Haroma Restaurante by Mario Sandoval Madrid Reviews from The Last Year
Without the shadow of an interest, to flee
Very disappointing dinner, friendly staff but not up to standard, they don't speak English and don't offer any advice. We ordered a Serrano ham to share as planned on the menu and a starter and a main course. The ham and starter arrived at the same time. Incomprehensible! So we had the ravioli as a starter, reheated and overcooked, with a pasty and quite heavy stuffing. The dishes were drowned in cream, the fish poorly cooked with no accompaniment, my tuna tartare lukewarm with egg yolk, disgusting and not appetizing. With a bottle of wine, €260, a lot of money for a disappointing and uninteresting experience. Better a good tapas bar. Absolutely avoid!!! Too bad for the hotel which is so pleasant and comfortable with attentive staff.
After my experience in the restaurant I can only say that the food, service and decoration were excellent.
Super recommended place if you want to enjoy a wonderful meal, a super cozy place and exceptional treatment from all the members of the restaurant, in particular from José Perdomo the cook, who made me enjoy a wonderful dinner with unique flavors.

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
