I've eaten a lot of Chinese food, but this one really stands out! The chicken soup with mushrooms was heavenly. The lacquered duck with orange sauce was perfect and I got a very large portion. There was very little fat on the duck and the sauce was super tasty and full of fine pieces of fresh orange. My wife had chicken balls in sweet and sour sauce and they were super tasty. The fried rice was also delicious and one portion had enough for two. To top it all off, we also got a dessert on the house. Those were some kind of warm fritters with a scoop of ice cream. A very nice tasty gift. And all that together for less than €40.
VERY CORRECT FOOD AND SERVICE.
We were two. Reserved same day. We arrived at the scheduled time. The art was full. They gave us a small but sufficient table. They attended to us quickly. The letter is enough. Limited wine list. We ask for everything to share. - Spring rolls (2 units). I liked them. - Prawns with mushrooms and bamboo. With sauce with a strong soy flavor, different for our palate. - Pekin style duck. We liked it a lot. The meat cut into 1 cm slices was crispy on the outside and just right on the inside and tasty. - Dessert: Fried ice cream. I had never tried it before and the contrast of the hot sphere with the cold interior caught my attention. Rich. Drinks: Half house white wine (corrientin) and water. The service and timing of the dishes were very correct. We leave at 28e /pax. When paying we were given an ice cream chocolate for each one. A detail.
Food good, service mediocre
Food was good, you have to order (and pay) rice separately, expensive, toilets clean and nice. Server bad in English. We got free ice cream after dinner. We spilled a bear, server did not help clean up or get extra napkins or even washcloth, did not ask if we wanted new drink.
Best duck dishes in Puerto de la Cruz
We went to this restaurant three times on our trip. The duck dishes are fantastic (Peking duck, duck with spicy sauce and the highlight duck with orange sauce. We will definitely come back next year. The boss is also funny and can laugh heartily.

We came with our friends and was Excellent service food was delicious very large portions very tasty, we all enjoyed it , we also got a free Ice cream for dessert.. highly recommended and will return when we next visit

Wow . We all enjoyed our meal . Staff were helpful and friendly . Drinks were brought to us shortly after . Ordered food . Food was divine so tasty and fresh . And we went to pay and all got a free ice cream. Would highly recommend.
Super Crispy Duck
This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend and so we thought we would try it. We ordered our favourite Crispy Duck and Pancakes and were surprised at the flavour and the amount of Duck we were served. It was delicious. The staff were so friendly and served us an extra glass of wine on the house, together with an ice-cream. We would highly recommend a visit there for lovely chinese food.
Great food awful service
Food was great with large portions but service awful. Dishes all came at separate times one person had noodles but no main others had main without their noodles so things were cold waiting for the rest of the food. One family waited so long to get menus they went to the bar and asked for them but still didn’t get served not even for drinks so ended up leaving. Other people arrived but weren’t seated but people arriving after were and others in the restaurant were having to ask for the basics which took ages to come.
Feeling a bit disappointed
The service was basically non existent and I know I’m English but there was a very poor lack of understanding. Firstly we waited for some time after being told to find our own seats by the young waitress. We asked to try the wine as we wanted a bottle and didn’t know if the house one was any good . This took sometime to arrive so we the asked about the starters and what was included in the mixed starters in which she really hadn’t got a clue but it comes with ribs was the answer. We then said can we have the bottle of wine please and have 4 glasses. We received no bottle but we did get 4 glasses of wine, so we said we wanted the bottle and this was then rectified. So moving on we took a flyer and said can we have the mixed starters but for 3 people only, we got 3 full platefuls turn up and at this time you look at each other and think how the hell are we going to eat this lot? Starters were all very tasting and yes there were some left overs as you would expect. Onto the main meal, my partners main meal turned up and then we just sat there? And sat there and eventually another dish of my sons turned up, we waited again and some noodles turned up, all looking very tasty but all getting very cold, waited a bit longer and my mains turned up, you are getting the gist now. Food was really very good and which was the only saving grace which is why this isn’t a 1 star review. If you judge a restaurant by its toilet you won’t eat here if you go there 01st. Door latch broken and door will not shut, the toilet hasn’t seen a good toilet brush for months and there is an unpleasant aroma to finish it off. But I will say the food was extremely tasty and plentiful so a real Shame the service and toilets were nowhere as good and are somewhat lacking. It would only take a little leadership to get this place to what it should be but all to easy to criticise when you are trying you best in trying times. So somewhat disappointed tonight after reading reviews on how good the food is just a shame it was cold.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
