Beautiful meal and service second to none!
Couldnโt recommend it more! Food was beautiful, atmosphere lovely and relaxing after a long day and the service impeccable! We were here celebrating my dadโs birthday but hadnโt told the restaurant this and our wonderful waiter Sanjana overheard us doing a birthday cheers and discreetly asked me if it was my dadโs birthday. She then prepared a lovely birthday sweet treat platter for a surprise and sang happy birthday to him. She truly is an asset to the company and is amazing at her job!

Poor value for money. The seating is in totally the wrong place. Every time your staff go outside to serve the tables. The cold air just rushed in and itโs constant. Not pleasant. You need to have the door opening from behind the bar. If you havenโt got something on the menu tell customers when you give them the menu. Food overpriced for what it is just because of where it is. Would not recommend or go back.

I have been fortunate enough to enjoy many of the Relais & Chatteaux establishments in London and throughout Europe. This is the first time I have ever been refused service due to being a coeliac (very allergic to gluten). I was shocked, humiliated and disappointed that the restaurant would not cater for my allergy and I write this review as a warning to anyone else with a food allergy. My advice would be to look elsewhere.

The burgers and fries were delicious. But it was above all the service that I appreciated: while the order took a while to be served, I received apologies from the staff and, to my great surprise, a 20% reduction on the bill as a courtesy. commercial gesture for the wait considered too long! And this even though I hadnโt asked for anything and even less complained and we are tourists who probably wonโt return to the region for a long time! Well done !

Terrible service and average food. For a restaurant that felt not even half full, the service was awful. Inattentive staff who disappear, long wait time for food which then all came at different times. The menu reads really well but steak was over cooked and fish & chips was breaded rather than with batter. Sounded promising and decor nice but donโt waste your time until kitchen and service revamped.

Waited 33 minutes for water and coffee. Absolutely horrible service, food was ok we had breakfast, took almost an hour to arrive!

Dreadful service, I think theyโre understaffed or just seriously inefficient, one waitress had a terrible attitude. I am always polite but just because sheโs stressed, she should not take it out on guests! Both meals lunch and breakfast were horrendously slow too.

I am local and visit Hans mainly for the convenience. I was there last Saturday with family. I think it was the very worst service I have ever witnessed. We had to ask three times to be served. Eventually our order arrived bit the coffee was cold. We then ordered some snacks and some wine. We had to go directly to the bar to place our order as we couldnโt attract a waiter. The food arrived without the drinks. The drinks were left sitting on the bar ,again we had to ask the waiter for them! When we eventually received the bill there was no apology! Sadly I will not be returning . .

Not bad, but could do easily be better. Nice place, half full. Ordered fish & chips. Asked for normal as opposed to โmushyโ peas, but told not possible. I asked why? โToo busyโ the waiter says. I ask him to ask the Chef, which he does but returns in triumph to say not possible. Honestly, assuming the peas are cooked fresh for each order (one would hope), how difficult is it NOT to mush them up?! This was a bad decision by the chef / waiter and the F&B Manager should get a grip of staff attitude if they want to survive. Everything else was good, but the whole experience ruined by this ridiculous and unnecessary obtuseness.

In the heart of Chelsea with a great location and an interesting looking venue to entice you in on a cold and damp Sunday morning. Brunch would be lovely. But.....the service was mixed and often slow and confused. The veggie breakfast was good but the English breakfast was poor and twice had to ask for missing items. Served on particularly small plates to deceive the potion size and by the time the missing items were retrieved....the rest had gone cold. Coffee was good, so maybe that's where we should have stopped.

We had dinner here with friends. The service was the slowest we have ever experienced in Europe. Many mistakes were made including bringing a real hamburger after our friend ordered a veggie burger. This came after an inordinate wait. And then another long wait for a replacement. None of the food at this place was worth the wait.

Waiter did not check back at the table after delivering mains; probably 45 mins. We had to go to the bar to ask someone to bring out bill. Another table held a speakerphone conversation for 20 min at full volume, heard throughout the inside of the restaurant. Why didnโt wait staff ask that the call be moved outside? We ordered a โwell doneโ burger which arrived medium rare. Avoid Hansโ.

