Well, I don't have high hopes for anything in the Virgin
Well, I don't have high hopes for anything in the Virgin hotel, not their fault. Upon arrival, it seems the reservation was lost in translation and ended up in a seating arrangement that wasn't agreed on. Not sure, I was along for the ride. The service was pretty meh. Considering it wasn't stupid busy, it just seemed like everything took abnormally longer than normal.. taking an order, getting a drink, asking for silverware, had to get up a few times to get things we needed. The bread with the dips and the panna cotta were probably the best things we had. The pastas were ok, nothing special. The pizza, well.. same. The ribeye was absolutely awful. Everyone took a slice and there was so much gristle but THAT brings me back to the service I couldn't even complain because no one ever came by. Super frustrating so we just decided to give the leftovers to my dog. I don't like to be a complainer but I will complain over a crap expensive steak. The vibe is cool, the bread thing would be the only thing that brings me back because the casino itself is underwhelming. Whomp whomp.

Kassi is a MUST try when in Vegas and or staying at the Virgin Hotel. The three main things that I look for in a restaurant are the food, service and ambiance... Kassi has it ALL! Ambiance: The vibe as soon as you walk in is warm and inviting with a coastal villa type of flare. Every part of the many dining areas have beautiful lighting and furniture. The entry way to the restaurant is also gorgeous and very picture perfect. Food: I ate at this restaurant twice in less than 36 hours, that Aline should tell you how good the food was. For brunch, we had the avocado toast with smoked salmon, the ricotta pancakes w/ caramel, the calamari, oysters, truffle fries, ice coffee, vanilla hot latte and the watermelon mint spritzer, not one item had an issue, they were all delicious and flavorful. My favorite was the calamari as it's perfectly crisp with its light batter and unique flavored aioli. Service: The service was amazing! We had Kiana and she was excellent! She was attentive, answered our questions and was always available with refills and removing empty plates. The other staff that brought out and removed the food were also friendly and helpful. 10/10 for the excellent service we received. Also, I went the night before for the calamari at the bar and Guillermo was the bar tender that night and was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything on the menu!

THIS PLACE IS A VIBEEE! Went to lunch with a couple girl friends on a Friday afternoon. We placed reservations, which isn't required but highly recommended because boy does it get busy! This place offers both indoor and outdoor seating, which is always a plus. Love the outdoor seating when the weather is nice! There was also a DJ playing when we went. Their food is a bit on the pricey side, but it's expected since it's located in the hotel. Their food was delicious enough for me to want to go back and try more. Their drinks are aesthetically pleasing but not as strong as I would like for the price. Overall cute spot to have lunch with the ladies.

This was not a planned stop but oh my goodness was not a sad stop. Myself and player two were about and about for the day and heard of this place so we decided to give it a go. The Virgin hotel / casino is a bit out of the way for us but we were in the area, so why not. We didn't have reservations but it was a Wednesday during "off season" for vegas ( is there such a thing?), but any ways, we were promptly seated. I imagine once it's nice with the pool and beach club vibe it'll be very busy in the summer. The entrance sets the tone for the locale and the restaurant does not disappoint. Very cute table settings, a great bar area if solo dining or meeting with a group and also intimate dining areas. We are on our pescatarian journey right now, so we made menu selections in that regard, but they have GREAT options which made me want to break the journey lol . We ordered the salt & pepper calamari which came with a whipped balsamic, ABSOLUTELY amazing !! Also a half dozen oysters on the half shell, cause why not. They were fresh and delicious. We shared the mushroom pizza and crab squid ink pasta. Honestly outside of Italy, I have not had a white pizza that has been this good. Both plates were absolutely divine. The squid ink pasta was light, tasty and full of flavor. No salty/old fish tasting after tones at all. 10/10 recommend based on the food and service. Service was prompt and everyone was delightful. During busy summer months, I would prob make a reservation.

Food is good but the service was awful! With a reservation you have to wait a little over an HOUR for your plate. When your food finally does arrive a blonde manger or lead aggressively and rudely throws you the food. We weren't Karen's or rude, or rowdy so it was out of the blue. If you ask for shrimp be aware it is 12 dollars for 3 little ones, if you ask for a well done burger expect it pink. If you want a hostile food experience then by all means this is definitely the place for you.

It's a beautiful restaurant with great service and a lovely atmosphere. We had Cacio E Pepe, which was delicious. I highly recommend this intimate restaurant with a cool vibe and off the strip.
Be the first to ReplyAmbience was amazing.
The food was so good plus the portion size was great! I will definitely be back!
Be the first to ReplyWe needed to go back to Kassi to get the breakfast pizza.
If you never had one - get it here - get the Cesar's salat as a side and you will feet two people comfortable Kassi's food is simple but perfect! And this is not disrespectful at all. Making a dish simple is really hard - so kudos to the chefs and the kitchen director And the service is great - you really see they like to work here. In themselves, the individual employees are very nice and polite with each other. Kassi always coming back - the view onto the pools is a nice added touch - it's really like your beach house - so enjoy and thank me later.

Be the first to ReplyThe food here was absolutely fantastic.
The breakfast pizza was a standout. Also really enjoyed the atmosphere and drinks. It is expensive though.
Be the first to ReplyThe pizza and the mezze platter are super yummy.
Definitely recommend this place. The aesthetic of this place is beautiful definitely a great brunch spot in Vegas.

