Restaurants nor farmers markets
Great place for lunch, especially if e has different tastes. Many different cuisine types. Right next to a large sho center.

Stumbled across this place on our way to the nearby mall, The Grove. The bus stops just along the road. There is a little bit of history attached to this market so worth looking at some of the historical facts and pictures around the place on the walls as well as the old fuel pumps. What a choice for fresh and cooked food, all in one place. You can stroll up an down the aisles to take in the sights and smells of all the different foods. We were a couple but the market caters for all. Even if a family all want different foods it is here. The atmosphere is very friendly and no pressure to buy from any of the vendors. For any readers of this review who like spicy sauces then make an effort to visit the Dragunara Spice Bazaar which contains some very entertaining names for the sauces and snacks. Maybe not for the younger members of the family. Whether you need to purchase fresh food or simply enjoy breakfast, dinner or a snack I would highly recommend a visit to the Farmers Market.

Nice clean market. Fresh food to buy, various styles of cuisine to sit down and enjoy. Went for breakfast at Charlie’s. Good service. Eggs and bacon tasty.

Super cool outdoor market with tons of food and grocery stalls. Great place to wander and to bring family since everyone can eat something different. Plenty of seating.

Great place to kill an hour or two exploring. We came here after visiting LACMA and it was an easy walk, albeit a little longer than we expected. We checked out fresh foods, stopped for a cappuccino & amazing affogato in a waffle cup (YUM!), then picked out some pastries to take back to our Air BNB for snacking later.
After walking through here, we wandered and shopped through The Grove, then ended up back in the Farmers Market at the pub for dinner. By that point, all the vendors had pretty much closed up.
Fabulous
Connected to The Grove but this is the best part. Unique foods at every turn. Fun vibe and something for everyone. Closes up earlier than The Grove.

What a cool place! There are tons of restaurant stalls as well as fresh produce stalls. Nonnas empanadas were delicious! They offer tons of flavors; I tried the pumpkin pie one and the mac & cheese one and they were both really good. There was seating right next door too. I will definitely be back to explore the next time I visit.

There are plenty of places to eat. A lot of options ranging from Mexican to Brazilian. They have some dessert spots as well. It's hard to find somewhere to sit especially when they're packed

We are local people in LA, we like to go to farmers market since everything is fresh and the prices are much lower. We see many of friends that makes us very happy :)
Be the first to ReplyThe best Farmers Market in LA!
This is a great spot for locals to shop every Sunday morning. The second oldest farmers market in LA County, I personally think it’s the best one bar none. Four full city blocks of fresh baked breads, an astounding array of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, dairy and meat products, plus a wild array of crafts. Some of the best buskers as well playing everything from bluegrass to jazz. Great people watching. Great place to come for breakfast or lunch. A place where you get to know your farmer as well as your neighbors!
