What happiness outside the tourist season!
A very charming hotel indeed. Something to break up for a weekend. Attentive staff, pleasant atmosphere. Ideal geographical positioning, between hiking, tourism and just having a good time at a time of year when life is very good!

Superb place, enchanted break for a weekend. Everything was perfect: the setting, the room, the massage: thanks again Florence!, the hammam, the delicious meal. The welcome is warm, the staff friendly and attentive. To do again! Fanny and Karim
Be the first to ReplyLovely room, lovely staff.
We stayed here for two nights on a walking holiday. See a review of their restaurant in their separate listing that is not as good as their hotel on some days? The room we had at the top of the hotel was quiet and very nice. Slightly tired bathroom but bed good and an additional sitting area and patio. Staff friendly throughout and the provided picnic was excellent. Simple (non buffet and pre-ordered) breakfast was good and wholesome.

An ideal from every point of view! Setting - very friendly welcome and services - Listening to all our expectations - sumptuous room and impeccable cleanliness! Thank you and congratulations to the chef for his culinary talents of very high quality! We spent 3 fantastic days in every way from August 21 to 23 in room 8 (splendid!!)! We absolutely recommend this unique address! Looking forward to coming back very soon!! Cécile and Laurent.
Be the first to ReplyA 4 star that is not one
2 nights as a couple in a suite that doesn't look like much and isn't well maintained. The menu was good but does not deserve its 49 Euros per person. What can we say about the overpriced wines (€50 for a bottle of rosé). The swimming pool is nice and sheltered. The mentioned free parking is in fact charged at €12 per day. We did not try the breakfast. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this establishment, knowing that we have stayed in 3 star hotels in the region much better than this one.

A lovely establishment where we return with pleasure at least once a year. Lots of character, spacious rooms (I put it in the plural because since 2020, 4 passages, 4 different rooms - always superior category), comfortable bedding, functional bathroom. Beautiful decoration. This year, a little disappointment for the breakfast part, charged 15 euros per person but very basic. Egg and salty extra (at full price). Too bad because for a 4* what often makes the difference is the memory of the breakfast.

We were disappointed because despite the upgrade in the so-called suite which in my opinion was just right for the size, the toilet flush as well as the shower in the jacuzzi bathtub were poorly maintained. The bedding, on the other hand, is impeccable and the room is very quiet. The restaurant is mediocre, more like home cooking and let's not talk about the wine which was just overpriced: €49 for a bottle of rosé and it wasn't the most expensive. Does not deserve 4 stars, in the region some 3 stars were much better.

The exterior of the hotel is an old stone building that has been in the village forever and offers no hint at the sophisticated modern interior. The hotel offered all on the modern comforts. We were able to have dinner there one night and it was beautifully prepared and presented. Jean Christof at the front desk was most helpful in preparing a light dinner for us when all the nearby restaurants were closed.