This would have been a 5 star rating had it not been for service. Really bad. Atmosphere and breakfast were good. I booked to come for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I love trying different places. I wasn't staying at the hotel. Yes they were very busy but so are other places and service shouldn't be compromised. The venue is lovely. Huge, spacious and elegant. Very in tune with the area. Wooden decor, country feel. Some seats outside too. The restaurant was filthy. Tables and floors were dirty. Guests finished meals but none of the staff bothered to clear. The breakfast menu wasn't huge but sufficient. Mainly egg dishes, pastries and fruit. I asked for a drinks menu and was rudely told, we don't have one. The waitress just told me what they had! I went for an iced black americano, grapefruit juice and 3 egg white omelette with mushroom and spinach. I couldn't fault it. Well cooked, perfectly presented as was the grapefruit juice which was really fresh. The iced americano was good too. Even looking around at other diners all food looked good. The service was just shocking. From the moment I walked in, staff were rude and uninterested. They were busy and rushed off their feet but there were a lot of them. I have dined out a lot and even if some places are busy and short on staff, they still serve with a smile. These guys were just rude which is what shocked me. Even when the breakfast service was over, they still had no time to look after guests except rudely throw things at you. Shocking especially in this area. Not too badly priced. I would have come back again to try the dinner as I enjoyed my breakfast and the atmosphere with the light music. Almost like a brasserie type feel. After the awful service, definitely a first and last visit for me.

We booked a table to catch up with friends from Hong Kong on Sunday evening. We had hoped to entertain them properly. The staff available at the restaurant seemed thoughtful and the food good; but there were simply not enough waiting staff. We waited and waited. We had to ask for our table to be cleared too. We left before desert. Not what we have come to expect from this usually good venue.

Honestly have only had breakfast here . The service is good ( if you are lucky enough to be served by one of the lovely female servers ). This morning , the French waiter seating us , was NOT the most pleasant and somehow took things personally when we asked to change the table HE chose for us . I also didnโt appreciate a comment he made to another couple who decided to sit outside . Apart from that , the breakfast was good but I donโt think I will be craving it anytime soon .

Having booked an outside table we arrived to be told there was none and we were 15 minutes late! My son had arrived 10 minutes earlier to be told our table was not ready! We were then to be seated in the darkest part of the restaurant and I requested to be moved to a more lighter area. This was duly done, begrudgingly and we were then ignored for 30 minutes. Eventually a young waitress arrived to take our drinks order and told us she would come back for our food order. No one came near us for another 30 minutes. Slowly our drinks arrived nearly an hour after our arrival and eventually our food order was taken. Menu was dull nothing really stood out and the food was OK - not to the standard I would have expected. We had twice phoned up and asked if a birthday cake/pudding could be prepared for my son but no one had responded or was interested. This was SO disappointing - what we felt would be a safe option turned out to be a let down. Suggest you look elsewhere in Pavilion Road before booking here.

but not the chicken Caesar salad. This was a confusion of a a salad Nicoise meets Caesar salad. Chicken was bland, you do not have anchovies or boiled egg in a caesar salad. The caesar dressing was poured over the top of the salad as oposed to over the lettuce. I felt physically sick at the presentation of this meal Leave out the anchovies and egg yolk, grill the chicken and you would have a hit

03 May 2022 I went for Dinner at Hans Bar & Grill Restaurant in Sloane Square the food look not bad and the menu is most Mediterranean. I spoken with this waiter by the name Haun when I said that I had an very severe allergy to eggs and nuts, he replied that their food does not contain any allergies in general because it is cooked with natural ingredients, so we didnโt want take any risk and went to another restaurant ๐ฅด

Firstly, it took them 20 minutes before they gave us our drinks and asked what we actually wanted. Once we finished our starters, it took 15 minutes to take our plate away and then the same again once we had our main course. The staff was just walking past our table not even bothering with us, cleaning the other tables even though we were sat there with empty plates. When staff took our plates from the main course after waiting 15 minutes, we were then sat there another 20 minutes waiting for the dessert menu which at this point we decided to get up and leave as we felt we had been sat most of the evening just waiting around. The staff and service was all completely rubbish.

We had dinner with friends, starters to share, great cocktails to start, lovely main courses and the wine recommendation was on the spot! The service was very good and thus we enjoyed an evening in nice setting and lovely interior.
