReplyHave been here a few times.
The food is delicious, but honestly the vibe of this place is the best part. For example, there's a live DJ for Saturday brunches and it's a fun evening on Thursdays. A bit overpriced for what it is but dun for a special event (eg Mother's Day).
Be the first to ReplyOur waiter looked at our ids for a million years.
Made us feel super uncomfortable all of us were of age. He was just a bit rude and unwelcoming in his tone the entire time. Food was ok but tbh our server was lowkey condescending and told one of the other waiters that my cousin couldn't speak English when she asked him if he wanted ketchup..? (but he can speak English tho..). Yea overall experience was whatever but don't get the middle aged man that's half balding as your server. Rude af and I found a hair in my salad...
Be the first to ReplyOne of my absolute favorite brunch spots in Denver! Located
One of my absolute favorite brunch spots in Denver! Located on a chic and glamorous corner of Cherry Creek, Le Bilboquet is perfect for a weekend brunch or a romantic dinner date. It has outdoor patio seating, which is wonderful on those sunny Colorado days. My favorite, however, is to sit inside, because the architecture and design of the building is so beautiful. You really do feel like you are in a an upscale Parisian restaurant while dining--the seats are covered in velvet, the restaurant is populated with white tablecloths, and the plates and utensils are high-end. The menu is very standard French--nothing too new or modern, but it does the classics well. I love to order the Croque Madame or the Niçoise salad. There is also a nice wine list, complete with bubbles, when you are wanting to feel fancy.Don't miss Le Bilboquet during your next visit to Cherry Creek!
Be the first to Reply3.5 stars. I attended a friend's birthday brunch here
3.5 stars. I attended a friend's birthday brunch here yesterday and I'd say this place is very fitting for the Cherry Creek area with its more upscale decor and presence. Very clean, elegant dining room, well organized enough that our group of five didn't feel too crowded at our table, though it wasn't extremely busy at almost 11:30am. Due to their prices, it's likely not the first place people are drawn to for brunch, but I could definitely see it being ideal if you're looking for someplace quieter than other establishments. In fact, I felt I had to keep my voice volume in check due to the quieter atmosphere. My personal meal consisted of L'Omelette, a cappuccino, and finishing with the creme brûlée and regular coffee. I was really drawn towards the Les Oeufs Benedict au Crabe because I love a good crab benedict, but at twice the price of the omelette and having just come back from travel, I balked for the day. The omelette, fingerling potatoes, and salad were all good, but I'm not sure if they were $18 good. I'm also intrigued by the decision to add fries as the side for all the benedicts rather than the potatoes. The cappuccino was good with a heavy foam, and the creme brûlée was perfect, though I expected nothing less. The waitstaff was very attentive, regularly filling up our glasses of water (note: they ask if you want still or sparkling, and there is a charge for sparkling water) and clearing the table promptly. Parking wasn't too complicated and I was able to snag a street spot, but it is the Cherry Creek area, so with plenty of dining and shopping, it will be busy that time of that, especially with the beautiful weather we had (followed by a day of rain as I write this). Overall, my meal was fine but not overly impressive. Knowing my friend, I understand why she picked the place for a small, quiet brunch gathering, but it wouldn't be my personal choice for brunch. However, if you're seeking a calm establishment with good food, it's a worthy choice.
Be the first to ReplyI don't leave reviews but here we are.
If I could leave zero stars I would. We were here for a birthday dinner and got a wide array of dishes. The escargot and tuna tartare were both delightful but everything else was pretty terrible. My husband had the worst meal by far. He ordered the "center cut" medium rare New York strip and mashed potatoes. The steak came out so rare and extremely fatty - with the lack of quality, the undercooked meat was inedible. Also not a center cut. We brought this to the attention of our waiter who promised to remediate. He was then served the same piece of steak, recooked, which had previously been cut and tried. As someone who grew up in the restaurant industry, I know that this is a major health code violation in Colorado. Also, they aren't cheap. Spend your money elsewhere. The Denver food scene is too good for this kind of nonsense. Do not recommend in any capacity.
Be the first to ReplyMon dieu! This is my favorite place for brunch.
They have a fun DJ that plays club tunes for a really festive kick off to brunch! Confit is superb as are les moules, the Cajun chicken and desserts are sublime. I love the decor and the location couldn't be better as a it's in walking distance to our place.
Be the first to ReplyWe saw a 3.
5 star review on yelp and almost didn't come here. Thankfully, friends told us that this restaurant will exceed all expectations, and it surely did! The Cajun chicken dish that they have been serving since 1986 is truly special! The escargot was outstanding, and the pesto pasta with prawns was out of this world. The service we received from Marcio was absolutely outstanding, can't wait to come back here!
Be the first to ReplySooooooo.
.. not the best. Been here a millllllion times. All for business meetings. Front desk check in person is always terrible. You try to set a reservation and they are always terrible. The manager. NEVER GOOD. NEVER WELCOMING. NEVER ON THE BALL. Foods okay but not worth the price. Advise: Have someone with a brain answer the phone. Have someone with a brain and welcoming run this place it could be an incredible place.