We came in late from driving to Vegas and got a table quickly here. Our food was great and service was spot on. My kids enjoyed their mocktails and we all shared the dishes we ordered. Great atmosphere and great experience!
Be the first to ReplyWould give 0 stars if I could.
This is the 2nd time our party has came here with horrible service. Food took forever to show up (yes, other tables which came after us were getting their food well before us). Our margarita pitcher was extremely watered down from sitting for too long before being served to us (that too took a long time to arrive at our table, probably why it was watered down when it finally showed up). We also ordered additional bread on top of the original mezze platter that we had, as well as fries. Upon stating that "we're just waiting on the bread," the server had an incredibly distasteful and attitude-filled response back to me. Myself along with the rest of my party was APPALLED. Like jaws on the floor at the way she handled her response to me. Our 6 pastas had arrived to the table late, one of our pastas being incorrect and the server nowhere to be found. It got to the point where he had to physically get up and walk to the kitchen to state that this was the incorrect order. Again, this is the 2nd time that something like this has happened to us. If you aren't a party full of girls then good luck getting any top quality service at all! I along with the rest of my party will not be dining here for any more events at all.

We visited Kassi because it was walking distance from our hotel. The atmosphere is super beach's my, I just wish it wasn't cold in Vegas when we visited j would've definitely sat beside the pool because it was a great view. I really liked the atmosphere of Kassi's, but the food was not anything super special in my opinion. Maybe it's because we came for brunch. I did enjoy my drink that I received, and it honestly took a while for the food to come. The waiters were helpful and attentive, although it took some time for them to first acknowledge us. It was very busy for Saturday morning. Overall I say Kassi's was cool to visit and the atmosphere is cute.

Been staying at the virgin hotel for a week at a time for the past 4 months. I try toEat there once a day. A simple request of a piece of salmon plain with a salad plain no dressing. Without question they make it beyond wrong. It's so not difficult. The staff is stuffy and exceptionally rude. I am a generous tipper. Last time I said I'm taking this personally and said I'll never dine here again. Worst restaurant in vegas staff is beyond rude. They don't even blink it's unbelievable.

Marissa was my server and she was absolutely amazing! I forgot about how good the food was because her service was the best! Highly recommended this restaurant and ask for Marissa!!
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful atmosphere and very aesthetically pleasing.
Our waiter made sure our first time experience was fulfilling and all the staff was so patient with us taking pictures.
Be the first to ReplyWe came here today for our monthly luncheon get together.
The restaurant is beautiful and the food was amazing! I got the Bianca Pizza and we asked themTo try the prosciutto ham crispy and added chicken and it was soooo good!! The salad we ordered was very tasty, my mom ordered steak and eggs and a side of sautéed spinach with cheese and she said her steak was excellent and her spinach dish was outstanding. My friends got the margherita pizza, calamari and hamachi crudo and the Alfredo with mushroom was amazing!! I'll be honest I didn't think it would be this good so I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very good and our waiter was on it! The only thing we didn't like was our seating. I wish we got a regular table and chairs but we got what's is like a couch and table so that' was very comfortable but we made it through the day and enjoyed ourselves.
Be the first to ReplyThe ambiance and other dishes I saw looked lovely.
Unfortunately, I ordered probably the worst item on the brunch menu. But I'm rating it poorly not because of the flavor, but simply the presentation and caliber of food. I ordered the breakfast sandwich at brunch. It came on a simple hamburger bun out of the $1.25 bag it came in, topped with some Oscar Meyer ham, a scrambled egg, and a smear of Hellman's mayonnaise. Accompanying the dish were a pair of those little frozen triangle hash browns you might find at a Days Inn continental breakfast. Nothing fresh. Not even on a griddle. And for $17?? It felt like dorm-room "gourmet" at best. You could microwave a frozen Jimmy Dean out of the box and it would taste just as good for half the price. I'm sure they've got other great dishes, but they barely phoned it in on this one.

Amazing food, great service and amazing ambiance! Our server, Jake R, was knowledgeable, went above and beyond when we were indecisive where to sit and suggested only the best items on the menu. Thank you again for the most pleasant time!
Be the first to ReplyI cannot speak did the food but the drinks are very good.
We ordered an espresso martini and it was by far one of the best I've had. We ran out of time to go back for dinner but we will sure make our way next time we are in Los Vegas.

Awesome restaurant, excellent service, creative menu and great vibe! Went with a group of folks, we all enjoyed it. Pastas are made fresh at the restaurant, the black ink squid with crab and the lobster pasta did not disappoint. Nor, did the salmon salad. Salmon was cooked to perfection, which is often over cooked at many restaurants. Also had the mezze appetizer and calamari. Both were very good.Be sure to check Kassi Beach House out, it will not disappoint.
Be the first to ReplyOur food was amazing and everyone enjoyed their drinks.
It was cold when we visited so we weren't able to check out the pool area. We will definitely be back soon.
Be the first to ReplyPopped in here for a casual lunch midday on Monday.
First of all the hostess told me they were on a wait yet I could eat the bar - the inside restaurant was EMPTY except for three 2pp tables. That should have been a red flag. First I ordered a diet coke and it was flat, second I ordered a bloody mary - potentially the worst one I've ever had - canned juice of some sort, with heavy hot sauce and ZERO fruit - no celery, no lemon/ lime and no olive. The worst experiences with beverages ever ended with a turned glass of Nebbilo. It was a weak pour (barely 4 oz) and $17 and was vinegar tasty. The chopped salad was the highlight - perfect seasoning and flavor - the peppercinos were delish! The cacio e pepe was covered in some sort of sauce - the cheese sauce should be light and simply add flavor. You can do better in Vegas - even at this hotel. Skip Kassi.

Unfortunately we had the most unpleasant server. Rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there and forgot to ring in items and gave attitude after. Will give it another shot despite the service.
