Crowded but Tasty
The crowd on this place foreshadow the delicious taste of the food. I like the grilled pork but the portion was too small for me. It was hard to find parking for car but if you bring motorcycle you could squeeze that in the available spot

I really love Indonesian foods, especially Sumatran culinary, rich in spices. One of them is Lapo ni Tondongta, try varieties non halal Bataks speciality dishes. When youโre nearby Puri Indah, try this, though the restaurant space and the parking lot small, it is very crowded especially on Sunday. Horas, lae ! Grade B+
Be the first to ReplySangsang is a good alternative to beef rendang
First time I ordered sangsang (pork stew). Very delicious and this is typical Bataks (North Sumatra) food. If you love sambal, the sambal is a must try, none like other sambal from Java.
Be the first to ReplyGood bataknese cuisine specialty in grilled pork
Lapo is a traditional restaurant of bataknese cuisine. lapo always serve pork as its main dish. they also serve traditional fish called arsik and naniura. but the fried pork is the best in this restaurant. the ikan teri and sayur singkong is also my recommendation. since it is closed to my church i often have my lunch in this resto.
Be the first to ReplyBest bataknese pork in town?
I come to lapo ni tondongta at least once a month, and I can assure you that its pork (panggang or saksang) and ikan mas arsik are the best in town imo.
