Very bad
We are very disappointed with a brunch concept and service in a restaurant. Bad selection of food and extra charges about nobody said. If you want to feel foolish go and try this restaurant. First time in life saw such unfriendly management. Keep your nerves and go to another place

The worse brunch we ever had! 3 hot dishes for 4 pensons to share. What’s a shame) The managers who are not respect their guests and don’t care about the reputation

Unfortunately this restaurant was the worst I’ve been to in the south of France. Service was awful. Waited so long for drinks. Food was of very poor quality, and when the wrong food was delivered to our table, we were told that what some of us had ordered from the menu, hadn’t been on there for over 2 months. Asked at least 3 times for more drinks, each request was ignored and the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Things were dropped on our laps, and the food was really quite tasteless. I hate to write bad reviews, but this place sadly doesn’t even warrant the 1star that I’ve given.

Disappointing food. The starters are tasteless, the green beans salad with foie-gras had 1 piece of foie-gras inside. Then we ordered the “côte a l’os” which is off-menu. 1kg of meat (not considering the bone) they charge 330€ (it was written nowhere and in any other LPM it costs around 200€). The quality was good but not to justify the price Then to finish off, the valet insists on a 20€ tip, while there is no price written on the ticket. Which is totally illegal. So it’s a tourist trap with nice decor and below-average food and sky-high prices

Leaving in London, I often go to la petite maison which I am a fan. I am now in Cannes with my son and we were so disappointed not only by the food but by the service too. The bread was so chewy We had green beans salad with foie gras. The beans were sooty and we still are looking for the foie gras , the lentils salad was ok and the warm prawns were ok. As a main course we had the gambas which were so dry, the baby chicken was not cooked properly and the gratin dauphinois was good though. I had to wait 20mn for my wine glass. That is a real shame that to eat good french food we have to go to London. The next day we went to Fred l’écaille and we loved it.

What a disappointing experience. The manager was so rude and unprofessional. Everybody’s meals came one at a time and not together. The sides came after the meal! The drinks were not delivered as per the order. It is so over priced for a substandard meal and experience.

This is an extremely expensive restaurant. But they do a great Brunch on Sundays for €115€ – with "free-flow wine and Champagne". I phoned the front desk well in advance to ask if the buffet is happening on the 25th of December as normal. 'Yes, it was' so I booked for 7 people. This would be the 3 rd time we have been there and have had great experiences and have recommended it to many friends. Yesterday was very disappointing. Despite it being the season of goodwill La Petite Maison decided that no complimentary glass of Champagne on arrival would be served and that the excellent buffet would be €125 euros, excluding beverages. When I asked the head waiter about this he explained that as it was Christmas day the price had gone up and drinks were now extra. The served-to-the-table starters with smoked salmon and no-salmon scrambled eggs, plus eggs benedict were delicious. Off to the impressive buffet with a huge choice of fish, vegetarian and meat dishes with a tempting array of cheeses and desserts. I like to choose my own food so this suits me nicely. The service was slow and unprofessional with the waitress spilling both the champagne and the wine. Yes, it was busy but even getting a waiter was difficult. The 3piece wandering band spent most of their time outside drinking and smoking and only once visited our table during our 4-hour stay. The sommelier knew his trade and Madame pee-pee downstairs was charming. The total bill for 7 people was €1382. €875 for 7 Christmas brunch. €507 for the champagne, wine, water, coffee and port. 3 coffees were €15.00 You would think that after spending over a thousand Euros a couple of coffees would have been complimentary. As locals, who all live in Cannes, and have been before we expected better service and attitude. Two of my guests were high-end event organisers and had expected to be impressed.
Be the first to ReplyRipped off by the Valet Service
We had to go to Cannes downtown. Uber would have been 15 euros. Valet Service said they can drive us but we need to pay cash. Told my friends I have 40 euros left. Valet guys whispered something in French to each other. We arrived after 4km and 8 minutes drive…I asked the driver how much I owe him. Answer: 40 euros. I mean you can do these things but do it smarter! This is a very low behaviour especially of employees of such “chick” place. I will never go back there. Too bad actually as food and service was good.
Be the first to ReplySuper nice
If you want to experience super service, friendly atmosphere and amazing food this is the place in Cannes. For sure it is not the cheapest place but it is amazing. Even though they had a computer problem this evening and all bills were manually managed they were super professional. We will definitely come back.
Be the first to ReplyIf you don't try the plates from Yianni and Lefteris you haven't tasted anything in cannes

Food was quite good and service was excellent . We had a roast chicken with fois gras. That was really terrific. Prices were reasonable for such a quality restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyThe best restaurant in Cannes and the best LPM around the world
Wonderful ambience, superb food. Fantastic service by Ms. Alicia … Thank you so much for the fantastic service and Memories. Mr. Yiannis Kioroglou was so warm and came to visit us three times .. We got a wonderful table and we visited the same restaurant twice during our stay. The evening Entertainment was also fantastic. Make sure to book in advance … Without visiting LPM Cannes visit is incomplete to Cannes. Thank you LPM Recommendation: Lobster ( ask for the special from Ms. Alicia ) , jumbo prawns , Sole fish and desserts are just out of the world … Bar is fantastic too … Enjoy

Food is fine, which is important.
Price is extremely high and you don’t get valmue for money. If the price vas 50% lower it would make a better match.

We got a table, where we felt sitting on a busy train station
There was many waiters but only a few knew how to do the job, eg we had to pour the wine which was good as the waiter spoiled the wine on the table when he tried to hit the glass
There was very loud (and after my taste) bad music, which had been acceptable in a cheep place in Caribbean.
There were many other small things which shouldn’t take place at a place where they try to be high end.
I can only conclude - you can find plenty of better and cheeper places.
