Worst ramen in the world
I had to throw u* and they didnโt give me a refund back. They asked me to go to hospital. I am on my off day, and i donโt want to go to a hospital, sitting next to people who have covid and all kind of stuff.

Saw Jinya listed on a top 10 to Die For Ramen in Vancouver so we decided to give it a try on our 1 night in Vancouver and we were not disappointed. The server was great at explaining their menu (but maybe over warned us a little on the heat). We were a group of 5 Adults (husband/self with adult kids) we grabbed a couple beers and ordered a few different bowls. Donโt remember which ones now but everyone agreed they had a great meal. It was a beautiful night so we sat outside, went in to use the restroom and loved the vibe inside too. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

As someone who cooks and eats Asian food often, I can honestly say this was one of the tastiest ramen bowls I've ever had. Francis was a fantastic host and explained the spice level very clearly. I hope to visit again should I come back to Vancouver!

The service is really fast, good option for lunch or dinner. I think is one of the best ramen restaurants in the city, the pork chashu bowl is incredible.

Unfortunately, we have nothing positive to say about our family experience here. Although they position themselves as a premier ramen bar, there was nothing premier about it. The food was barely edible, the service was lacking and the concern for the health of customers was nonexistent. We had a vegetarian and an individual allergic to shellfish in our group. We made known at the outset both dietary needs. Apparently, Jinya marinates everything they serve in some unknown seafood concoction that they could not identify. More so, even though we steered clear of everything that purportedly contained shellfish, our shellfish allergic family member still had a reaction, we think from chicken. For those of us who were able to eat by he ramen, we found it tasteless and y enjoyable.

We were lucky to have dinner here on our last night in Vancouver. We couldnโt have found a better place! The restaurant was very busy but had room for us at the bar. We started with drinks; Sapporo for me and cider for my wife. They had a great selection of appetizers but we started with the pork gyoza. They were delicious. For our main course my wife had the traditional pork ramen (black) and she said it was great. I went for the red and they let you choose a heat level 0-10. I went for the seven and it was perfect. Spicy but it didnโt cause a sweat. The staff here are amazing. Great service all around. My wife dropped her napkin and before we could even ask for a replacement someone just appeared with one. Itโs a small thing but an example of the great service. I highly recommend eating here!

This is one of my must-eat-at Ramen spots in Vancouver. The best Ramen town in Canada this spot is upscale and has a fabulous bar too (if youโre solo, ask for a spot at the bar). Bottom line, some of the best broth, unique add-ons (Waygu Beef on this visit) and quality noodles. Cannot recommend it enough.

My wife had tried this place a few years back while she was here on business. We were in Vancouver for several days so ended up here one night. The place was very busy with line ups but they seemed to move quit quickly. When we were seated we were told we have a 1.5 hour maximum time limit? We were fine - had a few beers and tried their menu special. I will say I thought it was very good. It's a noodle bowl? :) Can't really remember the prices but we each had one bowl some wine / beer and I think it came to $80.00 or something?
